- Nadia (3/5): Teleurstellend - veel te duur voor wat je krijgt - Uitzicht Ontbijt. Voorverpakte croissants en 1 dag zelfs niets S´nachts om 2u wakker gebeld door host omdat er lawaai was. Omdat we zogezegd in de jacuzzie zaten. Lawaai dat wij niet veroorzaakt hadden. Want om 2u s´nachts sliepen wij uiteraard met 2 kids (10:en 6 jaar)8
- SHIGEYO (10/5): - ベスビオ山が見えない部屋を予約したが、それでもゲートから部屋に至るまでの崖沿いの道から見えるベスビオ山とナポリ湾の眺めは最高。レンタカーで旅行したので、駐車場が敷地内に確保できるのはとても助かる。ナポリ空港まで30分くらい。坂を3分だけ登ったところにおいしいテイクアウトのピザ屋あり。また、スーパーマーケットも徒歩3分。

Also gave us tips on where to eat and how to get to the centre. The room itself was beautifully decorated, spotless with AMAZING views of the city. East access from and to the highway to avoid traffic in the center.

- Jessica (6/5): Regular - La habitación es muy chula, y tiene unas vistas bonitas de Nápoles El acceso es una locura, se paran coches en el vado cada 2x3, no vimos a nadie de personal, tuvimos pequeños contratiempo con el acceso y nadie sale a recibirte todo por WhatsApp te envían mensajes de copia y pega y eso no nos gustó, el desayuno totalmente decepcionante todo bollería industrial, donde están las habitaciones está la máquina de café que hace muchísimo ruido y te despiertan desde temprano , están haciendo obras y todo el rato ruidos, te mandan mensajes de que si tienes problemas o necesitas algo les escribas y luego cuando les escriben pasan de ti.. en fin creo que no repetiría

Entorno silencioso. Hemos estado tres noches y solo entraron una vez a la habitación a reponer y limpiar,esa persona sustrajo dinero de una maleta y dicen que es imposible que haya ocurrido,tener mucha precaución con los objetos de valor.

- Jussi (8/5): Magnificent view but difficult to reach the centre - The view is magnificent. The play car in the room was very nice for our child. The interior was classy. The location is quite difficult if you want to visit the centre. It took us 20minutes with the strollers to reach the metro and the traffic fumes are all over. All interaction with the staff happens through WhatsApp. We would have preferred traditional face-to-face service.
- Lucas (7/5): Overall the view is great and the security also gave us peace of mind, but a lot of the advertised amenities were on tim - The view was incredible and it being within a gated property with designated parking gave us peace of mind, as we had rented a car for our stay and we knew it was safe parked there. It was central enough and just the right distance away from the busier parts of the city. There were plenty of complimentary snacks, but water or any drinks costed extra from the minibar. The bed is nice and the room was spacious. They advertised a jacuzzi tub on the balcony that turned out to not be included in the price of the room despite that not being clarified before arriving. They wanted an additional $50 on top of the already steep nightly price to use it and that was extremely inconvenient. The doors are a bit thin in the unit we booked, as we could clearly hear the people coming and going from the other two units in the common area, which made us concerned that they could hear everything we were doing as well, as we booked this suit for our honeymoon. I don’t believe the other units had thin doors though, as we heard nothing once they were in their rooms even if we were the ones in the common area, however we tested it and we could hear through ours. There was a complimentary espresso machine, but was only usable during a few hours in the early morning for some reason.

- MohDxb76 (9/5): Nice short stay - The hotel is nice, very well located, room was of a decent size and had a beautiful terrace with amazing view. Staff was very helpful and always available on WhatsApp or through the calls. private car parking is also there and very safe. Breakfast was not that good as we expected a full breakfast, with some hot items, however that was not the case as we had only coffee machines to use and dry packed items.

- Amato (10/5): Un B&b Panoramico su Napoli - Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni meravigliosi presso A’Luggetella e non potevamo scegliere posto migliore per scoprire Napoli! Il B&B si trova in una posizione perfetta, nella zona Vomero, tranquilla e panoramica, con una vista mozzafiato sulla città e sul mare. La camera era pulitissima, curata nei dettagli e molto accogliente — si vede che c’è passione dietro ogni cosa. La colazione era buona e l’ottimo caffè ci ha dato la giusta carica per iniziare la giornata. Antonio e Peppe sono stati degli ottimi host, sempre gentili, disponibili e pronti a dare consigli utili su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. Ci hanno fatto sentire davvero a casa. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca un soggiorno autentico, rilassante e con una vista unica su Napoli. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!
- Amato (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno a Napoli - Ho pernottato solo una notte con degli amici al B&B A’Luggetella, ma è stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole. La struttura è situata in una zona tranquilla e panoramica del Vomero, da cui si gode una vista incantevole su tutta Napoli. La camera era pulitissima e confortevole, arredata con gusto e attenzione ai dettagli. La colazione semplice ma buona e soprattutto un caffè eccellente, come solo a Napoli sanno fare. Antonio e Peppe sono due host premurosi e simpatici, sempre pronti ad aiutare e a far sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio. Anche se il mio soggiorno è stato breve, mi sono sentita accolta come a casa. Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura e spero di poter tornare per fermarmi qualche giorno in più!

- Joseph (3/5): Miserable - It was clean The property does not specify or notify that it is almost a quarter of a mile from the gate to the property. He put us in the “Romance” room and the bed was so squeaky and loud that there was no way there would be any romance in that room. The “breakfast” is nothing but packaged snacks and there is no access to a kitchen to cook. There is no coffee maker in the room and the owner limits access to a coffee maker for a short period during the morning hours. We had to purchase our own toilet paper the first night there due to the owner only leaving a partial roll. When I mentioned it to him, he brought a single roll at around 10 am the next day. If you are by yourself and you have a short layover in Naples, this might be ok BUT, be prepared to WALK and not need to go anywhere or you will struggle. I would have checked out the first morning but there is a penalty for early check out and based on the cheapness of the atmosphere of the owner, he definitely would have not have waived the penalty.

We hadden 2 kamer appartement geboekt, bleek slaapkamer en badkamer te zijn. 2. De minibar zoals beschreven, en lijst in de kamer aanwezig, was helemaal leeg, dus maar naar de supermarkt 3. Alleen in de ochtend mogelijk koffie en thee te drinken en dan niet vers, maar uit een automaat. 4. Ontbijt waren ingepakte droge broodjes en iets was op croissant moest lijken, geen vleeswaren of kaas, geen vers sap of fruit, maar pakje fruitsap, en nog aantal soorten koekjes. Alles voorverpakt en niet vers. 5. Géén waterkoker of koffiezetapparaat op de kamer, dus in de avond niets warms te drinken

It’s a bit far from the city center, you need to walk around 20mins to go to the metro station, but we took taxis and it went pretty smooth. The breakfast contains of only prepackaged stuff, but there was a coffeemaker available which was pretty convenient.

- Gemma (6/5): Beautiful view and room but sad about the noise and view of the motorway and the big tree in the way. - The view was beautiful, full kitchen, towels, hairdryer and iron, bathroom was gorgeous. The location for us was great as we like to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city life, it was quiet in the room when you closed the doors and out of the way. The Jacuzzi was a nice a nice touch. There is a motorway to the left of your view from The terrace, had we of known this, we wouldn’t have booked the room, you could hear the loud traffic and the ambulances all evening. The only bit of quiet we got was when we closed the doors and it was bliss again. The beautiful part of the view away from the motorway was obstructed by a huge tree, it really needs to be cut down or lower to really get the full breathtaking view. It was our anniversary so we were a little disappointed.

The panoramic view is a true feast for the eyes, but what made the experience unforgettable was the outdoor hot tub on the terrace of our room – absolutely amazing! Having the chance to park our rental car for free was also a huge plus, giving us the freedom to explore the city without any worries. Highly recommended for those seeking comfort, peace, and genuine hospitality. We can’t wait to come back.

Providing fruits and a bottle of water instead will make travelers more comfortable and appreciative.

- Felicia (2/5): Very poor - this is a beautiful apartment with a beautiful view but that's about all I can say that is good about it. from the moment we walked in I felt as if the owner was expecting us to steal everything by having a camera outside our door to monitor our comings and goings and watch us when we went to get coffee. while he does Supply coffee he puts a timer on it so that you can only get coffee between specific hours in the morning. if you wake up late you miss the opportunity to get coffee and there is nothing close by. the location is not good if you are on foot because there are no restaurants or coffee bars or anything nearby and you have to walk a quarter of a mile on a steep incline just to get out the driveway and then you're on a street with nothing. All cabinets are locked and there is no place to put your clothes or hang them up or even a bench to put your suitcase on.The only place to hang clothes is a coat hook near the front door which will hold one or two pieces of clothing but then there is no where to put your suitcase or to unpack. Beds are horribly uncomfortable and the bed in the second room is just a cot with a thin mattress and you can feel the metal springs of the cot. this may be okay for a child but for an adult it is very painful the cover on the bed is thin like an old towel and there is no appropriate comforter or blanket for that bed the blanket provided is a huge super heavy quilt for a larger bed and in practical for the small bed. the first night I hardly slept and woke up with my entire body in pain. the second night I put the big heavy quilts on top of the mattress and slept on top of them for a little relief but still it was a very uncomfortable bed and for the money we paid that's just not acceptable. There is a methane gas leak in the kitchen even when you have the gas off and you can smell it all the time although if it's open it's even worse.
- Dean (5/5): To ask this kind of money, they should at least invest in new beds. - The location is nice IF you have the room with the view. If not, no point going there. The bed was an old steel spring, noisy whenever you turn around, with saggy matrass - very hard. The bathroom is nice from a historical point of view - nothing changed since the 1980's. If you dont have the room with the view, you are next to a villa which is rented out for garden parties. Loud music till well after midnight. The "breakfast" was a joke, but not a nice one.

Ours didn't but we were happy to have safe parking for our motorcycle. It is spacious and has everything a traveler needs. The coffe machine was a great addition. The hosts were a great help for everything we needed. The room was big enough for our two-night stay. But, the breakfast, as an option offered, had to be better - it's great as a snack until the right time to eat, but in other accommodations, something like that is provided for free, as a supplement and/or snack.
- Stephanie (8/5): Amazing choice for a treat before hitting the road or returning to the airport. - Little bit of peace amongst the city chaos. Beautiful view from the terrace. Exceptionally clean. Plenty of restaurants in vicinity. 15 mins drive to airport. Great choice. Would have rated exceptional but breakfast is only pre-packed sugary snacks so it’s not really a B&B but we knew this and still booked and are glad we did because it was worth it just for the view!! Also don’t book if you have mobility issues as there’s steps and no elevator.
- Anne (6/5): Disappointed. - It was clean. Bed was comfortable. Excellent parking facilities. Antonio was very accommodating and helpful. No hanging space. TV remote didn’t work. Air con didn’t work. Coffee machine we couldn’t use because it had no milk. Had to unplug the fridge at night as it was so noisy. Breakfast!!! Pre-packed processed cake. Owner would do well to take breakfast out of the description. Extremely noisy as other guests arrived at midnight and didn’t care about other people, shouting down the stairs to each other (I do appreciate this is outside the owner’s control, however soundproofing is a problem). Location not good. We walked 5 miles to the old town.

Clean and nice bathroom 1 minute walk to a grocery store despite dog poop on sidewalks Well manicured garden and beautiful mandarin orange trees Entrance/Exit gate needs an exit sensor so as to prevent us from getting out of the vehicle to open the gate before exiting, Needs metal utensils, glassware, plates and more functional furniture like a bigger table (current table is tiny) Breakfast is unhealthy and mediocre quality Soap & shampoo dispensers need a repair, you have to press several times before you a decent amount of liquid Climbing 3 flights to get to the room, not good idea for guests who are physically challenged and have lots of luggage The main entrance floor is slippery when wet

The availability of a private parking spot in a bustling area added to our satisfaction during our stay. The staff are nice. The property is a bit far from downtown, so consider using a car or the metro for convenience. we found it hard to take a taxi and the bus wasn't running. Keep in mind that the bathtub on the balcony comes with an additional charge. Breakfast consists of (packaged) cookies, cakes and drinks delivered to your room; there's no warm breakfast option. The coffee machine works limited hours in the morning. Room services (in case desired) come with an additional charge.

- Olena (5/5): If you have no children that need breakfast and tou are lookin for adventures with the view - this is it! - The view is amazing! New renovation, very stylish. we loved it. But…. When we arrived, we were standing near a closed gate, waving and jumping near the cctv cameras for somebody to let us in. Useless. I wouldn’t mind this adventure but I was with a daughter 10 y.o and was shocked( We were lucky to find an Italian man down the street who called the receptionist (doesn’t speak English 😩) and finally the gate was opened. The second thing we didn’t like - the breakfast 😑 There is no breakfast at all, just cookies and crispy bread and nutella small portions. Breakfast was so important for me as I wanted to feed my daughter. As a result she had a stomachache and I gave her pills. No breakfast included!!! The whole area around the hotel is criminal and scary, by the way. Smells horrible.
