Guest Reviews
- Krishner (8/5): - Beach Access in the back. Close to everything!!!
- Indira (4/5): - My flight got cancelled, and the hotel a was staying at didn’t have any rooms to extend. So, I thought why not get something cheap by the beach. There’s a reason it’s cheap. The windows don’t close all the way, people constantly talking in front of the door, the mattress felt like it was made of concrete (and I sleep on a firm mattress at home).
Well, anyways, this is the most sketchy hotel I’ve ever been to.
- Arjeet (10/5): - Good location and very good host
- Richelle (6/5): - The apartment was cozy and cute. The whole building smelled like mold once you stepped in. The apartment smelled like mold as well. Great location for walking. Woods not recommend for anyone who cannot tolerate mold smell for a few days. Would not say here again.
- Mark (2/5): Buyer Beware - No hot water. A/c was broken. Bugs. I travel for a living. I have stayed in some pretty bad places. I had to leave after one night. A first for me.
- Elizabeth (10/5): - Our stay was wonderful, especially for the price we paid. The location was spectacular and it was very clean! I would definitley recommend anyone to stay!!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Perfect place right on the beach. Close to everything, no need to drive.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The best thing I liked about this property was that the pool was somewhat heated. It is a short walking distance from many tourist festivities, and literally 1 minute from the beach. As far as unique ? There was a Huge mirror in the lobby when you first walk in. The part I didn’t like was the smell. Me & my friends tried to figure out what the smell reminded us of and by the end of the day it hit us ! It smells like wet animal. We brought many smell goods to try to freshen up the place , but that only made it smell like a better smelling wet animal if that makes sense ? I was over the situation and asked can I get a new room once my friend had seen bugs in the bathroom. The room was booked to accompany 4 , but only had 1 blanket which was a throw,
- Verified traveler (8/5): - That was no ckeaning for the all period i was on the pkace
- Matt (4/5): Could be a LOT better - Great location and potential, shame property not taken care of. Broken WiFi, weak and cold shower, need for minor clean up/repair. Check in process as have to go 7 blocks away. Was also given wrong address: don’t go to 9th Street location even if instructed to
- Kermit (2/5): - This apartment was not up to my standards i left this property early and found something better, the carpet and tub where dirty, its very outdated and the room looked nothing like the pictures which i had read on some previous reviews, i would say spend an extra 100$ and choose something else i will not stay at this property again it was a waste of mt money
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The property was very close to the beach and a 6 min walk from everything. There was no hot water and the TV/remote did not work. There were rainy days during my trip and was forced to stay inside and wanted to watch a movie but couldn't get the TIvo to work. I did like that my unit was in the front of the building.
- Dianne (4/5): Disappointed - The place we originally booked had a roof leak , the replacement didn’t have a pool and it wasn’t close to the beach.
- Patrick (2/5): - Right next to ocean. But no WiFi or cable in the unit and it’s very small around 200 square ft and you will get bunk bed if you request for 2 double beds and to collect key you have to go to the different location.
- Daniel (2/5): - it was terrible since the arriving, we have to drive more than 20 hours since Houston, in the check in conditions says that we have to reach to a hostel, where they suppose to take something ready for us at 5 am (Arriving Time), i call them 2 times and they say no problems, when we arrive, a front desk guy tell us that the room wasn't ready and we have to stay in a dirty room with some people (completely different about my reservation), then we decide to talk with hotels.com but we was so tired so at 10 am we try to fix this situation with the same people, they tell us that the room was ready, but when we when to the place, it dont look like the one in the pictures, don't recommendable at all.
- Ms.E (4/5): Little - It was small and was falling apart. I would not recommend this unit to anyone. Parking was 2 blocks away. Miami on the other hand was beautiful.
- Tamisha (8/5): Perfect Location - Overall the stay was nice. Bed is very firm/hard so be prepared for that. Also, there was no garbage cans in the bathroom/bedroom areas. May want to add a key fob for guests, as this is the only way back onto the property from the beach side
- darin (2/5): Bad room great location - The worst efficiency I ever seen.but great location
- Kostancija (2/5): Terrible - I don’t recommend this place. The staff at the office, guy Max is very, very rude and impolite with customers. When we came to office for check in, we been told that our room is full of cockroaches and they will bring us to another apartments. The apartment was horrible, somewhere nowwhere in Majami, no windows, strong smell of mice. The next day they brought us to apartment we booked, the rooms is very tiny, in the bathroom is no ventilation!!! So how to use it??? Next to our room was Loundry room, so always was a noise of washing machine and dryers. Guest are very loud there almost all night, so you definitely need earplugs if you want to sleep. It was a huge hole in between the wall and ground floor, so you can see outside, even put your hand there :) it’s kind of cheap hostel.. it’s been told ocean view and coffee in the room, nothing like this. We couldn’t open the curtains at all. One good thing about this place - it’s near the beach.
- john (2/5): Cheap hostel - This is not a hotel. It’s a runned down hostel, looking like a student dorm. The image they advertise has nothing to do with the place.
Check in it’s off site, bathrooms are old, with old bath and sinks holded in place by tons of silicone and chalk. The door was touching the floor so i had to use my whole body to open it. The bed it’s hard as concrete and the pillows are so small you loose them during sleep.
You can hear every noise on your floor, and few rooms around yours.
Please, please, don’t waste your money.
- Cristina (4/5): Stay away - To make it brief. I ended up ditching this place and going elsewhere. The check in was terrible. I had to go to a different property. It was a 4 blocks away but that wasn’t issue. The room was not ready until 4 pm, but that wasn’t issue. Issue was that it was dirty and hot. The a/c was not working. The floor was dirty, looked like blood on floor. Gnats all over shower (really gross). The bed was uncomfortable. I just went to a different hotel. Also, I felt unsafe. I was given a code for door (not sure how often codes are changed). The door had no deadbolt. It was just awful. Sorry.
