Did not match the photos displayed on the website. Bathroom also was quite small. Though the room seemed to be clean, there was always a bad smell. The rooms were not cleaned daily.

• Poonam (3/5): Not pleased about the experience. Unfortunately, don't have kind words for the facilities either. - The experience was unfortunately very poor for us as a family. The only positive I can think of was that we were able to check in late - around 11pm, without any issues. We booked two rooms for a family of 4 adults and 1 kid. On the day of the checkin, somebody rang us and told us that unfortunately, only 1 room was available from the original booking we made of 2 rooms. When we asked why this was so, they said, they'd spoken to 'somebody' from the family and advised them of this issue a few days ago. (Not true) When I probed further, they said the aircon in the 2nd room wasn't functioning & the hotel was booked out so they couldn't accomodate us. When I let them know that if the aircon wasn't working, that was their problem to resolve and not mine, they said they'd accomodate us. When we checked in - guess what, the aircon wasn't working. Back story for context: The Prime Minister was visiting and many of the hotels in proximity of this one were booked out. I suspect they had to accomodate more 'important people' so they fudged our booking. Another red flag: they asked us to pay upfront rather than at the end of the stay, which we did. We were promised a partial refund for the faulty aircon, which, no surprises, is yet to arrive. And all this happened offline , i.e: not via Booking.com's portal. Over the phone / texts etc

• Murali (8/5): - Had to request for towels, toilet roll, etc,. The response was swift. The bathroom is a step up and this was a challenge for my 84 year old mom. Limited place to hang change clothes in the bathroom. Did the job. However, no breakfast and limited utilities outside of the room.

The pictures posted are their family rooms and rooms that are slightly bigger, but I was given a room in a budget room price. Can’t even open a hand carry luggage and keep. Stayed there 2 nights and on the 2nd night then I was given a bigger room after requesting multiple times as I had 2 big luggage to pack and all.

• Isai2403 (1/5): Not value for money - Except the location nothing else is good about this hotel unfortunately. From the hotel you can view Malaikotai. The room is so space constraints. And they treat customers from booking.com very impolite. We have made a booking for a couple and we reached there quite late at night and they ended up giving us a room for single occupancy. The room is so tiny that your feet definitely gets hit by the bed while trying to walk around. The bathroom is dirty not well maintained and also they don't clean. Towels used by the previous guests were still in the bathroom and not removed. Toilet was not flushed nor clean from usage of previous guests. Breakfast is served in that tiny room which doesn't even have a table. The room is not at all valued for money. It's expensive for it's size and room type.

I could not even get ola,uber from this location to Airport
• Sr (9/5): After going through lot of hotels in website chosen this hotel having good track record. Sreedharan - The stay was comfortable. Geyser switch can be marked "G" or "Geyser". Staff were courteous. Security personnel was helpful. Room was neat & tide. A good place for a family. smaller water bottles can be replaced with 1 Litre water bottles 2 no's.

• Vibin (4/5): Waste of money. - The room and its facilities were not worth for the money paid. There is no sufficient parking, so I have to park my car on the road side during night. The AC does not cools the room, even though it was kept at 16° C. As cooling is not good, we have to use the cieling fan. But its noise is above normal. So I didn't had good sleep on that night. The bathroom size is so small. There are strains on bathroom floor.

• Pratik (1/5): Absolutely Disgraceful - Nothing Nearly 3 hrs before arriving in Trichy, I called up the Hotel just to ensure the booking is in place. When we arrived at the hotel late night, the Hotel Staff says that we thought you cancelled the booking & now we only have 1 room available. They didn't even have the decency to arrange for another hotel for us. Staff were very unprofessional. We, at mid night with a small child had to roam around the city to look for rooms to stay. I wouldn't want to stay in this Hotel even if it offers their room for free!!!!

Accessible location and around 1 km to Chathram bus stand, Rock fort temple, etc. AC was cool. Bathroom's sanitary fittings, bucket and mug are not at all clean. They could provide 2 cups and 2 glasses instead of one. Drinking glass was not clean which is why we did not use it. TV did not have any working channels. So although TV is there, it was useless.
