• Umut (6/5): - Location is fine, in fact well connected with public transport. The apartment is in an old building, the heating was fine but rooms were not very clean. Friendly staff and efficient communication.
• Öztürk (3/5): Poor - Not much realy sorry Air conditioner is not enough to get warm. Apartment was so cold. How water sometimes dont work well. The area is far to duomo. After 12 o clock midnight hard to find public station so its not walkable to go there from city center. The window views are not good also. And some locals are told me its not super safely area . So ı dont recommend this airbnb. Even pillows was not good. And my bed was dirty.
• Linda (8/5): Very good - lovely rooms clean and tidy cupboards too high to reach dishes, needed some steps... would have liked some extra bin liners... could have put 2 bottles of shampoo, 2 bottles of conditioner and 2 bottles of body wash....

• Yoko (3/5): stay was good but checkin stressfully and complicated, and most of all not conform to the information - checkin very difficult and stressful not confirm to the information you have to pick up the key at their office which is 20min wall from the flat.

• Văsîi (4/5): Dissapointing - The floor was dirty. We also had no TV remote and they werent able to provide such a simple thing. The people in charge of fixing this were really bad at communicating and went there unannounced. After the visit they said they cant fix the missing remote problem. I had to buy my own TV remote(it was that simple to fix). Messy shower and gas leaks.

• Jasmin (9/5): VERY clean place with everything you need - - the apartment was incredibly hygienic, the most hygienic airbnb/holiday apartment I have ever been in. There was even a small plastic bundle with a new dishwashing sponge, dish towel, dishwasher tap and laundry detergent. and I am gluten intolerant so I am very conscious about cross contamination in other kitchens but this kitchen was so clean and we could just wash everything we used before we used it to be sure. it was great! - it was nice to have a washing machine and dishwasher and iron and rain shower and big closet. we had everything we needed. You could stay there for weeks and have everything you needed - picking up the keys was easy - the neighborhood was really interesting - I was sad that we couldn’t store our small but heavy backpacks at the Italianway service center in Stazione Centrale for 2 hours, but I get that they have a lot of apartments and it may be an insurance issue
• Marek (6/5): Pleasant - Location and cleanliness. They provided a single use shampoo, soap etc Many things didn't work e.g. shower was leaking and it was very small. I had to fill lots of forms in their website, it should have been handled by booking.com. They also wanted credit card. Keys pickup is in the central station which is far away from the apartment. The apartment looks much better, more spacious in the photos than in reality.
• Rosalind (8/5): Enjoyable stay with Italian way - We stayed here for 6 nights. Apartment as described and photographed. We arranged to meet service rep at the apartment as I was not keen to sign off on the lease agreement until we had seen the apartment. Italian way staff very accommodating re this. A very comfortable bed, plenty of space for clothing etc. full fridge with freezer. Kitchen cupboards are high up so difficult to reach if you are on the short side. Shower recess is very small. Lift to 4th level. Fairly typical Italian apartment block with inner court yard and external walkways to entry door. Overall a very pleasant stay. Close to Garibaldi station for regional trains and metro. Buses and trams at the end of the street. Supermarket across the street. Plenty of restaurants near by.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Waste of Time and bad Experience - First thing, getting the keys was the worst. It is not convenient to get the keys from the Central Station. Calling more than 20 times to get through! No signal in the tv, no channels. Had to search the apartment to find the internet because it was turned off. Overall a very tiresome experience.
• Jerber (6/5): - In relation to the accommodation, it was good, however, the location was a bit far from the metro. Another detail that I did not understand was the cost of € 35.00 plus the stay !!!!!
