- Gaston (3/5): Buena ubicación, mala experiencia ,no está a la altura de un Hyatt - La ubicación es muy buena y la cama es cómoda. Nada más. Definitivamente no está a la altura de lo que debería ser un Hyatt. Me asignaron la habitación 1511, ubicada frente a una puerta de servicio, con ruidos constantes de platos, bandejas y movimiento del personal. Pedí el cambio de habitación y la gestión fue lenta y poco resolutiva. El personal (en este caso Agustín) dio muchas vueltas sin ofrecer una solución clara. Finalmente me ofrecieron otra habitación, pero en un piso más bajo y al lado del ascensor, es decir, el mismo problema de ruido. Además, ni siquiera permitían ver la habitación previamente, lo cual generó aún más pérdida de tiempo. El servicio en general es deficiente: intenté pedir room service y estuve 40 minutos sin poder comunicarme. Al hacer el check-out, me informaron que no respondían el teléfono porque había mucha gente, algo totalmente inaceptable para un hotel de esta categoría. Los ascensores están en mal estado, el hotel se percibe viejo y mal mantenido, y la calidad del restaurante es baja. La atención es irregular: algunos empleados son correctos, pero en general no hay nivel de servicio. Me iba a quedar cuatro noches y me fui a las dos.

- Thiago (5/5): Não vale o valor. - Quarto amplo e arrumado, porém não totalmente limpo Banheiro com problemas, água com cheiro muito forte de enxofre praticamente inviabilizando o seu uso. televisão com problema, não era possível alterar o volume, quarto com a limpeza média, cortinas cujas e mesa com manchas. Frigobar vazio, serviço de quarto lento (mais de 45 minutos para entregarem uma bebida, com uma ligação extra de cobrança pedindo para cancelar, somente assim entregaram).

También en recepción y servicio a la habitación era buena la atención. Las amenidades de la habitación eran escasas. Tuvimos un inconveniente con la puerta, que se resolvió rápidamente con ayuda del personal de recepción.

- alexandrabC7616XS (10/5): Good location - A great hotel. The location is very central with lots of good restaurants and the park in walking distance. It's also a good place to meet people with lots of lobby seating. The room was spacious and comfortable with an iron and coffee machine. The breakfast was the usual breakfast buffet. The gym could have been bigger and better equipped but otherwise a good place to stay on a business trip to Santiago.

- PeggyJP (8/5): Superb desk staff - Staff were super helpful especially a desk receptionist called Daritza when we arrived having been scammed by so-called taxi driver. She reassured me, helped me get on line even before checking in so I could notify my bank and gave me quick advice to cancel my debit card even before the bank could answer. A manager named Cristian hovered over us providing quick check-in, fruit juice and emotional support while I filed my claim. Another desk staffer, Florencia, wrote detailed directions so we could take the subway to museums without getting lost. Only take official airport drivers, check with an airport staffer to be sure they are approved. Don't just look at their badges, which could be counterfeit.

This is a gorgeous hotel with a cool lobby, great bar/restaurant and stunning rooftop pool!! The staff is incredible! Warm welcome from Cristian who also ensured each day things were going well and Antonia’s wine tasting was top notch! Hotel is also close to subway station and lots of restaurants. Lovely place to stroll!

Only replace towels every 3 days even if it is dirty. If on the floor they just take them and don’t replace. We had to get pool towels. Unacceptable for a Hyatt.

Muito perto do MUT e Costanera. Região muito agradável e com várias opções de restaurantes. Cheiro forte desagradável no quarto ao chegar, mas solucionado pela equipe de limpeza, mas sem a adequada ventilação acaba voltando. A sala de ginástica muito modesta, quase sem equipamentos.

- 541gildab (10/5): Couple days in Santigo, Chile - We extended our layover to include a couple days in Santiago. The hotel is located within walking distance of a metro (about a block). Once can also walk (about 15 minutes) to a major mall. The lobby is large with sitting inside and outside. The staff is responsive with room issue. They have slippers which was a nice touch but they only had one pair and we were a couple. The area is very safe and walkable as mentioned before.
- marylS2741RR (10/5): Absolutely fantastic hotel that you won’t want to leave - This hotel is amazing. They cannot do enough for you. We were invited to a complimentary wine tasting the first night. It was such a fun, positive experience. Antonia was a fantastic sommelier and it was a wonderful start to our trip. We got a ticket for a free pisco sour when checking in. When we went to the bar to order lunch, we told Elias, the wonderful bartender that we had never had pisco sours before so he said well let’s make it count, and he made us the best drinks we’ve ever had. He recommended an eel dish for lunch, which is way out of my comfort zone. This is the only place in the world for this eel and with such a great chef, I just ordered it. Of course, the most amazing meal ever! The room is fantastic and the outdoor pool, jacuzzi and bar up on the 17th floor are it to be missed. We want to stay forever. Do not pass up an opportunity to stay here.

If you want to explore there is a large market just 15 mins walk = mut = mercada urbano tobalaba, which has evrything and seems to be open 24/7 Staff helpful, hotel clean and welcoming. My room had two queen sized beds, walk in shower in a good sized bathroom. Bed very comfortable. Lighting easy to find and operate. A surprise was when I stepped out of bed at night lights came on below the mattress to aid navigation. Two complimentary bottles of water. Breakfast near the lobby was very good, a huge variety to suit small and large appetites. One useful additional fact, the lifts were programmed to go straight down to the ground floor without the use of the room card; obviously for security the room card was needed to activate for going up to the room level
