Guest Reviews
- Hamlet (8/5): - Staff they helped me behind their obligations , special thanks to the front desk lady , even helped with transportation ride .
Best of luck
- Moosa (6/5): - بعيد عن الزحمه يوجد مدرسه او ملعب والأصوات كلها معاك في الغرفه والغرفه ضيقه وبعيده عن المحلات
- valery (8/5): -
- Michel (10/5): - L'accueil super 👍 la chambre était top par rapport au prix mais un peu tapé comme disait Carmet a la cultissime Maria Pacome dans un film de Michel Audiard 😁
- Paul (10/5): -

- Verified traveler (4/5): BEDBUGS - Bed bugs. They tried to tell me they weren't bed bugs. Moved me to another room, which, because they didn't have sufficient laundry facilities, the bed bugs followed me to
- Ewlin (8/5): Very good -
- Ewlin (7/5): Good -
- Kimberly (10/5): Exceptional - Located worked for my needs. Reception was very welcoming and spoke good English. My room had a small balcony which was nice early morning. If you are in this area of the city, this is clean, quiet and friendly accommodation
- Chi (10/5): Excellent staff and excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again. - Really friendly reception, security guard and house cleaners. Great value for money, with air conditioning, balcony, TV and a safe. Receptionist let me leave my suitcase there while I travelled around other parts of Thailand. Plenty shops nearby including 7/11 and lots of local food places etc.
A little further away from your main areas but you should know this when you book. There were a few ants trails entering and exiting the room. Suggested there was perhaps food scraps etc left uncleaned. Air conditioning unit blows hot air directly into the bathroom air vent which then makes the bathroom and bedroom warm. Only way for this not to happen funnily enough is to turn off the air conditioning.
- Chi (8/5): Very good -
- Riccardo (8/5): Very good - Friendly staff!
The lady at the front desk is really friendly.
When I left the room, they went to check the room, and the find out I forgot something behind, and the immediately gave it back to me. Location is a little tricky
- Matthew Martino (10/5): - Lovely hotel in a very quiet area of Bangkok. Some street food eating options and shops nearby. Lovely spacious rooms and a gym too
- Baw (10/5): - Quiet place
- Borja (4/5): Disappointing -
- Asher (7/5): Good location with good value for money. - I like the location. The parking is disorganized, and the office time is misleading. The time stated on the reception door is open from 7:00 a.m. but the receptionist arrives at 8:30 a.m.
- Muhammad (2/5): Terrible location and service - Extremely disappointed, first gave a room with auberable smell of mold in room . Later second room had mattress siting on one side had to sleep on one side for 3 days . Washroom are dirty so is the blankets and bedsheets . Cleaners left new bedsheet and pillow cover on floor when asked they replied thats the practice and floor is clean which she just moped 5 mins ago .
- Webb (9/5): Good - Staff was helpful
- Nuangnit (5/5): Passable -
- Cezar (8/5): Very good - Clean room. Nice staff. However the room is quite small.
- May (9/5): Superb -
- Ibrahim (7/5): Good - Room are clean , cozy and spacious Location is a bit far from main roads

- Marcus (3/5): I’ll never book that hotel anymore - there was a shuttle BUT NO CHAUFFEUR !
- Bungy (7/5): Good -
- Anna (7/5): Good -
- Pat (8/5): - Isn’t easiest place to get to and from downtown. Most taxi drivers had difficulty finding it
- Adam (2/5): - Very unhelpful people.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The room I stayed in had a separate living room. I thought this was really nice to have the couch and TV. Double balconies was nice too, the only thing I didn't understand was why they don't have kettles to boil water. Instead you have to go downstairs, other than that I really liked this hotel.
- Big-Jay (6/5): - *No phones in rooms
*No small face towels
*Location (taxi drivers didn’t like picking-up/dropping off)
*Sewer smell coming from the shower drain
- Lonesome (10/5): - Stayed here for one night after the flight in, nice staff and clean room definitely worth the price.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I did not stay at this deplorable hotel.
The moment I arrived after 1-hour cab ride I knew it was a scam. The Lady at the desk tried to rip me off by inflating my room price to 1140 Bhat when the contract was clearly showed $540 BHAT. I was outraged and floored by her dishonesty she said " she claimed would give me a free upgrade I declined and left 10 minutes later. She realized she was ripping off the wrong patron and rode here back to get me a cab. Who ripped mee of 950 Bhat. I asked for the return of all costs associated with this fraud. (Trip plus cabs and later charges)
The biggest fraudulent/lying display against an American tourist I experienced in Thailand. the place smelled and was an absolute dump.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Overall pleasant experience - Very good price for hotel. A little out of the way but 40TB cycle taxi got me to TBS. Stayed for 4 day and hotel tuktuk did not run for 3 of those day because of holiday. On 4th day tuktuk driver told me he wanted 40TB tip to take me up the street that I had been walking first 3 days. It was advertised as hotel convenience, that ran every hour daily. I would stay again. Good location, central BKK. Appreciated the air conditioning and 2 bottles of water every day in 100 degree temperatures.
- CHARLES L M (8/5): excellent budget option - excellent value for money, clean, new and comfortable
- Verified traveler (10/5): Good clean place with massive tv - Its very good balue for money. Cheaper to book if you go there in person
- Verified traveler (6/5): Alittle deep in from the main road. - The rooms don't have a phone connecting to anywhere.
Service are not 24hrs.
No other servicea accept Gym.
- Raymond (8/5): Staying in Sukhumvit... - My stay was as is expected for a cut rate hotel. Unfortunately there are no room amenities such as coffee or microwave.
- Judith (8/5): Clean, friendly great value - My stay here was comfortable and I will definitely go back. A few things worth mentioning: there is a shuttle to drive you to the main road, so the following is just FYI. This is located in a residential neighborhood, very quiet, yet somewhat isolated. Getting a taxi on Grab was fairly easy, getting back in a taxi not so much. There are no food options, other than chips and soda in the poorly stocked minimart at the hotel. They do have a coffee/tea machine in the lobby. Being particular about my caffeine, I didn’t try it. Grab can deliver from tons of places, including Starbucks. Bottom line: bring food back if your not up to going out, and download Grab. This place is clean, warm water, bomb a/c, friendly staff! Typical firm Thai mattress, and new linens and towels. Looks recently refurbished. Def great value.
- Younji (10/5): Nice stay - A bit away from the main attractions (2 hour bus ride or about the same time in a taxi due to traffic) but nice neighborhood. Bike and tuk tuk services are great, clean rooms! Overall value for money.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was amazing stay and staff was exceptional
- Niklas (10/5): Excellent value! - Remote location but otherwise definetly go back again!
If looking for cheap long term you should check it out.
- Anonymous (4/5): - Mostly residential neighbourhood with few or no tourists. Some staff were very good, others less so. Bikes available to get to the closest convenience store.
- Dan (10/5): Quiet inexpensive like new room - The hotel is a refurbished apartment building and is located away from tourist areas. A simple inexpensive place to stay if you are in Bangkok long term. The room was amazingly very comfortable and modern and Internet wi-fi was very fast. There is no restaurant in the hotel. There is a 7 eleven and a Family Mart about 1 km down the road and a few local Thai food street vendors. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
