• marmaduke9 (4/5): Misleading claims from hotel. - Good shower and bed Electric outlets 10 feet from beds! Wifi very poor, specially at night. Was supposed to be restaurant in hotel, closed til October! No specific parking spot as advertised.

• Bettina (7/5): Für ein paar Strandtage - Direkt am Strand. Die Zimmer sind d sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Badezimmer sehr alt und es lief Wasser an der Wand herunter. Ausblick nicht gut. Zimmer groß. Bett war für mich zu weich. Leute super lieb und herzlich . Das Essen im Restaurant super.

• Chris (8/5): - My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Beachfront Cha-Am. The hotel is perfectly located right on the main strip in town, directly across from the beach, which made everything incredibly convenient. The owner and staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and featured a lovely balcony with an ocean view—definitely a highlight of our stay. There's a restaurant on the ground floor run by the same people that was convenient and the food was delicious. One of our favorite parts was how easy it was to walk across the street and rent two sunbeds for just $6 a day. It made relaxing by the beach effortless and affordable. The bathroom shower needs a good scrubbing down, but it wasn't a big issue

• Sonja (10/5): Excellent spot on Cha Am beach! - Everything! The location is incredible, esp the sea-view rooms. Just STEPS from the beach, with convenient shops and restaurants nearby. Comfortable, private feeling room with everything I needed, and very caring and kind staff. For a 3-night stay, I didnt have to ask for anything. The bed was soft and supportive - best sleep of my trip. Lighting options in the room were available, and a decent sized balcony. The safe wasn't working (battery?) And not many outlets to plug into. Although the lighting was good, it would be nice to have lamps by the bed for reading or night lights. Small things.
• KS1 (10/5): Recommendable hotel if you just need a place to sleep - I liked the staff, the food and the location. Close to everything. The staff even gave me free coffee! The bed was a little bit hard for me, but I slept well anyway. If you are tall, beware of the bathroom door. It might be a danger to your head as it is too low.

Было не очень удобно без лифта на 3 этаж , но это наверное мои завышенные требования по такой цене - номер вполне соответствует ожиданиям . Прибыли поздно, и отель был закрыт на решетки, с нашего номера было невозможно дозвониться, выручили местные жители и заселение прошло успешно . Нужно предупреждать о позднем заселении .

Location is perfect on the nth side of Cha-am beach, plenty of beach cafes and restaurants. Room was large, older style and furnished, but completely satisfactory for what is needed. Comfy bed. Nothing to complain about for the price and location. Nothing to dislike. Room is a bit dated, but so is the entire town, that's the appeal of the place. Slow thai beach life

• Barry (10/5): The most relaxing and enjoyable stay we have had in a long time. - First and foremost it was the excellent staff… owned by a lady with an all lady staff. They couldn’t do enough to provide for us… they all have a sense of humour and an uncanny charm. Step out the front door and cross the road to the beach.. heaven. The meals are international and high quality. What a crew.. they have it nailed.We will be back later this year all due to the Beachfront staff and facilities. Absolutely nothing.

Yes the building was older and a little tired but with all of the above, it just added to the charm. The good thing too was, you could still get the hotel wifi from the beach.

• Fernandez (1/5): Appaulling - Staying here was bordering on a joke. It was akin to "Fawlty Towers" on steroids No water most of the time, sometimes dirty water. Shower didn work anyway so it made not much difference. Couldnt flush the toilets. Crap old beds, filthy rooms and environment overall.
