jean-louisDupé (6/5): - la résidence est très mal identifiée et ne laisse pas penser qu'ils'agit d'une résidence. Mais, elle est bien située, très proche de la gare ferroviaire et permet un accès à pied au centre ville. n'avons pas expérimenté le (petit)déjeuner.
Evert (4/5): Niet goed georganiseerd - Het hotel ligt handig dichtbij het station. Afspraak om ons op te halen vanaf het vliegveld werd niet nagekomen en bij aankomst bij hotel was kamer niet klaar. Geen lakens, geen handdoeken. Het was wel schoon.
Dan (6/5): Good location and price, the rest needs work - Pros: very good location, next to the train station, easy check-in, polite and friendly staff Cons: Room is very small, no closet to unpack, bed uncomfortable and noisy, bad water pressure in the shower, paint peeling off the walls, leaving marks on your clothes The building photo on the website is not correct, and my room looked nothing like the ones shown on the website.
Dalila (4/5): Freddo - la stanza era gelata il piccolo condizionatore di cui è dotata non è in grado di scaldarla minimamente, non è dotata di coperte supplementari e non c’è una reception a cui rivolgersi (a meno che non si voglia chiamare il proprietario che non abita lì, ma noi non ce la siamo sentita di disturbarlo) il bagno non ha alcun tipo di riscaldamento, la pressione dell’acqua della doccia è ridicola, è presente muffa sul soffitto, non è dotato di bidet ne di scendibagno. È scritto che è previsto un transfert gratuito per l’aeroporto il proprietario ha detto che non c’era problema, invece all’arrivo ci ha detto che si trattava di una navetta gratuita che parte dalla stazione dei treni, una volta preso questo autobus l’autista ci ha spiegato che non è affatto gratuita ma bisogna acquistare il biglietto. Capisco che abbiamo avuto la stanza a buon prezzo però non ritengo che questo giustifichi una mancanza di servizi base o giustifichi la cattiva informazione non è una questione economica ma di professionalità. Peccato perché la struttura è in un ottima posizione.

mario (2/5): Prenotazione confermata e poi lasciato in strada - Dopo aver ricevuto conferma della prenotazione, solamente quando stavo davanti alla porta del b&b alle 10 di sera il titolare mi ha comunicato che il suo socio aveva confermato la prenotazione ma non si era accorto che ero in over booking!!!! Prenotazione confermata una settimana prima dell’arrivo a Brindisi. Mi sono cercato altro albergo perché sotto mano non c’era un posto dove stare.
Verified traveler (2/5): Albergo inesistente - Arrivto all'indirizzo della presunta struttura ho trovato un portone chiuso ! non esisteva un servizio reception ma solo una locandina con un numero di cellulare che ho chiamato ricevendo come risposta che la struttura era al comlpeto chiedendo come poteva essere possibile visto che avevo prenotato sia tramite Expedia.it con ricevuta di conferma e anche contatto telefonico diretto con la struttura per la conformazione dei letti della camera con risposta positiva e gia saldata con carta di credito! quindi mi sono dovuto rivolgere ad un altra struttura!
Guglielmo salvatore (2/5): Notte a Brindisi con amico - Purtroppo non sono rimasto contento. Caro,spartano,disorganizzato. Era tutto sul risparmio. Non usciva acqua dalla doccia e quel poco che usciva era bollente o fredda. Non si riusciva a regolare. Materassi e cuscini scadenti.
Susan (6/5): Firm but fair - Plus points: free pick up from airport, close to train station, close to town, quiet room, dark too, reasonable shower. Minus points: from the outside you would not know it's a hotel. No front desk reception, you had to phone a local cafe for breakfast. We didn't bother. Towels were thin, we had to request the free water, we stayed for two nights our room was not made on the second day and no more water was provided. We booked a room with a balcony, we didnt get a balcony.
