We think our room got fumigated while we were there. We understand the need to do that to control the ants but would have preferred if we weren't staying in the room when it happened.

Hay flexibilidad para pedir desayuno para llevar ya que los tour son más temprano que el inicio del mismo. Estuve en 2 tipos de habitación, una superior muuuy cómoda y bonita. Luego en una habitación simple que estaba limpia y con espacio para acomodar el equipaje.

Petit déjeuner très bon. Service de l’accueil très bien. Proche du bus et du port. Le seul bémol est qu’il est marqué balcon dans l’annonce or c’est une terrasse compartimentée donc pas dans la chambre et partagée.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, konnte jedoch die Umgebung natürlich auch nicht ändern. Fotos der Zimmer gut mit Weitwinkel fotografiert. In Echt sehr klein und der Pool eher so groß wie ein Whirlpool.

- Sophie (8/5): It was a nice comfortable stay - It is conveniently located and good value for $ The wifi didn’t work properly so trying to catch up on emails or getting in touch with family was difficult and there’s no communal kitchen as that would have been handy to offer part of the facility to be able to use fridge to store food. Breakfast is offered a little bit late in time as some tours are being picked up at 7am (when breakfast is served) therefore having a communal kitchen would have been a plus.

This made it very noisy as the room had no insulation against noise. The room had a sensor light just outside everytime someone walked past in the night it turned on and light filled the room, no curtain above the door where the light came in so you couldn't even block the light. No wifi in room and even the wifi in the common area was very average.

There was welcome tea and coffee available, and the staff were all friendly. They let me check in a bit early too. It wasn't the best location, but still absolutely walkable to the port and main area. If you want to catch local buses they were right outside.

There are gaps in the window so there are constantly mosquitoes coming in. One night the water cut out and the pump needed fixing, the rest of the times there is hot water but not alot of pressure. There is a pool but it doesn’t look clean.

Nice aircon in the room Some parts of the communal areas had no walls so the hostel got very loud until late and night and early in the morning. There is no one at reception from 7pm to 7am. Breakfast stops at exactly 9am. I came down at 9:03 and they said that couldn't facilitate me.

The location was close to everything easy to access. They are very clean, and they offer coffee, tea, and water refills as a courtesy. Great place to stay and within budget. They clean your room every day, smells good and clean towels everyday.
- Sean (10/5): - We stayed here as a family (2 adults; 2 teens). Room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Staff very nice and helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage for the day after checkout. They connected us with a great driver, Marcelo, who took us on a tour to the tortoise reserve and los gemelos. We hired Marcelo to drive us to the airport at the end of our trip. Located on a side street so felt a little out of the bustle of Puerto Ayora but still walkable around town. A great stay!
