• Di Luigi (1/5): Pessimo. Da bloccare su tutte le piattaforme. - non abbiamo trovato il proprietario, quindi non abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento. All'ultimo minuto abbiamo dovuto trovare un'altra sistemazione, pessima esperienza mai successo a Roma. Bloccate il contatto, non capisco come questa gente possa stare su booking. Si richiede il rimborso immediato .

• ELENA (1/5): Esperienza negativa - Non sono solita lasciare recensioni negative ma, dopo aver pagato anticipatamente il mio soggiorno, il proprietario non ha mai risposto al telefono, neppure all'assistenza di Booking, quindi non ho potuto soggiornare nella sua struttura. Ho dovuto cercare un altro alloggio il giorno stesso del mio soggiorno con notevoli disagi. Fate attenzione!

Mi sono presentata all' orario stabilito per il check in, ho suonato e non ha risposto nessuno, ho chiamato al numero indicato e risultava staccato. Dopo un bel po' di tempo che ero fuori ad aspettare mi fa cenno una vicina e mi avvisa che la struttura è chiusa da 10 giorni. Stanza già pagata e nessuna comunicazione in merito. Una truffa!!!

• Eduardo (7/5): - Comfy accommodations around 30 min from the centre of Rome. There are plenty of bus routes, during the day and night, so don't worry about the location. The staff were great, and the rooms were good! The only minor thing, is that the rooms were a little too cold during the night. It was late December so it was already around and below 0 Celsius.

• Alfredo (10/5): Punto di riferimento per i miei viaggi - Stanza e bagno molto curati e quelle "piccole" accortezze che rendono piacevole il soggiorno. La prenderò in considerazione sicuramente per i prossimi viaggi.

• Mario (9/5): Very welcoming hose - Great location - close to the bus stop and close enough to walk (<10 minutes) to Lungotevere (Tiber Waterfront). Private paid parking is available inside the premises. It is close to a great restaurant, Hosteria Edmondo, pizzerias and grocery stores. AC worked very well. Wi-fi could be spotty depending on how far the room was from the reception area. There were only 3 rooms so it was pretty quiet. A coffeemaker and coffee capsules plus a bottle of water was provided in the room. Room was cleaned daily and sheets changed every other day. Bed is quite comfortable. There is a nice patio area where you can sit and enjoy some fresh air. Vito is a great host, very thoughtful and informative. He suggested eating places, points of interest and public transportation suggestions (Bus 30 and Bus 70) to get you to those spots. He is also very responsive when some issue regarding the room was brought to his attention. He did his best to resolve it in a timely manner. Vito very thoughtfully provided some mosquito repellant in the reception area which was available for any guest's use. He was very welcoming.

• Katarina (7/5): It was ok - The room was very clean (there was strong smell of chlorine in the beginning) the bed was comfortable, bathroom nice and new (with toilet and shower). There’s TV with Italian channels, wardrobe, small coffee machine, fridge, clean towels, desk, chair. Owner is very talkative, friendly and helpful (he recommended us delicious restaurant and showed us map with the buses routes). we got 2 bottles of water in the beginning and few coffee capsules - it was very kind. The location is not bad, 5 min walk to the bus station and 10-20 minutes to the city centre (depends of the traffic). The best way is to use bus number 30 and 70. there’s no supermarket near by, only one small shop where you can buy bottle of water or small snacks so it’s better to do some bigger shopping in the city centre - weak Wi-Fi - the first 3 days was disaster, we needed to stay near the door to catch some Wi-Fi, TV has Netflix but it was impossible to connect to the internet. The last 2 days Wi-Fi was much better. - no kettle in the room or in the dining area, so we needed to use coffee machine for hot water :/ - on the last day in the evening some small ants appeared in the room - smell of mould behind the headboard bed
