Zimmer waren wunderschön und das gesamte Ambiente der Unterkunft lädt für ruhige Tage ein. zusätzlich ist auch die Lage wirklich top und das meiste war für uns fußläufig gut erreichbar.

• DIANE (9/5): Welcoming and comfortable stay at Pao Come House - The staff that greeted/assisted us at the Pao Come Boutique House was outstanding. I asked for help with the washer because I was unfamiliar with the brand, and the gentleman basically loaded and started my clothes. He gave us a tour to show us the pool and breakfast area. He provided some more hangers for drying. We asked if there was ice available for a drinks we had, and he brought a whole bag of ice! Upon leaving he was kind to wait for us and make sure our Grab car arrived, and confirmed where we were going with the driver. Exceptional customer service. The courtyard is calm and lovely. The pool refreshing. The room clean and cool with air conditioning. Big bathroom and shower. Bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. Location - it takes a bit of walking to get around to things we wanted to see in the Old City, however a Grab is inexpensive.

Our room was confortable, little attentions like mosquito repellent device, unlimited free water bottles, the many chilling spot inside the Boutique and outside (Access to pool in a close by hotel) and the very good and varied breakfast made Chiang Mai exceptional for us. The employee helped us book our activities and everyone was very helpful. Everything can be done by walking or very short Grab. Definitely recommend and would go back in a heartbeat! Nil

Frühstück gibt es in einem anderen Hotel und in noch einem weiteren ist ein Pool - zwei Gehminuten entfernt. Im Hotel gibt es gratis Wasser. Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße. Sie ist zwar schmal aber Roller fahren gefühlt 24/7.

• Fabien (10/5): Petit paradis à Chiang Mai - La situation de l'hôtel est parfaite, dans une toute petite ruelle au calme et très proche du centre. L'endroit est magnifique et apaisant. L'accueil était parfait avec la possibilité de laver son linge gratuitement et des bouteilles d'eau fraîche à disposition. Nous avons bien dormi, les lits sont très confortables. Seul petit bémol, nous n'avons pas aimé le petit déjeuner mais nous n'avons pas goûté tout ce qui était proposé.

• MARINE (8/5): - Accueil chaleureux. Le jeune qui nous a accueillis parlait très bien anglais et a été de bon conseil. Ambiance zen, lanternes, petit jardin, coin détente super sympa, beaucoup de charme dans l'ensemble à mon avis. Le bruit de la chambre au dessus (bruit de pas, conversations, tard le soir c'est vraiment un problème). On nous a remis des boules quies à l'arrivée pour la rue, mais cest surtout le voisinage le problème parce que la rue est peu passante, donc selon les voisins sur qui on tombe l'expérience peut être très différente je suppose.

This room is like a joke - we stayed at two other rooms at this property - this was supposed to be the best, VIP, and the most expensive. In reality, this turned out to be the worst of all of them - we don't recommend it. They did not even put two usual water bottles for two of us - just one.

Zum Frühstücken muss man einmal um die Ecke gehen,was aber nicht so schlimm war. Das Frühstück war für mich in Ordnung, aber da sind die Geschmäcker bei jedem ja anders .Es gibt noch zu erwähnen, das es einen Pool im Nachbarhotel gibt den man mitbenutzen darf.

Di notte si sentono parecchi rumori, credo provenienti da qualche macchinario esterno e rendono un po' difficile dormire tranquillamente. La colazione è abbastanza buona, consiglierei se possibile magari di anticipare l'orario di inizio in quanto moltissime attività da fare a Chiang Mai prevedono la partenza al mattino presto e la colazione da asporto, per quanto apprezzabile, non è adeguata.

We lost a sneaker during an outing, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us recover it. From the very beginning, everyone was already kind and attentive, but when we needed this help, their dedication and effort to solve the problem were truly outstanding. We have never been treated so well by a hotel team. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help were simply exceptional. We would like to give special thanks to Arthit, who assisted us directly — we are deeply grateful for his help. Whenever we return to Thailand, we will definitely stay at Pao Come again. • Micha (10/5): Wunderschöne Unterkunft in toller Lage und unglaublich freundliches Personal. - Unglaublich freundliches Personal und toll eingerichtete Zimmer. Die Lage ist super und zum Ausspannen ist ein schöner Garten mit schattigen Plätzen vorhanden. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und da Buffett, sehr ausreichend. Wenn es überhaupt etwas nicht ganz Positives gibt, dann ist es nur, dass es doch etwas hellhörig ist.
