Maria Eduarda (7/5): Gostei, porém o custo é muito alto por uma banheiro muito antiga e a estrutura do banheiro também ser antiga - Gostamos do Café da manhã, o quarto tem uma cama ótima e bem confortável Achei o banheiro com as instalações bem antigas, a banheira também é bem antiga, demorou bastante pra esquentar, a noite não tinha água quente na encanação normal então não conseguimos utilizar ela. A sacada é no térreo e em frente tem um restaurante que tira a privacidade do quarto, então ela é bem inutilizável.

Ótimo custo benefício! - Localização perfeita (próximo a praça, rua coberta, praça do festival, da pra ir a pé e deixar o carro no estacionamento da pousada). Recepção todos educados e prestativos. As suítes são lindas e super aconchegantes, a cama é maravilhosa e super confortável , banheiro espaçoso e ótimos amenities. Café da manhã maravilhoso, tudo bem feito e muito gostoso, muitas opções! Um charme bem no centro de Chapada dos Guimarães. A anfitriã é maravilhosa e super atenciosa com todos os detalhes pra melhorar nossa experiência!

Tudo. Atendimento péssimo, piscina suja, quarto com hidromassagem ao lado da recepção sem acústica e sem privacidade, da para escutar todo mundo que passa na recepção e na rua, pois fica a poucos passos da lateral da rua. NÃO HOSPEDE-SE NESTA SUÍTE COM HIDRO, PERDI TODO MEU DINHEIRO, MAS COU AO PROCON E ENTRAR COM AÇÃO JA QUE NÃO DEVOLVERAM MEU DINHEIRO E CONHEÇO O CÓDIGO DO CONSUMIDOR, PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA E POSSO PROVAR. Infelizmente só fiz vídeo, não fiz foto para colocar aqui, mas vou expor nas redes sociais, para as pessoas não caírem nessa! E o booking não fez nada, apenas falou que a proprietária não quis devolver o dinheiro e que eles não podiam fazer nada, já o funcionário disse que só o booking poderia resolver, informações desencontradas. Vou solicitar danos materiais já que tive que ir para outro local. Inclusive sugestão no reservarem a suíte com Hidro da pousada Vivá é maravilhosa, possui privacidade e o local super limpo e cordiais, e o valor bem melhor!

Só tenho uma sugestão que seria melhorar a iluminação do banheiro próximo a pia, porque é um pouco escuro para manipular lentes de contato e fazer uma maquiagem.
