• Justine (10/5): - Had a great time. Location was perfect, easy for us to get to beach, restaurants, shopping. Room was very quiet, elevators so fast, everyone we encountered was extremely polite. Every room had huge picture windows, with wonderful views. Pool was great, kids had fun. No complaints!
• Mahesh (10/5): - The unit was spacious and within reach of cafes and short walk to downtown. Nice view and all the amenities in the kitchen, BBQ. One issue was with the door with the code!! It wasn’t working when I tried checking in and was promptly solved by the owner. Suggesting to change the lock, the number pad is barely visible. Other than that we enjoyed our 3night stay. Will come back again in different season. Highly recommend it.
• Chelanne (10/5): - Great location and very well maintained unit. Would stay here again. We had two vehicles and were easily able to park in the lot just down the street with the second vehicle. We walked to dinner both nights, to the casino, and the beach. I highly recommend this place.
• Janine (10/5): - The property was clean, organized and had all amenities. Communication was a bit unorganized. We didn't get the check in formation until we were trying to get into the property, and did not receive any checkout details. Other then that we would love to stay at this lovely property again.
• Kevin (8/5): Great Location - Home was very clean . Only there 3 days did not use much of kitchen items. But appeared to have a large supply. Location excellent. Excellent communication. Renovations were occuring in main lobby. Bed is very firm (that would be the only downfall) but I am sure some people love that.

• Dana (8/5): Great Place To Stay! - Great location within Kelowna. Close to the downtown area and the lake. The condo was quiet and the kitchen was well equipped with dishes, etc. Lots of information to process to access the unit, parking, etc. but, if you live in a condo or have experience with condo units you shouldn't have any problems. TVs in all bedrooms and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. We really enjoyed our stay!
• Jerome (8/5): Great condo to rent for the weekend. - The stay at the rented condo was good overall, all the directions sent were very elaborate and understandable. The unit was quite clean and well set up minus a few things that were taken away due to covid. The kitchen had everything you needed minus a few cooking ingredients that I overlooked while grocery shopping. (ie: oil, salt & pepper and butter). Has ample room for a large family but the beds are a bit old & squeaky. My only complaint with my experience is how long it takes to get the deposit back. Took a solid 5 business days, but that's through their system I guess.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - The location of the property on the waterfront and near downtown restaurants was excellent. There were nearby trails and natural areas that provided great walks outdoors. The property was very clean and had everything needed to cook meals. The indoor pool / hot tub was an added bonus. One indoor parking spot was also great. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 children. There were 2 good bedrooms with a Queen bed in one and twin beds in the second, which were great. Unfortunately, one adult/one child sleeping in the living room hide-a-bed was not good. A very uncomfortable mattress in a poorly supported frame forced us to purchase a blow up mattress for the floor for the last two nights stay. I would not recommend this property for any more than four occupants.
• Paul (8/5): - We were attending Skate Canada at the Prospera arena and it was so great to be only a 3 one block walk from it! The suite was nice but had a few odd glitches for us. The living room had no light [only spill from the kitchen or dining area light, so we couldn't sit and read. There were 3 tvs but we couldn't turn on any of them... there were two remotes like at home but we were flummoxed as to how to use them together. The second bedroom had no way to read in bed. Little things but odd, eh?
• Verified traveler (10/5): - This was my first stay in a non-hotel, so I admit some of the protocol for checking in took some getting used to. However, the value in amenities was undeniable. Friends of mine were next door at the conference hotel, and I had a home while they had a room. Three beds and a pullout. A full kitchen. Ensuite laundry. Two bathrooms. The list goes on.

• Dom (2/5): Terrible management, nice place - Don't stay! I would not stay here as the management is rude, and not at all good with people in general. Upon check-in, I had a few issues and right away the condo manager guy was defensive and accusatory. Not to mention the fact that my $1000 damage deposit was not returned. I was there on business for 4 days alone and was accused of somehow breaking a window resulting in them withholding my funds. People, read the terms: Expedia can't do anything about that. The condo owner is not cooperating as well which leads me to think they do this often. It's fraud. As we speak I am still in the process of trying to recover my deposit with my credit card company. A huge pain in the rear end.

• Ruthi (8/5): Good value & location - The whole suite was a pretty good size except in the twin bedroom, that was a tight squeeze. It would have been better if there had been a king size bed in the master bedroom. Very nicely decorated throughtout and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool area too, it was nice and clean. Although we were not able to reach the person who was supposed let us into the building, another occupant got us though the front door and as we had been emailed the door key code so we got into the suite fairly soon. We did receive a text from this key person shortly after arrival but told them we were already inside. That was the only glitch.
