• Marije (4/5): - Comfortabel bed hoewel hoeslaken haren opzaten en aan het pullen. Andere bed had dat niet, dus hoeslaken van andere bed gehad. Niet aangenaam om te zien wat er dan tussen het bed ligt… Zeer complete keuken en fijn dat je eigen eten kunt maken. Midden in de nacht kwamen er amerikanen binnen met heel harde muziek en lachend en blowend. Ik schrok wakker en voelde me toen absoluut niet veilig. Ik heb vervolgens de hele nacht wakker gelegen en ben heel snel de kamer uitgegaan om naar het vliegveld te gaan. Het telefoonnummer was niet bereikbaar, gelukkig reageerde er iemand op mijn schriftelijke berichten en kwam er een medewerker, maar het feit dat er dat soort mensen zich zomaar aan de andere kant van je slaapkamer deur bevinden vond ik heel eng.

• Ranjanben (9/5): This was a welcome stay for our first visit to Iceland - Perfect location in the main area of city Lots of stores , restaurants close by Property well maintained , clean with all mod cons in the kitchen facility Room was well heated & comfortable Did find it difficult to find the place at first but access and security was well set up Did not expect a communal kitchen area to be shared amongst other guests In the Individual room , found that the bathroom / toilet area was a bit small Would have been nice to have shower & toilet separate Maybe if the rooms were larger - there would be ample room to store ones clothes in cupboards Maybe a safety deposit safe in the room would be handy too

• Carlos (8/5): Apartamento bien decorado en una ubicación inmejorable ! - La ubicación es espectacular, las instalaciones de cocina y terraza muy completas, posibilidad de café se agradece, muy buen wifi, diseño del apartamento muy agradable, tamaño de la habitación muy buena, clima de calor muy bien regulado Para los que llevamos maletas grandes y pesadas subir y bajar tres pisos sin ascensor es duro, podían hacer la habitación diariamente igual que si hacen la cocina, y por último las cañerías huelen fatal cuando pones el agua caliente, cosa que no nos ha pasado en otros alojamientos (hoteles) que hemos estado en Reikiavik
• Chris (9/5): Prime Location with new/modern facilities! - Prime location in Reykjavik town, a short walk into all keys attractions locally and a great base location for us catching trips at the bus stop just 5 minutes away. Rooms and kitchen very clean with great facilities. We did have a fire alarm wake us from the flat down stairs due to the shared kitchen on each floor however this did not spoil the stay. Very good location and modern rooms would definitely book again!

Not pleasant looking stairs on way up to room. Bathroom tiny. Shower tiny. Nobody to check us in, have to rely on phonecalls to main HQ.
• Lily (9/5): Beautiful stay, love to come back! - The room is beautiful, really easy to access and great view of the city. Super central to everything. Decor is really lovely. Defo recommend staying here. There is bad drainage which caused a smell in the bathroom when the water was running. However I don’t think there is anything they can do about this.
• Sophie (6/5): Great location, however accommodation needs some work/attention. - The location was great and the shared living space was a real bonus. We didn’t realise the property had a balcony which was a lovely surprise. 1. To enter the building you have a code, however the keypads are very temperamental and it can take several attempts for it to correctly register the number you enter. At one point during our trip we ended up locked out of the apartment because the keypad was not working. 2. There are no lifts and the apartments are up multiple flights of stairs. Which can be difficult with heavy suitcases. 3. Our room smelt very odd for the duration of our stay. 4. The bedsheets were of poor quality. Heavily used and bobbling. In addition to this, one of the pillows had a stain on it that looked like dried old blood - we obviously just took that pillow off the bed and slept with others but it made us feel quite gross and uncomfortable for the whole stay. 5. The bathrooms are tiny and rather impractical. 6. I did not realise that for the whole stay (we booked for 4 nights) there would be no cleaning service / no fresh towels etc. We had 1 small towel each for the whole stay.

Quando chegámos, o sofá cama não estava montado e deixaram roupa de cama não adequada para o mesmo. O chuveiro tem a torneira estragada sendo difícil ligar a água.

Unhygienic couch with a large brownish red stain and also causing minor itch on my back after sitting on the 'non-stained' side. The couch was totally unusable throughout my entire stay. 2. Bedsheet and cover was plentiful of human hair strains. 3. Renovation taking place in adjacent rooms, too much noise due to wall drillings and hammerings. 4. The room was code/keyless entry. Someone accessed my room without permission during my stay. 5. Stayed 6 nights but towels only changed once. No housekeeping...

• Barbara (4/5): - Część wspólna ładnie urządzona, dobrze wyposażona Pokój 4 osobowy, tak mały ze jak wejdą 4 osoby to juz nie ma gdzie położyć bagażu. Nie ma szans na otwarcie jedej walizki, a co dopiero czterech. Łazienka mikroskopijna, żadnej półki zeby ostawić kosmetyki, nie ma gdzie odwiesić 4 ręczników. Łóżko piętrowe było nie przygotowane, pod łózkiem na szczęście znaleźliśmy pościel i ręczniki. Lokalizacja tez co kto lubi, bo noby fajnie prxy tęczowej ulicy, ale w nocy tsk głośno, że nie da się spać. I dodatkowa atrakcja- mycie ulicy od 6 rano- mega głosne. Ale to juz nie wina hotelu😆 Za tą cenę nie polecam

• Alexandra (6/5): Good location, weird set up - The location was great. The set up was very odd with the shared living room/kitchen and our family room right off of it. Saw no staff at any point. Other guests made themselves incredibly comfortable in the living room, throwing pillows around, leaving their shoes in odd places, taking loud video meetings directly outside our room door, letting their kids run solo in the shared space at 6:30am.

Shared common area with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, sitting areas were available. The room suited our need - a place to sleep / wind down / wash - since we were out and about every day.

Good sound isolation for a place right in the middle of party life, we were there on saturday for a birthday and went down town, we didnt go out for long and went to sleep while people were still out partying, you almost can't hear the party people outside. The sink in the bathroom was very small, not possible to do anything but wash your hands. I wanted to wash my face but that was very hard.

• Caroline (8/5): Great location and facilities. Pricey but so is everything else in central. - Location is excellent. Super central and yet still super quiet. The place is easy to find and well equipt. The room itself was snug for the whole family but fine for a night and useful to have the communal area. The bunk beds are a little scary for small kids - the top bunk side is super low so we were worried our 7y.o would fall out.

Keyless entry great - accidentally keyed in wrong a couple of times and was locked out (nice security feature) but the host was very responsive and got me back in within a minute. The giant common area was amazing although we didn’t really have a chance to use it. Would have loved to wash some clothes if I had the time. The location amazing… steps away from great food and live entertainment! Bathroom and shower tiny!

The room is way smaller than the pictures, toilets are like an airplane toilets , no reception , no cleaning , rude staff over the phone and we couldn’t use the facilities because it was booked with other rooms and no one told us or compensate us for it.

• Maria (7/5): Excellent decor, clean, centrally location not a quite place - The place was nice, very clean and nice decor. While the location is very central making everything very accessible, it is not quite at all preventing a good night sleep. Perhaps it was Saturday night! There has been loud music of a nearby club at least until 3 am often accompanied by shouts and loud voices, preventing a good sleep. Also there was no mention that there is no lift, so with a big suitcase it would have been a problem.

• Daragh (10/5): Lively central apartment and a very thoughtful host. - Lovely central location. Really nice room. Very thoughtful staff. Kind abd easy to communicate with. We had an alarm go off in the middle of fhe night on our first night. This was not the fault of the host and though jt was a minor inconvenience, assistance came quickly and the host very thoughtfully left a written card to apologise for the inconvenience. That level of kindness is rare and it was really nice of the hosts to give a thoughtful gesture.
• Phil (10/5): 2 day Reykjavik stay - The stay was great. Loud music could be heard on Friday night until ~4am. Luckily we were on the fourth floor so it was manageable. Bathroom was small but worked. Location was great, but relying on a park house was unfortunate. Distance to popular Reykjavik destinations could not be better.

• Rebecca (5/5): Stylish apartments with top spec communal kitchen. Central location but as a result very noisy. - The apartments were spacious and stylish. The communal area had fantastic facilities including a wine fridge and balcony. Very central location. I struggled to find the apartments and didn't recieve an email with the code to get in (it was sent via a message on the booking.com app which I didn't have roaming to check). This was about 2am and I was travelling on my own and had been approached by two men so I just wanted to get into the building safely. Luckily there was a telephone number to call and the host answered to give me the code (but no room number so I just tried the code on every room until I got the correct one). A man tried to tailgate me into the apartments and I felt very unsafe. The apartments are in a Central location but next to a late night venue so the noise kept me awake on Friday and Saturday night. The tap for the shower was stiff and the bathroom is tiny. I struggled to get my adapter plug to work in the sockets. The key pads on the doors didn't always work so took a long time to get into my room half the time.
• Jeff (9/5): 2 nights in Reykjavík - Ive been coming to Iceland for the last 2 years and have spend many nights in different hotels. And ive got to say B14 was amazing! Best quality I've had for this price range. The location is really good! Like really you cant get any more central. The beds are comfy, the space was very clean, the shower was good and all the amenities were there! The only thing I can mention was the isolation between 2 rooms, we could hear people speaking through the wall but maybe our neighbor was just a loud talker

• Jeff (1/5): Useless and unprofessional management, and bad customer service. - The kitchen was well equipped and a decent size. The rooms are quite small and unfortunately the attitude and behavior of the owner/manager ruined our stay. Firstly she failed to send us the entry codes for the doors so we couldn’t get in, and when we called her to request the codes instead of her behaving professionally and simply apologizing and immediately informing us of the codes she attempted to blame us for not reading our documentation correctly - we had read it all fully and correctly, several times, and she’d failed to send them. After an unpleasant conversation she eventually agreed to send us the codes and then after more unnecessary hassle and us chasing her up she eventually sent us the codes so we could get in; we met other people in the apartments who she’d also failed to send the codes to so it wasn’t just us. Then, when we went to put our food in the fridge - which had labels for each room on the shelves - someone else’s beer was taking up our space and the rest of the fridge was empty so we put our food in an empty space. The next day when we came back in our food was gone, so we called the owner/manager and she said the cleaner had taken our food as it had not been put in the correct space for our room. We did not receive a message about this nor was our food just left on the side - the cleaner simply took it and/or threw it away because it was in the wrong place in the fridge. There is no notice anywhere on the fridge nor in the kitchen that you must put your food/drink in the correct space for your room or it will be taken away. There is no notification about this in the room handbook nor in any of the documents received from booking.com nor the apartments themselves, and we repeatedly requested the owner/manager send us the terms where it delineates this and she failed to do so - because there is no such thing.

• Nicholas (9/5): Superb - The entrance looked terrible at night as it is shared with a bar, however once past the inner door and up stairs it was great. The location is right downtown.
• Jenny (10/5): Perfect place to stay to feel at home on vacay. - The room was very nice, bed was comfortable. It was great having a washer and dryer and nice kitchen to have breakfast in mornings. The location was absolutely perfect. The bathroom was a little small and we could hear the people snoring in the room next to us but, they only overlapped one night. The security pad was a little tricky but we eventually got the hang of it.

• Elisa (10/5): Exceptional - The property is centrally located, with a bus stop just a one-minute walk away. The shared living area and kitchen are fully equipped with everything you need. The bedroom has all the essentials, though it was a little small.

• Georgi (10/5): Exceptional - The place has great location, very clean, very spacious, beautifully decorated. Very well stocked, lots of coffee pods, nearly everything is there. Supermarket is 2 mins away, instructions and tips book is super helpful, wifi was very fast! It could be a hit or miss with the other people in the other rooms

• Celete (9/5): Would love to come back one day! - Great location, comfy space, and great amenities! There are a lot of stairs to get up to the room. Not a big deal, but would have been nice to have a warning so we could adjust luggage accordingly.

The common area facilities were fantastic with added extras such as cereals provided and tea and coffee. Access to a dryer was a plus after the rainy weather. And balcony was nice large space. Central location good. Lots of useful information provided in booklet about the surrounding area. Bar downstairs if you like a drink but could not hear this so didn't disturb your sleep. Glass windows facing others flats with only net curtains covering windows mean can be seen through window so not very private. Triple room was not really triple as shown on website pictures There was not enough space to pull the sofa bed out.
