Full sized fridge, grills, pool, workout room, pull out couch. We were surprised by how well apportioned and comfortable it was and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you!

• sharnellb83 (6/5): Unprofessional - I have been staying here for several months on extended-stay government orders. Unfortunately, because this is the only Homewood Suites option in the area, my choices are limited. During my stay, I have encountered several concerning issues. On one occasion, housekeeping left my room door ajar with the deadbolt engaged. When I reported this to the front desk, the response I received was very nonchalant. I was told that maintenance had been in the room, which was not true. Leaving a guest’s room unsecured is a serious safety concern and should have been handled with far more urgency. I do want to acknowledge that the woman who serves breakfast has been wonderful. She is friendly, professional, and consistently provides great service each morning. Overall, my experience here has been average at best, but the ongoing water issue over the past three days has been unacceptable. We have had no water during the day, and only cold water has been available in the evenings. Guests were originally informed that the water would be shut off only from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM on March 9. However, it is now March 11, and I woke up again to no water. At this point, the lack of communication and basic amenities became too much to overlook, and I checked out promptly. This situation has been extremely frustrating and could have been handled much better with proper notice and transparency.

• Erin (7/5): Enjoyable stay. - The hotel was very pretty when I walked in. The staff was friendly. My room was very spacious. The water pressure in my shower was amazing! The shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/lotion smelt and felt great. There were no excessive or loud noises. There was water and fruit at the breakfast bar for as needed. The pool was clean. No strong odors of any kind, such as extreme air fresheners to cover anything, or unpleasant smells. I wasnt expecting a holding fee of 100$ when i checked in, in addition to what i paid for my room. The breakfast bar didnt seem like it was cleaned when I went by around 8pm, crumbs in the serving troughs and paper. My shower wasnt as clean as it should've been, brown and pink grime in corners and tracks. The conditioner in the shower was very low so it was a struggle to get out. Not that I was using the kitchen sink, but the garbage disposal was gross, you could easily see what was left in there. The pool towels were barely bigger than a hand towel and even less absorbent, so your room towel is a better idea.

• Alyce-davina (1/5): Loved it, until... - The facility was lovely. Have stayed here numerous times before. Very clean, great breakfast opportunities. Love the indoor pool and gym. After checking out, we were charged a fee for a broken lamp shade. We were 3 adults and 2 children aged 13 and 15. We were not rambunctious and my children are very honest and mature. We did not break this lamp shade, even by accident. We used the light switches to turn the lights on and off. Had no need to touch the lamps. But of course, we have no way to prove it.

• Castleman (4/5): Unfulfilled potential. - I liked the indoor pool and the breakfast The pool didn’t have any towels and when my husband asked for some he was told there weren’t any. The pool was also overrun by a large group who were screaming and splashing. When the attendant came in she didn’t say a word to them. It made the pool a very uncomfortable place. We had also booked for three people. When we got to the room we had to make up the pull out couch ourselves.

The room was not clean, mold in the bathroom, the shampoo holder broken. For the same price there are other hotels.
• Tamara (8/5): - Our family stay was very pleasant. The location was central to everything we needed and convenient for getting around different parts of the city. Breakfast had a nice mix of hot and cold items, and I really appreciated the in-suite kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, which made meals easy and comfortable. The separate living space was a big plus. Overall, a great choice for family travel! The shower and tub area, while clean, could use a bit of updating, but it wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.

• roaches35 (4/5): Surprisingly unpleasant - Pretty unpleasant experience. The room was very dusty and not properly maintained. Everything looked and felt dirty. The shower curtain was not the proper one for the shower and made water get everywhere anytime you showered as well as the shower head being stuck in a position that made the water hurt when you stood under it and if you tried to change the pressure crust came out of the shower head. The tv was blue and only showed shows in Spanish and asked for help and was told they do that sometimes. They claim to have a heated pool which I’m not sure what the definition of heated is to them but I can assure you that pool is not warm. I asked for towels from 6 different people over the course of three days and only received two the night before I checked out. Breakfast was ok but hot food items needed to be reheated before eating. The staff are nice but the building as a whole definitely needs a freshening up definitely not what I’m accustomed to when booking with Hilton.
• Noelia (4/5): False hope - I'm convinced the good reviews are staff/bots. I went off the amazing reviews and was looking forward to this stay. However, it was disappointing. 1. The body soap dispenser was empty 2. The toilet paper roll was near empty 3. There were stains in the tub 4. Washing machines out of order 5. Tub kept filling with water 6. They did not vacuum around the beds and there was pet hair everywhere. The only positive is that the pool was clean and staff were friendly. For the price I paid, I feel like I should get half of my money back.

• O2535COmelissab (2/5): First and last Homewood Suites stay - I have taught customer service for over 40 year but I now have a new 'How not to provide customer service' example. This was my first time at Homewood Suites and I believe it will be my last. While I realize the arrogant, hostile, asinine Gerard will not be at every location, The experience was too negative to overcome the impression left behind. If you want someone at your service counter who will discourage business, he's your man! He seems to delight in being offensive and dragging out the what he sees as his power over the situation. After deliberately extending the check in process as long as he could, he actually gave me the choice of 'selecting another establishment'. Maybe he is the best the hotel can find in an area of town where even the military isn't allowed after dark because of the dangers the area. My co-worker suggested Marriott hotels today and after decades of using Hilton, I am considering a change. I have been in a Hilton hotel 6 of the past 9 days and this is such a disappointing way to end my travels. If traveling to the area, I highly recommend another hotel chain all together!

We had one small issue with the TV, but overall the stay was exceptional! Breakfast was good and again the staff was welcoming as they greeted everyone with a smile. LOVE IT! There was nothing not to like. Great place to stay.

The second room was about the same. However my main complaint was the misguided pictures on their website that showed a walk-in shower in the king- one bedroom suite, that isn’t true! They only have tub and shower combination in one-bedroom suites! Breakfast was average. The property is very clean and well kept However the living room furniture could use a serious upgrade!

• Michael (8/5): visit to Ft. Bragg - Went to visit my son at the Army base. The hotel was fine , the room was large, and the staff was really pleasant. Only downside is the dishwasher leaked, but nothing extreme (a towel on the floor did the job). They offered to move me to another room as maintenance could not get there until the next day. Pretty amazing. The bed was too soft was the only negative. Fayetteville is VERY hot and humid in the summers!

• chandelle0 (10/5): Great stay - I am not a frequent Hilton guest, but this was the only suite we could find during a last minute road trip. It did not disappoint! We stayed in a queen/queen one-bedroom suite and were impressed by how incredibly quiet the room was. Probably the quietest hotel stay we've had in a while. The suite was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Breakfast had a good variety (chorizo!), and check-in was completely hassle-free with the mobile app and digital key. Location is super far from the interstate (oops, our fault) but close to Ft. Bragg. Would absolutely stay here again.

Room was extremely clean, pet friendly (we travel with 2 pets) we had a billing issue through the third party booking (hotels.com) but the front desk staff was quick to resolve the issue for us. The complimentary breakfast was great, area was very clean. There was a woman who suggested I made a strawberry cheesecake waffle the proceeded to show me where to get every ingredient. It was delicious. She just looked like she was having a great time working there. I wish I got her name.

The peloton bike did not have appropriate petals for people without spin shoes.
