The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making it easy to feel comfortable right away. The location is great, not far from Lumphini Park, which was actually one of the main reasons I chose this place. The staff were friendly and approachable, and I even played pool with one of them, she was super sweet and we had a really fun time together. nothing

• Lies (8/5): - The hostelstaf is very friendly and eager to help if anything is wrong. The shower are great, just like the rooms. We booked a private room. In the room there is plenty of space with an airco that cools really well. The locatipn is great aswell, it's close to the blue line wich can bring you all over the city. The washing machine that you can use yourself doesn't really clean your clothes. When we took out our washing it was still dirty and didn't feel fresh.

No le pongo un 10 porque cuando por la mañana fui a por pan con mantequilla que ofrecen, me dijeron que ya se había acabado el pan y no me ofrecieron nada. Muy recomendable.
• Adrian (10/5): Bester Ausgangspunkt, sehr ruhig & bequem, Interessante Architektur - Beste Lage, die man zum Erkunden der Stadt haben kann. In 10 Minuten von MRT oder BTS-Station entfernt: Von hier kann man sich in alle Richtungen der Stadt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fortbewegen. Der Stil des Hostels ist chinesisch angehaucht und es ist zum größten Teil open-air. Es ist trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Ich habe eine zuvor eine Nacht in einem Hostelzimmer verbracht und nun war ich in einem Doppelzimmer. In beiden waren Optionen habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt, vor allem die Betten sind sehr bequem und es war sehr sauber. Das gleiche gilt für die geteilen Badezimmer. Morgens gibt es sogar kostenloses Toast und Marmelade. Die Austattung ist generell top: Sie hatten z.B. auch eine Kofferwaage, was kurz vor Abflug nach Europa sehr nützlich war! Durch die Open-Air Architektur (welche sehr einladend ist) und dem Fischteich kommen leider sehr viele Mücken in den Gemeinschaftsbereich, sodass man sich eher ungern dort länger abends aufhält.

• Guillaume (6/5): Needs some trees and a little more attention to detail - It's close to the park. It's very hot because there are no trees. It feels like living in a car park. Also, there was absolutely no decoration in my room, and with only a small window for natural light, which made it feel like a prison cell. Also, there was only one small bowl and some cutlery in the communal kitchen, which is obviously inadequate. I think you can tell I didn't really like staying here. I'm sorry to write a negative review, but that is my experience.

• Rosa Eugenia (7/5): More upmarket backpacker-type spot for comfortable, convenient short stays - Has the vibe of a peaceful guesthouse you might find in a much less busy and urban place than Bangkok which is both a pro and a con. It’s nice, the hostel feels light and airy and the common area downstairs is great for napping in the shade pre or post check out. Lockers are large and handy (bring your own lock, or you can find one nearby for 50 THB like I did) my room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The drawback of the guesthouse feel in this location is that it’s not set in the most charming part of Silom as it’s quite near big main roads and malls. This is handy and it’s close to the station/less bustling spots, but at times the hostels open-air design felt incongruous with the surroundings and the amount of pollution in Bangkok. Female showers do not feel private, there is no changing area and it’s open air.

• Maddy (7/5): Decent budget option for solo travellers or couples - Stayed in a double room which was spacious and clean. Good central location. Calm hostel. Decent value for money. Good shared bathroom. Entry is via an alley which is safe but something I was aware of as a solo single traveller. Staff checked me in okay but didn’t go the extra mile - gave zero other information about facilities, breakfast options, tours, Bangkok etc. Didn’t feel social or communal. Doors are loud so you can hear when people come and go.

• Yiran Adele (9/5): Great base for exploring - Really good location close to BTS and MRT for easy access to tourist spots. Lots of cheaper street food and market (in the morning and evenings) and multiple malls nearby, including Central Park with the rooftop garden. Hostel staff were friendly and the hostel itself was clean and comfortable. The private room had a good amount of space with AC, and came with towels included. Noise does travel so how loud it gets depends a lot on the other guests. Shower temps can be iffy but there's always at least one that does work.
