• Florian (4/5): - Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Hostel hat einen Transport um 2 Uhr Nachts vom Flughafen für uns organisiert und uns nett empfangen. Wir haben das Hotelzimmer auf Grund der guten Bewertungen bei Booking gebucht. Als wir im Zimmer ankamen fiel uns der seltsame Geruch auf, der von den Klosteinen im Badezimmer kam. Diese wurden über den Abflüssen platziert, um offensichtlich Kakerlaken abzuhalten, was bei unserem Zimmer nicht funktioniert hat. In der Dusche befand sich eine Kakerlake und wir haben uns wirklich geekelt das Badezimmer zu betreten. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde uns das andere Hotelzimmer gezeigt in dem es aber genauso roch. Zudem waren in beiden Badezimmern Schimmel in der Dusche. Wir haben es ca. 30 min im Zimmer ausgehalten und dann ein anderes Hotel für die Nacht gebucht. Unsere Kleidung von dem kurzen Aufenthalt im Hotel stank noch lange nach dem Aufenthalt nach dem Klostein Geruch, sodass wir diese Waschen mussten. Dem Hotel muss man anrechnen, dass sie uns im Nachgang den Zimmerpreis auf Grund unserer Beschwerde komplett erstattet haben.

• Inês (7/5): Alojamento cumpre - Simpatia dos funcionários. Localização numa zona um pouco sombria, o que não nos deixou muito confortáveis. Não aconteceu nada, mas não adoramos a zona envolvente. No entanto, era convenientemente junto do aeroporto que foi uma das condições que nos levou a reservar esta noite. A limpeza, para mim, deixou um pouco a desejar. No entanto, eu sou bastante exigente neste aspeto. Visualmente as juntas dos azulejos necessitavam de maior cuidado.

• Michèle (6/5): würde hier nicht mehr buchen - netter Staff die matratze war die schlechteste, die ich je in einem hotel/hostel angetroffen habe, total durchgelegen und man spürte die federn. auch die decke war nicht mehr die neuste und dementsprechend nicht wirklich frisch. die toiletten und duschen war dreckig, hier muss definitiv besser geputzt werden. sogar direkt nach der reinigung lagen noch viele haare auf dem boden. ich bin nach einer nacht frühzeitig abgereist. auch kuta selber ist nicht schön, da gibt es viel schönere ecken auf bali.

• Dan Constantine (9/5): Overall, you get a pretty good value for the money. It is worth staying at. - Location is a walking distance from one of the main roads in Kuta and is quite accessible. Room was clean and AC worked well the whole time. Pool view room is very spacious with a big comfortable bed so had a good sleep every night. The staff were very friendly and accommodating especially during Nyepi and everyone had to stay indoors. The lounge area is also kept clean and tidy, with free coffee/tea every day. The shower head in my room really needs changing, it is really just getting misted on rather than showered on. This was the one thing that annoyed me every time I needed to wash up. The bathroom and the rest of the facilities are pretty decent though. But please someone change that shower head.

• Eric (4/5): I would not recommend the private room. - Nice decoration and room door opens to the pool. This could be a good hostel but I would not recommend for a private room. There was in incredibly strong smell of cockroach killer spray in the room and no options to fix the issue: no other free room, no fan, no screened window. They offered us a chemical air freshener to mask the smell as the only solution. The mattress sagged and felt broken in the middle. The AC did not work well and took half the night to cool the room. The bathroom didn’t feel clean and had visible mold in the shower. Overall looked like it used to be nice but linens and furnishings were dated and worn.

Its not related to the hostel, but there are plenty of restaurants around and we accidentally stumbled upon a steakhouse that serves excellent australian wagyu. Everything was good.

The staff are very helpful and friendly The air freshener they used in the room was unbearable. because I was unable to open the window, I literally could hardly.breathe. Sadly, it ruined my stay. Hard to walk because of the amount of motorbikes zipping past outside the hotel so I felt a little bit unsafe!

• Sam (9/5): Great Balinese dormitory - Grand dortoir, douches propres, bon lit. L'espace commun est aussi très chouette. J'ai eu droit à un repas gratuit puisque c'était le bon jour de la semaine. Il était très bon. C'est également fort bien localisé, à quelques minutes à pied d'une rue passante et à 20min à pied de belles plages. Les casiers sont forts petits pour des grands sacs de voyage.

The hostel is always very clean, the location is excellent and convenient, and the food is really good as well. Everything comes together to create a comfortable, positive, and memorable stay. They take care of every single thing. The actual food they provide is amazing. • anast p (10/5): Would book again with no hesitation - This hostel is perfect if you need to spend a night (or more) near the airport. The room was clean and the bed was large and very comfortable. You also get a large locker for all your things. The property itself is beautiful and breakfast is available for purchase. The reception staff are kind and welcoming. The bathroom could use a bit of a renovation (some stains and cracks on walls) but otherwise nothing to complain about
