- Richard (10/5): - I like this place. Airport close, not a lot of services nearby really but jeepney trip to Parkmall is simple. Good security too. Clean and surprisingly quiet. Bathroom fittings a bit messed up taps/ bidet/ shower/ tiles/ plug could all be fixed but you gets what ya pay for . And price is excellent.

- Todd Thanh (4/5): - I order a room on the second floor the first night and they gave me the third floor. I thought I ordered wrong so I let it be because I was to tired from traveling. I had to paid more for being on the second floor. The second time I booked the hotel I made sure I booked the second floor because this location has no elevators. When I checked in they gave me the third floor saying I booked the third not the second. I had to show them proof that I booked the second floor and they have to call their manager before they were willing to give me the room I rightfully booked. They should have done it right the first time and not make the same mistake the second especially when I paid more for the second floor.

- McKinzie (4/5): - The floor in the bathroom leaked water when you stepped on tiles. There was no blanket even though it said bedding provided. There were ants in my bed. The deadbolt to get on the balcony wouldn’t open because there was nothing to open it with. The view super early in the morning was beautiful!

Only a couple of issues I had/ the bldg. water and the position of the bed. Although I don’t drink the water, I still tasted the saltiness when I brushed my teeth and when using the shower. And the bed was just not positioned right. Other than that it’s conveniently located close to transportation and the airport. 3 out of 5

- Gem (4/5): - The utensils are dirty, you can even see the dirt. The water shower is so slow, you can barely take a shower. You can't control the AC coz it's at the upper window. The only good thing in this place is that this place has real human being working. The staff are so nice kind hearted very helpful. I love the Filipinos. I'm hoping they are paid well.

But 2 hours later this Air conditioning unit started to sound very loud also. I was too tired to move so decided to turn A.C. off. But guess what? A.C. controller turns TV on! In the morning there was no hot water for the shower. And I don’t know why they call this place Copenhagen. They use only IKEA furniture.

- Robert (6/5): Condotel close to the airport, good for a 1 night - Close to the airport. Good service. Room was ok for 1 or 2 nights. A little difficult checking in. Check-in desk is in the back of one building and in another. Also, no elevator, so, leaving your room to go out somewhere can be a headache after a few times. Rooms are priced right. Ok deal overall. Especially if you need to be coose to the airport.

We thought were not able to find a hotel since its Sinulog and all hotels are fully booked but with our luck we found Copenhagen East Residences and no doubt its a complete set and beyond our expectations. Its nice and its like living in a condo just for one day and its a great experience for us. Thank you
- John (8/5): Perfect Hotel Apartment Rooms. - Perfect Hotel Apartment Rooms. Had a great stay and sure to use again. Little far from any shop or mall. There is a mall 15 or 20 minutes walk if you know your way around and it might take longer if you use a taxi as the traffic is very congested in this part of the city.
