I think it's just cultural difference.

We loved that we were able to store our luggage safely after an early arrival before check-in time. We were allowed to check in a bit early, when the room was ready. The staff was very kind and helpful. We appreciated the assistance in scheduling transfers to and from the airport. I highly recommend this property.

• Anna (10/5): Perfect location for visiting Athens. - The location and the flat. Clean, modern, quiet. We had to use the corridor to reach the balcony, but it did not bother us.

Encontramos en un mismo ambiente una cama doble y un sofá cama , una cocina equipada para cocinar, una heladera, pero no había ni 1 silla ni mesa. Encontramos ese espacio es imposible que se alojen 4 personas habiendo pagado un apartamento . Estuvimos muy incómodas. El baño hermoso casi más grande que el espacio para transitar.

• POLYXENI (9/5): Πολύ καλή επιλογή στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, με άνετους χώρους και πολύ όμορφη θέα - Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, ακριβώς δίπλα στην πλατεία Συντάγματος, με πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση από παντού και εξαιρετική θέα στην Ακρόπολη. Αρκετά καθαρό και αρκετά ευρύχωρο (τουλάχιστον το πορτοκαλί διαμέρισμα στο οποίο μείναμε εμείς) Νωρίς το πρωϊ ακούγεται η φασαρία από τον δρόμο και είναι ενοχλητικό

• Nicola (10/5): Durchdachtes Konzept, freundliches und aufmerksames Management, alles entspannt - klare Empfehlung! - Perfekt! Check In problemlos. Das Apartment geräumig, angenehm eingerichtet und super sauber. Alles funktioniert, ist durchdacht und klar kommuniziert - das habe ich noch selten so erlebt! Das Ganze zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Die Lage ein paar Schritte von Syntagma entfernt ist ideal, wenn man Flughafenanbindung braucht. Leider ist die Straße unterhalb sehr laut, und die Fenster halten den Lärm nicht völlig ab. Daher würde ich die wunderbare Dachterrasse mit dem schönen Blick auf die Akropolis wahrscheinlich kaum nutzen (an meinem Aufenthalt war es dafür ohnehin zu kalt).

• Elżbieta (9/5): - Mieszkanie znajduje się w centrum Aten, wspaniałe położenie względem komunikacji miejskiej. Wszystko w zasięgu chwili. Super. Ogólnie bardzo czyste i ładne mieszkanie. W „zielonym” mieszkaniu brakowało zwykłego noża, żeby móc coś pokroić. Niestety duży minus według mnie to brak normalnego krzesła i stołu, przy którym można usiąść i np coś zjeść. Nie wiem dlaczego o tym nie pomyślano. Jest niziutki mały stolik i „coś” do siedzenia, ale też bardzo nisko. Aż żal obniżać ocenę za takie rzeczy. No i bardzo miękki materac - w moim przypadku to problem.

• Andri (10/5): Plesant stay - Great location next to Syntagma metro station. The balcony had a beautiful view of the Acropolis. The staff were extremely polite and the apartment was very clean. We booked the Gold Room, which was spacious and well equipped.

• Daniel (10/5): - Family of 5 - The Orange Apartment (No. 805) is located on the 8th floor in a prime location – just 100 meters from Syntagma Square and the Greek Parliament. Access to the apartment is very easy; you receive a code to unlock the door. The apartment is exceptionally tidy and clean, and it is equipped with a kitchen for anyone who wishes to prepare their own meals. There are grocery stores nearby, as well as excellent restaurants. One evening we didn’t feel like going out for dinner, so we ordered food delivery to the apartment using the QR code provided inside (the dinner was excellent and arrived quickly). Overall, we would definitely return – highly recommended!

A friend had mentioned The Athenians Modern Apartments as we had 5 adults in our party and needed 2 apartments. The location was perfect and we were able to walk everywhere. The views from the balcony were stunning and the staff was so helpful in arranging our transport from the ferry on arrival to the airport on our trip back to the States. Cannot wait to visit again.

• Andrea (10/5): Wonderful place at Syntagma - The location was wonderful, right around the corner from Syntagma. Even walking on my own, it was safe to go everywhere in the centre at night. The apartment was exactly what I needed, beautiful view of the Acropolis, big sunny balcony. I could even enjoy my morning coffee outside in January! In summer, you would definitely need the air condition. Everything worked perfectly, the water pressure is on the low side, but was fine for washing my hair. The staff was extremely welcoming, I was sent a lot of ideas and recommendations for my stay. I met Dimos from reception and Linda who is taking care of the rooms. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends. The only thing I found a bit odd was the table. It is too high for the chairs, so you would need a big cushion to eat comfortably. But this is a very minor thing. Otherwise, I liked everything! I would not recommend it for 4 adults, the second bedroom does not have any windows and while the common space is certainly big enough for two people, it would feel crowded for four adults.

• Darko (10/5): Perfect - Lokacijata e perfektna, bukvalno na plostadot Sintagma. Apartmanot bese cist, golem i komforen so se sto ti treba. Personalot isklucitelno druzeljubiv i ni pomognaa okolu parking i izbor na restorani, osobeno Dimos ( uspeh so MRI), sekako i pozdrav do Linda i Laura za gostoprimlivosta, tie se prekrasni. • COSTAS (10/5): WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE - (1) The location. The sense of security. Cameras on Entrance and Corridor. Next to Cyprus embassy. (2) The cleaning services. They used to replace our towels every next day plus cleaning our room. (3) Very warm rooms, no need for heating. The hand held shower head has to be either replaced or installed properly. Something it’s blocking the water pressure. There is sufficient water pressure should you use the ceiling shower rain head.

• Farah (9/5): New favorite family stay in Athens! 0 complaints - The location is outstanding and the ease of entry and safety is very convenient. Cleaning staff especially Linda were amazing! Reception staff was super responsive and helpful. Our kids loved the little nook they got to sleep in. Balcony was a very nice touch with an incredible view of the acropolis. It’s quiet and clean. Would 100% stay here again. A new Athens favorite! That we had to share a washing machine with the whole Floor and the bath towels provided were a little small. Honestly these were very minor things

• Sabine (10/5): Tolles, sauberes und sicheres Appartment mitten in Athen. - The Appartement "junior suite" / "blue" was wonderful. Anna made it possible to let us check in 3 hours before check in time. Thank you again, that was very helpful. We had a huge terrace with a nice view to the acropolis. Everything was there and it was very clean. The Appartement is one block from the airport express bus X95 away. We didnt meet Anna, so check in and out is very easy with a code. We could leave our luggage in a storage. Everything was perfekt. nothing

• Koula (8/5): Good - The location is excellent, really close to the centre, food and shopping. The cleaning lady was very kind and cleaned the apartment every day. Comfortable room They don’t provide late check out and they charge full amount of an extra day, even if u need it only for a couple of hours. I was very dissapointed by that; we travelled for the marathon and needed to have a shower after the race and had to take care of a baby as well. We left at 18:00 and they couldn’t charge at least half of the day. They take advantage of the race days.. also too many mosquitos, the baby was bitten all over the face
• George (10/5): Perfect Location and Exceptional Cleanliness - I had a wonderful stay during my visit to Athens. The accommodation was right in the city center, in Syntagma, which made everything easily accessible. The place was exceptionally clean, and I was truly impressed by the housekeeping. A special mention goes to Mrs. Linda and Mrs. Laura, who kept the rooms spotless and were absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.
