• George (10/5): Best Experience - My stay in this hotel was amazing. I arrived early and was greeted by the property owner. She was very accommodating and lovely. I felt like i was greeted by my sibling from a long trip. I was taken to my room and was very happy of it. After a long flight, all you need is a comfortable room. Bonus i have a balcony where i enjoyed my coffee and looking at the fabulous city view at night. The property is very close and walking distance to shopping center and restaurants of your own choice from Japanese, Korean and the local Filipino dishes. I suppose to stay for 2 nights and decided to extend more nights. Highly recommended and was one of the highlights of my trip. Having a room away from home
• 120ronb (10/5): Stayed at the Bayview Mansion in 2018 - Stayed here in 2018 was on the 24th floor great view of Manila bay and the city huge room Bret Wi-Fi close to lots of restaurants,clubs, nightlife in the heart of Metro Manila Internet cafe across the street banks all can be found in walking distance
• AzitiZ (2/5): post covid greed and cheatery - I have stayed here a total of three times. The first time by chance was a great apartment really high up with excellent decor. The next time was pretty okay as well but not as good. Those times were 2018. Being in Shanghai for all of Covid-19 I wanted a vacation once it ended so I thought I would go back to this property. Big mistake. I was fobbed off at last minute notice (after having paid, no refund) into their worst apartment on a very low floor. The apartment had a major problem with cockroaches. It was infested. The furniture was old and shabby. The TV had one sole channel - a Phillippine version of Youtube that was useless. The electric cooker did not work propery and was not even earthed. The kitchen did not even have a extractor fan. This place cost me top dollar and I booked well in advance - 8 months. But what really soured it was that there is a building site obstructing the sea view which the woman who runs this property failed to disclose. This situation completely ruined my time there and I stayed for 4 weeks. This place actually charges more for the sea view as well. I could really go into depth about my experience but I do not want to do that... In a word I was cheated by this woman who runs these properties. A case of 'welcome back and we will give you the bargain basement'. Not the way to run a business I think. North of 1000 USD a month. I wil never go back. Trust my review and avoid.

• Taeyoung (6/5): 베이뷰는 굿 - 베란다에서 보이는 탁 트인 베이뷰에 재떨이까지 있어 금상첨화였습니다. 에어컨세기는 생각보다 약했으나 선풍기가 있어 괜찮았고 게스트 킷으로 칫솔, 치약, 샴푸, 비누 제공해주고 타올도 큰 걸로 두 장 제공해줘서 좋았습니다. 단점으로는 바퀴벌레가 너무 많아서 잡다 지쳤습니다... 그리고 엘리베이터도 한 번 놓치면 꽤 오랜시간 기다렸어야되서 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 바퀴벌레만 없었으면 완벽한 숙소였을텐데 너무 아쉽네요

• Enrico (8/5): - The view of Manila Bay is breathtaking. I like my room and my friends who visited liked it too. It is conveniently located to all the Bars, shopping and restaurants. The building has the lap pool that I used everyday. It also has a gym. Price was attractive. The money I saved meant I had more money for entertainment. Mrs Lee was responsive to my needs.

They did offer a room with air con but wasn't as good so we decided to keep our room which they gave to us at a discount. The room/bathroom needs a bit of a clean up but has a great view. The pool and the staff were the highlight. Also lots of security around the entrance so felt safe

• Verified traveler (8/5): Breathtaking view of Manila Bay, room was okay - I stayed on the 27th floor. When deciding to stay here, remember this is a filipino CONDOTEL. The person that shows you the room is the point of contact for any problems, so be diligent on examining the room before you let them go. You probably will not see them again. Also, had to wait 30 mins for check in/out. This is a multi-purpose building. There is a call center, mall, recreation area, apartment complex, all in this 35 story building. the 5ftx5ft elevator WILL be full during work hours. One time there were 22 people in the elevator. Problem expands as one of the three were out of order. The room was clean enough, there were still many missed spots of mystery liquid. The bed was fine, the last guest took the tv off the wall and moved it to the bedroom. It was a good move imo. The cable tv was reduced to 5 local channels because cable subscription lapsed. No daily maid service, the AC was nice and cool though. I would reccomend this for someone who isn't going to stay in the room much. Its for one who is for sightseeing crowd as theres 100s of bars, ktv's, and clubs between here and the SuperMall. The balcony and view is the highlight of this stay. It overlooks Manila Bay and its breathtaking. The view alone is worth staying here at least night and see the famous Manila Bay sunset. Lots of good places to go, but do your homework before deciding on going to a random bar, spa, or ktv.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - Suddenly they changed the room from the one I was told when reservation, so my partner and daughter had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours until they finished cleaning of a room although I told them my partner and daughter would check in earlier than me and they had accepted. Before we leave, cable tv became not effective and stopped all. There was no kitchen utensil at all also no sofa bed for my daughter although I had requested them from the beginning. I needed to request them again. All the requests I had made was not done in advance.

• Robert (8/5): Comfortable. - The room and building is nice. Very comfortable mattress and couch. Could have been better if there was a microwave instead of a toaster oven. Long wait for the elevator due to Koreans packing them full in large groups.. Over all the room itself and Manila Lee was good. Now the Bayview Mansion has a lot of improvements to do.

• TAKAYUKI (6/5): 長期滞在には向いてます - 1階にフロントはなく、ビルの受付がありますので、係りを呼んでもらい部屋に案内されます。 冷蔵庫、レンジ、食器などありますが、お世辞にもきれい、とは言い難いです。荷物に余裕のある方は、持参されることをお勧めします。 ビルを出て、左方向に10分位でロビンソンがあり、1階にダイソー、ユニクロがありますので、どうしても必要な物はなんとかそろいます。 ビルのある場所は、下町で雑多な店が多く、日本料理、韓国料理などの店が多くあります。 夜の治安は、かなり良くなっていますが、1人歩きは厳禁だと思います。 プール、ジムは７階で自由に使え、80点です。 部屋に歯ブラシなどアメニティはありません。タオルもバスタオルが2枚のみです。石鹸は新品がありました。シャンプー、リンスもありません。 8日間いましたが、掃除は1日もありませんでした。ロビンソンで買ったタオルの1枚を雑巾として 使ってました。シーツの交換もありませんでした。頼めば、可能なのかもしれません。
• Josef (8/5): Value for Money - Wer eine bezahlbare Unterkunft in Ermita oder Malate mit Pool und Sicht auf die Manila Bay sucht ist bei Manila Lee gut bedient. Ein- und Auschecken problemlos. Das Plus ist der grosse pool und die grandiose Sicht auf die Bay vom kleinen Balkon. Da es sich um ein Appartment handelt muss man für Sauberkeit selber sorgen. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber alles was braucht ist vorhanden

There was no intercom from the room to he lobby. The fridge was not working for 17 days I stayed. I have to contact the owner several times. The internet/tv was off even early as 5 am before check out.

• Paolo (2/5): 웬 개미떼 - 호텔의 마닐라뷰는 정말 멋진곳입니다. 하지만 관리 부실로 곳곳에 개미가 있어서 약을 뿌리고도 물리고 잠을 자지 못했습니다. 그래서 옆 호텔로 짐을 옮기고 할수 없이 이틀을 그냥 날릴수 밖에 없었습니다. 가이드하는 필리핀친구나 한국분은 친절하였지만 더이상 문제를 만들고 싶지 않아서 내린조치였습니다. 다음에는 청결한 운영을 당부드립니다.
• Arnold (8/5): Perfect Manila Bay view from private owner - Malate Bayview Mansion is a huge appartment complex of 5 years old. Great view over Manila Bay, excellent swimming pool. My impression is that Mr. 'Manila Lee' has bought various appartments and rents them out short term. I had an appartment with bayview from the bedroom, small balcony, shower and a living room/kitchinette - all great. No daily cleaning but that is fine. It is hence no hotel with a normal reception desk. I arrived after a late flight and the woman at the entry desk called Mr. Lee, who directly came down with keys for the appartment. 'Check out' was a bit more vague - I left my keys 2 days later with the entry desk at noon, and could also leave my luggage there for a few hours. But Mr. Lee 'was out' so no formal check out with him. A drawback is that Hotels.com has no way of contacting hotel owners by email in case such arrangements do not work.
• Nick (10/5): Nice Apartment close to the Heart of Manila - I stayed in this apartment for 21 days on a business trip, the owners where very welcoming on arrival, the room was very clean and presentable, the bed was very comfortable, cooking facilities were adequate but needed a microwave, location was perfect for what i needed as is only a short grab or taxi ride from everything. Very decent sized pool and a good gym

• 젠틀맨 (2/5): 화가나려고하네요 - 날짜는11월30일 비행기를놓쳐서 하루더 지내야하는 상황이 생겼어요 급하게 검색으로서 말라테 베이맨션을찾았어요 금액은 그런대로착한가격이였습니다 결제를한후 체크인을하려고 로비를 찾았습니다 메일보다는 넘버를 보여주었던 오히려 저에게 룸넘버를 묻더군요 메일에나와있는데로 로비에 시리얼 넘버를 보여주면 된다기에 그대로했더니 그뒤로는 대화가되질않았어요 시간도 저녁늦은시간이라 익스피디아와의 통화는 되질않났습니다 로비직원은 저에게 계속 룸넘버를 물었고 저는 왜나에게 룸넘버를 물어보느냐 라고하니 룸넘버를모르면 들어갈수가없다고 하더군요 로비에서 필리핀현지언어만하다보니 알아듣기가 힘들었어요 답답한마음에 돌아나갈수밖에없었어요 1층에 위치한커피숍에서 이리저리방법을찾다보니 시간은벌써 1시가다되어가더군요 주위에 지인과 어렵게통화가되어 로비직원과 한참을통화하더니 무전기로 어디에 수신을하더라구요 몇분뒤 한 남자분이 내려오더니 따라오라고하더라구요 로비직원도 따라가라는제스츄어를 하더군요 35층F방을 보여주더니 키를놔두고 가더라구요 방체크를 이리저리했는데 재떨이에는 담배꽁초가 몇개피 쌓여져있었고 욕실에는 달랑 수건한장이 전부였어요 아무런제품하나없더군요 와이파이비번도 직접찾아내야합니다 ㅋㅋ 아무런도움말이 없어요 씻지도못한채로 2시에 입실하여 5시에퇴실했네요 달랑3시간을 쉬기위해 이고생을했나싶더라구요 암튼 저는 아주불만이 많은 날이였습니다 수상한점도 좀 많이 들었구요
