Se ti trovi all'altro capo del mondo non è certamente piacevole ma è bastata una telefonata e in dieci minuti tutto è stato risolto con completo rimborso. Furada!!!!!! - Local sem nada que foi acertado, sem internet, sem tv a cabo, sem recepção no local, o segurança só fica de segunda-feira e Sexta-feira até as 15:00, não recebe nada de correios! A administração da reservas não revolve nada e o Hotéis.com não deu suporte nenhum! Não pense que está seguro!

• john (4/5): Travelocity should be ashamed! - Now that I'm home and have shaken the roaches out my clothes I can sit down and write this. I book my hotel for Feb. 22th-25th 2018. Upon making my reservation I made sure it read that no payment would be required until checkin. However once I made it from the airport to the secret location for check-in I was running about an hour behind. To my horror I had to wait almost 30 minutes to speak to someone only to be told "we gave your room away to the young lady that was just in front of you!" Homeless and exhausted from my flight I wandered back out to my rental to explain to my wife and kid we have no place to go and after a brief search I realized that finding a new hotel (the day of) wasn't going to happen. Just before I began to panic I saw one of the check-in persons looking around outside. I approached and asked if there's anything they can do. He said "I'm glad you didn't leave, the woman who took your apartment has returned and doesn't want it anymore". Stressed and in a major jam with no place to go being from Georgia. I agreed to take MY RESERVED ROOM back. Upon arriving in the room I realized it nothing like the picture. It had more of a "college dorm room" feel, but it beat the streets so I proceeded. Upon inspection (basically I opened the cabinet door under sink) I realized that this place has a major infestation of cockroaches! They were everywhere! Both in kitchen (on the dishes) and the small restroom. The place is small so they literally ran it....Cont.
• Verified traveler (4/5): good location but Spartan and zilch available park - apartment looked like it had been beat up (nicked tile, mildewy shower curtain) the combination they gave us didn't work, and the fold out couch we had planned for my son to sleep in was filthy with no sheets provided. There was a newish dresser and some upgrades to the small kitchen, as well as a gigantic flat screen television, but I was a little disappointed.
• Dino (2/5): Miami Beach Hotel - Horrible time. Started with this is really not Brezza di Mari. It's a place where you go to a different location to check in and then they place you in an apartment of their choosing. Very disappointed. At check in we were told this location had a terrace. Obviously they hadn't checked this out as seen in the pictures attached. Rotten wood on a 3'x10' area, overgrown weeds.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Not a good experience. Paid 100 for nothing. Beach access for no reason because it's free. No bottled water. They tell lies. Housekeeping doesn't get done daily and have to hound them to get more toilet paper.
• Donald (2/5): Condo access - The condo office gave me the incorrect key to access the building. Once trying to access the building after office hours. The key would not work. They stated this is my fault and would not refund my money for a room i never stayed in. I had to get a hotel at twice the cost to sleep somewhere.
• Joseph (6/5): Bait and switch - The apartment I was given was not in the building shown on the website. It was in the building next door. There is no front desk. Check-in was at an office 4 blocks away. Staff was not responsive to text messages or calls. The location is good, but I would not go back..
• Brian (6/5): Nice for price but don’t be fooled - Kitchen was virtually useless stove and oven didn’t work. Had a cheap electric stove instead, the type you would take camping. Otherwise very modern feel comfortable bed clean apartment. The shower was missing half it’s door, which left the floor wet for most of our trip. It’s not beach front and there isn’t a personal balcony. The beach is a couple blocks away. Overall 3 out 5 experience because we bought 200 dollars worth of groceries to a useless kitchen and I left my phone the day i departures back home and it was never found.
• Tyra Ann (2/5): False Advertising - we didn’t check in at the place we thought we were staying. We had to go to a different hotel to check in and once we checked in it was NOT the same place I booked online the pictures online is NOT the apartment we stayed in but there was holes in the wall and a extremely small tv with a nasty tub and there was no stove all they had was a hot plate that was under the sink RUN FAR AWAY
