The room was spacious and featured a microwave, refrigerator and a nice TV. There is no outdoor signage to indicate there is a hotel there, but that may be a safety feature. Take elevator to 3rd floor. There wasn't anything we didn't like.

I asked for a recommendation for a mechanic, and the young woman at the desk called her father, who showed me the issue, then spoke to my mechanic by phone (in another state) and I was ok'd to continue my trip feeling comfortable that it wasn't a safety issue. What a kindness that was very much appreciated! I couldn't make the T.V. loud enough to hear over the sound of the aircondiitoner. I didn't want to bother the staff, so I just used the closed captioning.

The entrance into the lobby was clean and bright, just off an elevator from the parking lot. The rooms were very clean and very quiet, and my son appreciated the smart TV in his room. We both slept well in our respective rooms. I do prefer having windows in a hotel room, and these had none. But I guess that is why it was so very quiet. WiFi was only available in the common areas

Nuevo Laredo really doesn't have Uber although the app functions it also was offline. Didi app is only option or have to pay cash and negotiate with taxis. If I stay there again stay in known brand hotels.
