- Megan (10/5): - The staff at this hotel is very friendly- one receptionist went above and beyond and helped me find a dentist when I was in a lot of pain. The hotel itself is a bit older, but it is comfortable nonetheless. It’s a very close walk to Sukhbaatar Square and multiple museums and monuments.

- Randall (2/5): - The hotel does not have good communication with Orbitz. I had booked and a confirmation from Orbitz. However when I showed up, the hotel was full. They did find a neighboring hotel. My advice is call the hotel after booking to insure you have a room.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Well located, walking distance to State Department Store, across the street from Sukhbaatar Square. Our reservation was different from what I had booked online and was told that there could be a price adjustment, but in the end they corrected the mistake.
