Masahiro (10/5): 美味しい朝食とテラスが広場の素敵なホテル - ホテルの前が広場で、そこをテラス席としていて、広場でいただく朝食が種類が多くとても美味しく、スタッフの方も明るく丁寧に対応してくださり、毎日の朝食がとても楽しかったです。お部屋も必要なものは全てあり、清潔で丁寧に清掃されていました。フロントのスタッフも明るくフレンドリーで、とても良かったです。ホテルのインテリアも素敵ですし、ヴァポレット乗り場もリアルト橋やサンマルコ広場も近く便利な立地も魅力です。
Franz (9/5): Sehr zu empfehlen. - Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten relativ bequem zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und ausgenommen freundlich. Dad Frühstück ausreichend und sehr schön angerichtet. Dass das Bad nicht direkt im Zimmer sondern über dem Gang liegt. Dafür gibt es aber einen eigenen Bademantel für den Weg zum Bad.

Anne-Julie (10/5): Hôtel authentique et traditionnel au calme protégé de l’agitation touristique, à 5 minutes des grands monuments et du va - Boutique-hôtel charmant et traditionnel, chambre calme aux murs damassés ouvrant sur les toits de Venise, petit-déj et apéro directement sur la place Campo Santo Stefano. Ambiance de village où les commerçants et agents de la ville se connaissent, à 5 -10 minutes de la place St-Marc ou du Rialto. Personnel qualifié connaissant leur ville par coeur, parlant italien, anglais et français, à l’écoute aux petits soins. Conseils précis et gentillesse extrêmes. Ayant demandé une chambre au clame, j’ai eu droit en cadeau à mon arrivée à des bouchons d’oreille et un masque de nuit (bien que je n’en aie pas eu besoin par la suite). La blanchisserie m’a été offerte (un pantalon). Le service est impeccable. Bref, un hôtel de conte de fées authentique où le personnel souhaite que nous nous sentions comme à la maison. Conseils donnés le premier jour qui m’ont été très utiles par la suite : 1. Oser me perdre sans carte ni GPS au gré des ruelles et canaux pour prendre ses repères. 2. Prendre le bateau directement depuis l’aéroport (1 heure) jusqu’à S. Angelo, à 5 minutes de l’hôtel avec un seul pont/escalier. Mon conseil : Pour les déplacements, privilégiez le vaporetto depuis l’arrêt Accademia, qui se trouve à 2 ou 3 minutes à pieds en bas de la place, de l’autre côté du pont (et non depuis Santo Angelo ou San Marco).
Marilyn (8/5): That Venice exists is a miracle. I am so glad to have experienced three days and four nights in this city on water. An - I was delighted to find a hotel on booking.com, in my budget-minded price range, located in the San Marco Sestiere. And I was intrigued by the thought of staying in a renovated 15th century clock tower. Those who designed the renovation did a magnificent job. I loved the location opening right onto the Campo Santo Stefano. Breakfast outside in the “Campo” was like living a dream. The Staff were so helpful, kind, and interesting. And the hotel is not far from a stop on Line 1 of the ACTV (waterbus or vaporetto) and a stop on Line 2 of the ACTV. This made getting around Venice easy for me since I have a poor sense of direction and was always getting lost in trying to following “Walking Directions,” on my IPhone. While I am told getting lost is part of the “charm,” of Venice, for me it was disconcerting. The following comment is not about the property; rather, it is a reflection I had about my own physical facts and limits. I am older, with some mobility limitations, and I am on the larger side. (The hotel has a Lift!). I realized that people in Italy in the 1500s were doubtless smaller. So in some ways, I felt “bigger” than the size for which the property was designed and more “ungainly,” as it were. Doorways are narrow, chairs seemed small to me, and lower to the ground, for example, as is space in the bathroom, etc. I could not have managed the marble stairs which are narrow, twist and turn, and have no handrails. But I didn’t have to worry about that, since I could use the Lift. It was a little bit like going back to visit a classroom for younger kids once one is older/taller/bigger. So this might be something for those considering Hotel Santo Stefano to know. And I would offer a suggestion to the Hotel Staff for the non-spatially oriented guest like me. Print up a clear set of specific directions from the Hotel to the two nearby stops on the ACTV lines 1 and 2, and offer it to those who would like.

L'accueil a été parfait, nous avons reçu de précieux conseils sur des adresses méconnues pour nos visites comme pour nos repas. Le petit-déjeuner était très bien, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour bien commencer la journée :). Je recommande cette adresse à 100 % si vous souhaitez passer quelques jours à Venise pour découvrir ses monuments et ses quartiers incontournables. De plus, c'est très pratique, l'arrêt de vaporetto San Samuele est à 5 minutes à pied de l'hôtel si vous arrivez depuis l'aéroport.

And none of these small guests cause any trouble or ruin peace and quite in the hotel while I was staying there. Very good breakfast for the most reasonable price. Campo San Stefano where the hotel is located is full of life during the day-time with many cafees and tourists but is very quite at night - so nothing will ruin your sleep. I was very happy there I

Valerie (7/5): - The staff were most welcoming and helpful. The hotel was charming. It had a lift which was a bonus as we were on the third floor. The room was also charming in its decor. The bathroom had been remodeled, was adequate. The rain shower was nice and was enough room to feel comfortable. We were treated well, were given before dinner drinks on my friends birthday and also cappuccino and muffins another day on the house. Lovely staff, great location, and quiet. My bed seemed okay but my friends bed likely needed replacing. We also had a broken thermostat which could not be turned down and they were unable to do anything about it. We also had an influx of mosquitos on the first night with the window open so kept it closed thereafter which wasn't great given the temperature was 23 degrees in the room.

maria felisa (10/5): Estancia maravillosa - Hotel familiar, muy acogedor - Empleados especialmente atentos y profesinales - La ubicación es excelente. Para llegar a pie a todas partes. Es céntrico y muy accesible. Parada de vaporeto a 5 minutos, farmacia al lado del hotel, lugares para desayunar, comer y cenar. No se escucha ruido de fuera, está bien insonorizado. La habitación doble con vistas a la plaza, de la parte superior, es algo pequeña. No obstante, tuvimos la suerte de poder disponer de otra habitación situada en el primer piso, ya que nos quedamos un día más, y la habitación del primer piso es maravillosa, espaciosa, muy luminosa y bonita. La cama un poco más grande que la habitación doble con vistas que tuvimos anteriormente. Hay que destacar la amabilidad del personal del hotel. Son muy profesionales y amables. Romina se portó genial con nosotras, al igual que Analisa y la persona de desayuno, que es italiana y muy atenta y servicial también. Mención especial igualmente al señor que está siempre en recepción a última y primerísima hora, que fue muy servicial también.

Kate (10/5): Would love to go back! - The location was perfect, especially as a solo female traveller. It is right in the middle of a busy square, well-lit with lots of restaurants. This allowed me to feel safe heading out for a bite to eat even in the night. The staff was very accommodating and always friendly. Really central location, easy to walk everywhere. The room and bathroom were very clean when I arrived. My room was a bit hot (24 Celsius) and when I asked about it, I was told there is no air conditioning. I went in November, so I imagine it might be quite warm in the summer months. Not a huge deal since everything else was so great.

Natalia (9/5): Gostei :) - É um hotel boutique bem de época o quarto, parece de filme. Achei lindinho, organizado, equipado, tudo novinho. Adorei. A equipe do hotel é bem simpática também. Serve café da manhã, acho que por 13 euros, se não me engano, se quisermos. Além disso gostei da localização, dá para ir a pé para tudo. Única ressalva é em relação ao ar condicionado, ele não funciona (fui no outono e aparentemente não ligam durante esse estação, mas acho que seja um padrão de todos os hoteis. E apesar da temperatura ser agradável fora, dentro do quarto fez calor). Se for calorento é bom checar isso antes. E o tamanho do quarto também é pequeno; pelo menos o que eu fiquei. Dá para fazer tudo tranquilo, não deixo de recomendar por isso. Mas é bem pequeno.
