• Vanessa (9/5): - Wunderbar, sehr schöne Anlage direkt am Strand, Frühstück war toll und die Zimmer sind schön. Nur wenige Schritte in den Ort wo es alles gibt, was das Herz begehrt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Helena, die immer mit gutem Rat zur Seite stand und alles möglich gemacht hat. Außerdem die Dame, die die Zimmer gereinigt hat, es war alles blitzsauber und sie ist unglaublich freundlich. Rundum eine Anlage in der man sich wohlfühlt. Alle spannenden Ausflugsziele sind gut erreichbar, der Transfer zum Flughafen kostet ca. 30 Euro.
• Petra (7/5): Sehr schöner Badeurlaub. - Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und Helena ist das absolute Highlight. Die Zimmer sind zu klein, der Kühlschrank unangenehm laut.

• Hiba (10/5): - Although described as a resort, this property is more akin to a boutique hotel. I love this because there are only 6 rooms which makes the experience very personable. It also takes a minute to get back to your room from the beach so if you forget something, you can quickly go back and get it. The host Elena is fantastic - such a friendly, warm, and caring person. She could not do enough for you. The beach bar and restaurant are wonderful but the service was hit and miss in regards to the attitude of the person taking / delivering your order. I got a great sense that some of the staff did not want to be there. Service with a smile goes a long way.

Milý personál na baru u pláže👍 Wifi byla na pokoji opravdu nedostačující a snídaně nic moc, malý výběr a téměř žádná zelenina. Vybíráte si t menu, resort má totiž ubytovací kapacitu 6 pokojů
• Natalie (10/5): Krasne ubytovani primo na plazi - Skvele ubytovani primo na plazi. Plaz je u ubytovani nadherna, ciste more, pisek, opravdu nejhezci, co jsme se tak prochazeli podel cele plaze. Prijemna obsluha, vse zaridi, zajimaji se a chteji pro vas jen to nejlepsi. Snidane se podava v beach baru primo u more. Velice doporucujeme. Vse bylo perfektni :)
• Bogdan (9/5): Venis Resort is fantastic, good location and good value for money! Recommended! ⭐️ - I went on holiday with my wife and 5yo daughter. And we absolutely loved our time at Venus Resort! Everything, from the cleanliness, to the staff, to the food and especially the location! It cannot stress enough how good the location is, directly on the beach! We were having our lovely breakfast, every morning, at the beach bar/tavern which was literally on the beach. The sand and water in this particular stretch of the beach is very lovely. When it comes to the staff: I would like to give a special shout to Helena and Vagelis 🫶🏻 Helena is the hostess at Venus Resort; she is a very happy and friendly person, who makes everyone feel welcome. For the entire period we were there, Helena was extremely helpful and always went out of her way to provide us with everything we needed (and I mean everything). She is a gem and they are lucky to have her in their team. Vagelis is one of the guys working at the beach bar/taverna. He is a very smart, articulate and friendly young man, and very very professional. It was a joy to interract with him; he is a great people-person. There are not many things I didn’t like; like I said, the experience was amazing. I didn’t appreciate the attitude of two staff members, particularly the main bartender guy (brunette fella). You could always catch him in the middle of talking about you, you count plainly see him looking straight at you and then talking to someone, in their native greek language, or having a laugh. He wasn’t even trying to hide it. It happened quite a few times and I’m sure he does this all the time. I found it a bit unprofessional.
• Lidia (4/5): Non ci tornerei - La posizione essendo sul mare era buona ma da un resort 4 stelle mi aspettavo camera sul mare, piscina che non può mancare, colazione a buffet con ampia scelta anche di torte, croissant, marmellate di vario tipo, biscotti, salumi e formaggi etc… La colazione, una hall che non c’è, le prime file della spiaggia a pagamento quando invece la primissima fila dovrebbe essere riservata agli ospiti della struttura, tanto sono solo 6 camere….

• Iakovenko (10/5): 🌟 A perfect place for a peaceful seaside getaway Venus Resort Tsilivi is a small and very cozy hotel with only six rooms - 1. Location: The hotel is perfectly located — right on the beach, just a one-minute walk to the sea. It’s close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet. 2. Rooms: Comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. You really feel that each detail was made with care. 3. Cleanliness: Everything is spotless — from the rooms to the common areas. Housekeeping is regular and very thorough. 4. Value for money: The hotel is absolutely worth its price. You get great quality, service, and comfort for a very reasonable rate. 5. Beach & Staff: The beach area is well-maintained, with umbrellas that have a call button for waiter service — such a thoughtful touch! Service is very fast, food and drinks are always fresh, and the presentation is beautiful — even when served directly on the beach. 6. Hospitality: The staff is always kind, smiling, and ready to help. Their friendliness truly enhances the whole experience.
• Anand (7/5): Venus resort is in a great location - The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location on the beach near water sports activities. Breakfast on the beach was included, and staff were warm and hospitable. The resort states that you can check in between 3pm and midnight. However, the information desk/reception was closed when we arrived at 8:30pm on a Weds, and there was no one around to assist. After a few calls(the number on the booking confirmation did not initially work)and 30 minutes later...a person did come to give us our room key. However, I would advise future travellers to let them know if you are arriving later as there isn't a full-time hotel reception.

• Brenda (8/5): Perfect - We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Helena – she’s an outstanding hostess who made us feel right at home. The room was cleaned thoroughly every single day, and everything was always spotless. The garden was beautifully maintained and created a relaxing atmosphere, with direct access to the beach – just perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-cared-for getaway! The only small downside was that the lovely beach restaurant wasn’t open during our stay, which was a bit of a pity.

• Audrey (10/5): Highlight of our honeymoon - We were blown away by Venus Resort! The beds were comfy, the shower had absolutely great water pressure and breakfast was perfect! What topped it off for us were the staff - the owner, front desk and the staff at the beach bar went above and beyond to accomodate for us and were so friendly to chat to. We’ll come back when we visit Zakinthos again! Rooms are slightly small for two people with big lugagges, but this is expected at other hotels for big trips!

The staff were all amazing and especially Fotini at reception and Christos and all the staff at the beach bar. The lady who cleans the rooms was a honey. The beach at Venus resort was paradise. The room facilities were modern,comfortable beds,good air conditioning,fresh sheets towels ,cleaning every day with kind staff. Above all thanks to the most kind,friendly and helping person Foteini.She gave us all necessary informations and tips ,find a very good local car rental for us and did everything to make our stay really special!We are coming again next year for sure. We only missed a wardrobe for the clothes that cannot be hanged
• AKIN (10/5): - We stayed there 10 days in July where we felt like home thanks to Foteini, Hristos, Stavros and Eni. The room cleaning lady was very tidy and hardworking. You can also book touristic tours as well as Airport transfer from the desk. The resort has only 6 rooms so very quiet and discreet from the beach. The beach has a wide space where you can enjoy the sun, drinks and meals from the beach bar. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a calm vacation with a relaxing time.

• Helen (10/5): Tsilivi is a wonderful location. Beach is superb. The hotel is directly on the beach. Thumbs up! - The lady at reception is wonderful and the cleaner is top class. Both very friendly and kind. Room was exceptionally clean every day. Can't fault them. The beach bar staff were not very attentive and food took a long time to appear. They didn't seem too phased about being questioned on it either. It's a pity as the location is amazing. Just lacks a bit of polish to make it wonderful.

Only cold water for first 24 hours - didn't seem like it was the first or last time the apartment would be without hot water. Breakfast repetitive, was good but boring after a couple of days. WiFi - wouldn't connect unless I was stood outside the door - reception didn't tell us that they had changed the password two days before we was due to leave which meant we didn't have WiFi at all. Reception is definitely not 24 hours - 10am until 6pm. On site restaurant and bars shut most of the time - open when they feel like it.

• Laura (10/5): Venus Beach will make your stay to the island unforguettable. - We had a fantastic time at Venus. Great resort straight on an amazing clean beach. All personel working at Venus is very professional and always smiling offering the greatest service. Special thanks to Dimitra at the reception, Spiridula and Marius at the bar and the cleaning lady, who was getting daily care of our room. Zante is a magical place and Venus contributed to be one of the best vacation we ever had. Thanks all and see you soon! The storage space in the room was the only thing that could be eventually improved.

• Alexander (9/5): Superb - The location of Venus is amazing: right at the beach with free parking and the sunbeds are for free for hotel guests (except of the first four rows). Also many very good restaurants nearby. The breakfast could definitely be altered. You can choose from 4 different options which do get boring over the course of time - especially if you do not eat any meat. Also the hints that everything needs to be paid extra (ruined towels, stains from suncreen, ...) were unnecessary since this is a common practice but by explicitly pointing it out one is always alert when using the towels. Very tiny room without any storage. Was a bit tricky to handle with 2x 20kg suitcases.

During the first night,when I was taking a shower,there was no water from both tap and shower head when I just put my shampoo on my head.The reception works only for 9a.m to 5p.m as they told (But at the last day when I was leaving and I would like them to call a taxi for me and I waited until 9.30a.m there was no one appeared at the reception).I called using the number they gave to me but no one answers.I have no choice but to use the bottled water to wash my head since I couldn’t walk to other places with my shampoo on my head.I messaged to them to ask for a partial refund but their attitude really made me very angry.They said this only happened to me and not to other customers which sounds like this is my fault while this is their technical issue.Fortunately I have recorded the video and I will send it to booking management team.

• Sitong (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, right next to the beach. The place is so lovely and well equipped. The room is a little bit small compared to the other hotel we stayed, but we stayed most of our time outside on the beach, so it doesn't bother me. The beach bar also open to the public, however the staff also reserved the sun beds in the very front for us which is really thoughtful. Very friendly staff!
• Julie (7/5): Venus Resort - A lovely, quiet spot in a very busy tourist town. The room was very modern, with a huge round bed & powerful shower. The housekeeper kept the room & outside area spotless. All staff at the beach bar were exceptionally friendly & helpful. Sunloungers reserved for you at the beachfront. Nobody on site when we arrived early evening & no instructions regarding access to the room. Managed to find someone at the beach bar who let us into the room. No instruction on how to use WiFi, TV or safe & no one answering the contact number detailed in the room. Didn't feel like a good start to our stay but it got better.

• Jamie (10/5): We came for the hotels location but would return because of the amazing staff. - The rooms were fresh and clean on a daily basis. The bathroom was very spacious. Superb location right on the beach. The staff were first class. they honestly couldn’t do enough for us and we felt very welcomed from day one. Special mention must go to Teo, Mia, Fiorella & Angela for looking after us every day.
• marina (8/5): - The location is the best in Tsivilli for sure. Right on a beach with beach bar and service, sport activities and downtown of tsivilli with tons of shops and tavernas. The staff is amazing as well. Christopher at the bar, Vasilii and Mia at the front were super helpful and friendly. My main concern was the AC situation as it gets unbearably hot and since you only have one key you unable to enjoy your room after dinner. Would take good hours for the room to cool down. Also I wish the room had some hooks as we were not able to even hang robs or towels. The beach is a positron stunning. Service at the beach bar is great too. Food is ok for Greece. We enjoyed it more outside of the resort.

• Natascha Alexandra (10/5): Waanzinnige hotel, veel meer sterren waard! - Het was een geweldig hotel, 1 ster doet het absoluut geen recht aan! Heerlijk ontbijt, super vriendelijk personeel, perfecte locatie( rand van centrum)bij het strand op een vrij exclusieve locatie. Inchecken moet bij het restaurant aan het strand, geen incheckbalie. 6 kamers op het resort, nog nooit zoiets mee gemaakt maar zo waanzinnig fijn.

• giorgio (8/5): ottima posizione in riva al mare - si tratta di 6 camere posizionate vicino alla riva. a disposizione bar, ristorante e servizi spiaggia. non vi una reception. le camere sono ben arredate ma calde e non particolarmente grandi. non sono molto funzionali in quanto non vi sono nè comodini nè armadi nè cassettiere. la doccia è veramente comodo e larga. pulizia eccellente da parte della collaboratrice Jota. quasi tutto il personale della spiaggia è accogliente. qualche difficoltà i primi giorni per avere una colazione stile italiana e non stile inglese. tutto risolto da metà soggiorno. location esclusiva

Looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to zakynthos. Thank you for a wonderful holiday experience.
• Marc (8/5): ligging vlakbij het strand, kamers wat werk aan. - Op zich is het natuurlijk een mooi complex met een prima ligging. Personeel heel vriendelijk en niks op aan te merken. Misschien wel proberen om alles wat duidelijker voor te stellen. Qua inchecken en uitschecken moet je alles nog gaan vragen en daar konden ze duidelijker in zijn. Het grootste probleem zijn de kamers en het feit dat je nergens fatsoenlijk je kleren kunt opbergen. Nog eens, het is een mooie plek, mooie kamers maar ik zou zeggen maak de plaats waar de kluis is dicht en maak er een kast zodat de kamers pas echt praktisch is. Voor de rest mooie snackbar enz... en en het personeel verdient een specialevermelding, zij zijn super!! Voor wie vlakbij het strand wil liggen, zeker doen.
• Verified traveler (10/5): 6 Room “resort” - I’d call it a boutique not a resort. This Resort had 6 rooms and the staff were exceptional hosts. If you want some quiet time within walking distance to shopping a restaurants it’s perfect. I’ll definitely be back!
