- Shania (8/5): Affordable stay with the best staff! - The staff were amazing here, they made it feel really homely! Good place considering the price, and the kitchen and rooftop were nice The rooms could get a bit hot while sleeping. Also quite noisy so would recommend the ear plugs!
- blagica (3/5): Very basic, poor soundproofing - The only good thing about this hostel is location and the staff. Shout out to the Colombian gentlemen at the front desk ( I forgot his name, but he’s not from Medellin ). He is one of the nicest people, professional, very hands on and carrying. We were in private room with a private bathroom. The room was so damp and hot. The fan we got was so noisy that at some point even the receptionist came to check what’s up with the noise. I don’t want to imagine how’s there when it’s really hot outside. No windows in the room and non-existent soundproofing. Luckily the street it’s on it’s not that busy, but you can hear everyone in the hostel. Not a place for light sleepers.

- Izzy (3/5): Tolerable for one night, go else where for longer - Great location Friendly staff who spoke good English Drinking water Lovely restaurants near by If you stay in the room called Medellín (double bed on suite) it is like a jail cell - no ventilation so incredibly hot and humid, no window so no fresh air, minimal floor space (it is a box room), very thin walls so you can hear everything. The only window is onto the main reception and cannot be opened. Breakfast is only 8-10 so no good for early tours or departure (defo not worth paying for breakfast). Awful wifi

- Asia (10/5): - Alojé en el Noah hostel durante diez días y al final se convirtió en mi hogar. Estaba buscando un hostal barato, pero en una zona cómoda y con terraza... Con Noah encontré todo esto pues! El barrio del Poblado es muy bonito y seguro, además de ser muy cómodo (metro a 5 min caminando). Excelente relación calidad/precio, cocina y servicio de bar disponibles, ambientes siempre limpios, pero el verdadero punto fuerte se debe a todo el personal: un amor de gente, siempre disponible en ayudar y feliz de crear un ambiente familiar. Una razón más para volver a esta ciudad loca!
- Chad (1/5): Chinches! Bedbugs! Ouch! - Staff was the best part! Location was okay if you want to chill with other tourists or don't speak Spanish. There were bedbugs the very first night in my bunk. I awoke to a pinch on my arm. I swatted it, and I felt blood splatter. I turned on the lights and took a picture to show the staff. I was moved to another room due to the great and attentive staff. They are the only reason I decided to overlook the incident. After my stay, I sent a message to the owner, Dave, un extranjero, who said the hostel had been closed for fumigation after the bedbug incident; apparently there were enough complaints to warrant the closure. However, I later discovered the hostel was not closed for fumigation and the owner was just placating me to possibly avoid a bad review.

La calidez, la cercanía y el simple hecho de que se acuerden tu nombre un mes después de haberte alojado hace la diferencia. Sin duda, el mejor hostel para quedarse por unos días en Medellín.

- Neringa (8/5): - The place is located in a busy area with restaurants, so the noise is also there :) But it stops after 11PM, so it is pretty quiet after that. The room had everything you need for a short stay. The breakfast had a few egg choices and an unlimited coffee on the roof terrace. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, since our spanish was very limited :) The street noise, but this is what you get when you are in the central location.

- Jennifer (2/5): - The hostel was in a good location. Free breakfast. Nice roof top terrace. I booked 2 nights in Medellin, 1 in Guatape, then back again in Medellin. I booked a month ago. I messaged them yesterday to say I was struggling with the online registration but I'd do it in person tomorrow and then asked another question. Didn't get a response. I arrive and get told they don't have my reservation. I show them the booking.com reservation and he contacts his manager. He even tells me that all the reservations are new. The manager comes back and says no, we don't have it and we are full. These mistakes happen and that's not anyone's fault, it's a glitch in the system. What I'm furious about is how they handle it. Sorry, don't have space is not good enough. When this has happened before, the accomodation helped me find alternative accommodation and couldn't be more apologetic. I did text the owner and he's just got back and said he would look into it and would help me find somewhere else to stay. Which is why it isn't a 1. But by this point, I've found somewhere else to stay and I'm upset and stressed.

Le personnel est un amour. Quelques mauvaise odeurs au niveau des douches et des toilettes (humidité).

- Daysy Carolina (5/5): - Es central y economico La persiana de la cama SE caia a casa rato, no es Comodo tener qué estaria acomodando cada minuto, esto se comunico pero no sé recibio alguna ayuda qué evitara qué esto pasara, adicionalmente encontre un acaro en el colchon y Una cucaracha qué subia por la cama, por otro lado las puertas de la habitación y Los baños no son comodas para abrir o cerrar ya qué si manipulación genera ruido.

Suciedad, cucarachas, habían CHINCHES en las camas, quede toda picada, horrible y asquerosa experiencia. Estuve una noche y me fui en la mañana pidiendo la devolución de mi dinero. NO se hospeden aquí, las fotos que muestran no son fieles a la realidad.

- Rodrigo (4/5): Decepcionante - El personal es bastante agradable, aunque ruidoso en los momentos de descanso. Se adaptaron al horario de desayuno por tener que salir pronto y nos prestaron un adaptador para el teléfono. La ubicación es muy buena. Las fotos de la habitación nada tenían que ver con la realidad. La habitación muy pequeña, la cama muy incómoda y las paredes de papel. Se junta el ruido de la calle, de los huéspedes y de los propios empleados y dormir se hace muy difícil (ruido durante toda la noche). Además, pagamos la habitación "deluxe" para poder tener baño privado y el último día tuvimos que ir a ducharnos a los baños comunes por no haber agua caliente (cada día tuvimos problemas con el agua requiriendo al servicio para solucionarlo). En cuanto al desayuno, aunque la mujer encargada ha sido muy agradable, es bastante escaso y sin ningún opción vegana.

- Kedma (1/5): Péssimo lugar - Somente a Localização é boa Pesima atenção, por preconceitos o administrador colocou muitos problemas para fazer o check-in do meu companheiro, porque somente tinhamos documentos digitais, o unico que faltaram pedir foi os antecedentes criminais, muito incomodo essa situação, ficamos somente uma noite e passamos para outro hostel que nos trataram super bem, mesmo não tendo os documentos fisicos, ademais esse hostel tem a estrutura horrivel, os quartos parecem celas de precisidio, sem janela, nao tinha papel higiênico e pude ver o quarto compartido, meu Deus pessimo pessimo, não recomendo jamais esse lugar

The staff were simply incredible - always smiling and willing to help, whether it’s recommendations about things to do/see, places to eat, or any other challenges that may appear. I was only supposed to stay for three days but ended up extending another five days. For just over a week, it really felt like home, and I can’t wait to come back and visit next time I’m in Medellín.

- Lina-Marie (5/5): Good location and breakfast but that‘s about it. - Good breakfast and nice little terrace on the rooftop. Location is good with metro, supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance. There was a lot of hair on the bed when we arrived. When we asked to have the sheets changed, it was not taken happily. The second pair of sheets we had to put on ourselves and they also had hair which was explained with „it seems it’s a general problem with the hostels washing machine then“. The room was very small, there was almost no space to put any of your stuff and no hangers for towels/jackets. The mattress and cushions are covered in plastic - which I know is common for a lot of places - but the ones they use are very noisy and the cover didn’t really do much in terms of comfort. Overall very noise house structure, we could hear every little noise in the hallways and constructions on the terrace starting at 7:30 am. Overall not a pleasant stay for us.

One of the bathrooms was out of order. The rooftop common area could do with some plastic sheets to drop down the sides of the sheltered area when it rains.
- Antonio (1/5): - I showed up to the property with a friend of mine, and they said there's no space at the hostel with a sarcastic tone of voice, I even had the reservation in the app, they were making fun of us, and advice to just go somewhere else, that's so unprofessional.
- Ng (7/5): In general Noah is a good short stay option for travelers with tighter budget. - The overhead shower with good water pressure. The 24-hour front desk. Felt safe. Friendly and helpful staff. No ventilation at all in the room. There is a tiny window facing the outside corridor but it couldn't be opened. The corridor lights were not switched off till late after midnight. The tiny translucent black curtain did a poor job to block the light out. We couldnt sleep at all. No hooks or hangers. Could only put wet towels and dirty clothes on the bed. Found food stains on one pillow as well as on bed sheet. Obviously the bed sheet and pillow cases were not fresh.

- Laure (10/5): - Le personnel de l’hostel est très accueillant, à l’écoute, aidant, soucieux qu’on se sente bien. L’hostel est bien situé, dans un quartier sûr, à une dizaine de minutes à pieds de la station de métro Poblado. Je recommande!
- Andrea (7/5): Hostel sí, Boutique no - El personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto. La terraza es muy agradable, aunque las obras de los alrededores le quitan tranquilidad. La habitación era un poco menos lustrosa que en las fotos. La ropa de cama se veía gastada aunque limpia. Las habitaciones están en el paso de todo el hostel, por lo que se oye el trasiego de las personas todo el rato. No me parece que aplique el término boutique. Es un hostel normal, bastante bullicioso.

It’s one of my favorite places to relax. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. Every single person had a warm smile and positive energy that instantly made you feel welcome—and that joy spreads among the guests too. It's the kind of place where happiness is contagious. 🔇 Not ideal for light sleepers While the social vibe is fantastic, the party atmosphere meant lots of loud music and laughter late into the night—which can be a real drawback if you're someone who likes to sleep early. 🛏️ Room comfort fell short The room was very small, with no space to properly store luggage—no closet, limited hooks & shelves. The bed and pillow were extremely uncomfortable, and seemed to have a plastic-like wrap that made it difficult to rest well.
