• Susan (8/5): - Views were excellent. We lived on the balcony. Clean and comfortable. The kitchen was short on cups and glasses. Just bits and pieces, mostly mismatched. Need to be fit or have a car as it is a very steep walk from town. We occasionally caught a cab home which was only about $8 to $10.

I will recommend it to friends if they stay in airlie beach! Seems all apartment in airlie beach are on hill, and I was aware of it before I booked, so it’s OK for me!

• Vince (8/5): Made lasting memories and met lots of great people - Just about everything We had to wash the dishes and cutlery. Also the benches weren’t clean. Once I cleaned it all, it felt lovely and the stay was amazing
• Lisa (6/5): - Location was great Amenities were ok but dryer door broken couldn’t use unless I stood there holding it closed. No bath plug for our 1 year old to have a bath the plug provided was too big and quite obvious looking that it would not fit. There was no staff on reception our entire stay to be able to try and find a solution, the main bathroom door to the amenities had to come off its hinges to open. There was a lot of thumping and noise from other apartments each night which kept us awake for most of our stay.

• Timothy (7/5): Awesome location, Perfect for small familys - location was fantastic with a great view. Clean rooms, good size kitchen to use if staying in. Friendly staff to deal with at Accom Whitsunday all aircons in apartment died on second day, staff were prompt at getting trade out to look but unfortantly nothing that could be done to fix the issue during stay

• Ozgur (7/5): The views were the best. - Views from main bedroom and living area were amazing Walls and doors were dirty and some of the furnishing had stains on them. Location of 2nd bedroom was dark and depressing.
• Kingdon (5/5): 40th Wedding Anniversary - The view was special. The apartment needs to have things upgraded. ie. cutlery, main bed needs topper. Maintence needs to be done. lights no globe. Came home and no lights worked upon entry to unit. TV in main bedroom didn't work We booked this apartment as it was luxury?

• Sarah (9/5): Enjoy the million dollar view! - Beautiful apartment with the million dollar view! Very clean, very comfortable living/stay, great place getting away from home and work, so relaxed! Location needs a car as going uphill from town center, otherwise fully recommended!

• Eunice (10/5): A beautiful stay in a beautiful place. - The apartment was on the hillside and had beautiful sea views. The apartment furnishings were lovely and the balcony had access from both the living area and master bedroom. There was a bbq, seating and sunbathing area. Plenty storage space and a well equipped kitchen. We used the pool area but not the pool itself. Easy collection and drop off of keys.
• Olivia (8/5): The place was beautiful and very comfortable, apartment was clean and tidy and had an incredible view - The property was clean, and well furnished The booking process was good and provider but the actual accommodation staff/manager was not friendly and made us feel unwelcome. I was basically accused of not having a booking and staying without permission

Chose not to make a fuss but felt unhappy with the se - Not applicable Apartment was not clean, Microwave did not work & was not fixed or replaced. No towels on main bed Stovetop only had 1 element working (didn’t report that as they had not responded to first call)

• Rayner (5/5): Beautiful location but accommodation needs and overhaul of basics - Property was neat and tidy but cleanliness and functionality of the property could have been better Bathing our son was impossible as the bath tub plug was the incorrect size for the drainage hole. Tv in bedroom had no connection. Outdoor bbq didn’t work (burner was partially working). Pots in the kitchen had burnt residue leftover. Microwave didn’t work.

• Lisa (7/5): Great apartment for a short stay - Great apartment furnished and decorated well. Lovely views . Beach/pool towels provided thank you. Easy check in and check out. Pool and spa not heated which was very disappointing, we never used them and never saw anyone else use them either. No streaming service available on tv. Only 1x set of keys issued No gas in bbq

• Mel (4/5): wouldn’t rebook. - Overall a nice complex and unit. The pool was unavailable for the first two days, the accommodation agent didn’t care and offered no solution. The beds were old and not comfortable.

Clean apartment Comfortable beds Owners arranged a cot for our baby. Stocked up kitchen will all accessories. Nice pool. Spacious bathrooms. Fast and free internet. Parking entrance height is 2 m, not mentioned in listing. People with antennas and off road accessories on the vehicle might not be able to go through. No lift in car park, if you are travelling with a baby, you might need to make a few trips to the elevator which is roughly 15-20m away from the parking area. No refill of milk/coffee/sugar. • Frank (9/5): Airly beach stay - The view was excellent, the apartment was spacious and of a good quality, the welcome pack was appreciated with a few basic items. The whole area is excellent and ideal for whitsundays Our check in was confusing , the address stayed unit 14,18 seaview road, and the key had A0016 on the fob, easier if it was apartment 14, seaview road and 14 on the fob. Our en suit sliding door was broken and difficult to close. Tried reporting it but got no response.

Not so fine, a good work out walking up the hill, the tv in lounge main room only works when turning off and on at the power point, comes on with the remote, sound, but no picture, something faulty inside the tv, no major issue, just turned it on and off at the power point instead of the remote,great pool, spa didn't work for some reason
