- Rees (9/5): Definitely will be back when I need to stay in the area. - Breakfast was great! So many options! Rooms were spacious and very clean. Hotel is located near outlet malls. Staff was very friendly. If I had wanted to swim, the pool was not available yet. I assume due to time of year (middle of May). However, I didn’t plan on swimming anyway so no big deal.

- Pamela (4/5): Cheap feel and not professional front desk which I was expecting better on both. - Location. Had to wait for a front desk person upon arrival. After a few minutes I went to open the front doors again hoping someone would come out to greet me. There was dirt makeup or something on my comforter that is black on a white bedcover. How did the maid not notice that? Mostly did not like the small thin bath towels, and only 3 for 2 adults. I called the front desk for additional towels so we wouldn’t have to use wet ones in the morning, they never came, I called again and she said they’re at the front desk. Odd. We both woke up to highway noise at 5am, and wished they had put us in a room on the other side, away from the highway. For a Holiday Inn Express it was very cheap “dollar-store & Scott tissue” thin bath towels. Not impressed at all.

I tried with the switches on the light itself and with the wall switches. Nothing. I should have called the front desk, but I didn't, so I didn't blame the hotel. My mistake.

- Tammy (10/5): We were there for one night, from the looks of the hotel Inthougjt it was fairly new. However it has been at this locat - Very clean, walk in shower, beds very comfortable. Near the Outlet Mall. Need grab bars in the showers. The breakfast was cold.

- mark (10/5): overrall the hotel was nice and in a good location - breakfast was better than most hotels I have stayed at over the years, staff was on top of replacing foods and making sure all equipment was working as intended, the cinnamon rolls were really good as well as the selections of drinks The only thing I can negatively say was that one elevator was out of order which is no fault to anyone at the hotel more just an inconvenience, I'm sure they had somebody working on it or just waiting on parts, also having to wait for cleaning staff to use the same elevator so loading luggage carts or multiple people in the elevator was not easy

They need to work on training the ladies in housekeeping on cleaning the bathroom in rooms. Also we asked to stay an extra hour my husband had hurt his arm and it took us longer to get car loaded and going and lady at front desk told us no due to hotel being booked. House keeping was not even near our door when we left. Felt she was just being rude the way she said to us. Never seen her before. I had to go out in parking lot and load

I called from the airport to talk with the hotel to explain the situation and was told to call back. Holiday Inn refused to waive any fees for an issue totally out of my control. They definitely lost my future business!

- Jorrn (2/5): - The Holiday Inn totally screwed up my reservation. Changed my room from a first floor, king bed with walk-in shower to a 2nd floor, 2 double bed room with a bathtub & view of a tin roof. This room switch occurred after I had called to reconfirm my room reservation. I am an amputee. This room change was totally unacceptable! The handicapped parking outside was empty except for 1 other car on the 1st night. I saw the driver & she was totally ambulatory. On the second day, when I returned after 7 hours of moving, I was told there was a handicapped room available. Just what I wanted to do after working in the heat for 7 hours. Repacking & schelping my luggage from upstairs to downstairs in the back of the hotel. Although the 2nd room was a little better, the shower was a disaster. The shower seat was on one end of the shower while the soap, shampoo/conditioner was on the opposite wall & mounted high up. The linens were cheap & abrasive, toilet paper was cheap Scott's & soap/shampoo/coditioner/lotion was cheap, toxic Dove brand. The staff was horrible. No real apologies. Basically had a Too Bad attitude. I felt like they couldn't have care less. The breakfast items were horrible. Very limited & mostly prefab. I will NEVER entertain the idea of staying at another Holiday Inn.

She was so helpful and concerning that I was looking forward to her coming on in the next shift. The room was very clean and quiet. I requested a room on the top floor when I made the reservation and it was what I got. Althea made me feel like family..The breakfast could have been better though.

Super comfy bed, excellent egg white frittatas and just right bacon for breakfast!!! Definitely worth a high recommendation!!

- ASHLEY LEANN (10/5): A must stay!!! - If you have an opportunity to stay here, then do it. The staff works harder than any hotel I’ve been to. The place was spotless and smelled so nice! It was clear they take pride in their work. We were so pleased!!

- Amrod (8/5): Nice spot, would return. Hopefully I'll hear something from booking.com. - The biscuit with gravy and cinnamon roll were tasty. Everything was fine. Unfortunately, I made an error on the date through booking.com. I had booked in 8/11 and out on 8/12, rather than in 8/12 and out 8/13. I did not realize and was told upon trying to check in on 8/12 that our reservation was for the prior night. There was nothing the hotel could do since i used booking.com for the reservation. I reached out to booking.com to see if anything could be done and have not heard anything as of yet (2 days).

This hotel was in a great location and a perk is that we were walking distance to the outlets!
