- Hiromi (8/5): 古さはあるけれど安いので満足。 - ベンタイン市場まで徒歩3分で、近くにコンビニや飲食店があり、とても便利でした。 外出してから、お掃除が早くて数時間で戻っても綺麗にお掃除されていて助かりました。 シャワーカーテンがなく、トイレまでびしょびしょになりました。3日目にカーテンが取り付けられており、初めから聞いてみたら良かったと思いました。 4人での宿泊なのに３セットしかアメニティやタオルがなく、フロントに聞いたらすぐに１セット追加でもらえました。 ２日目からはきちんと４セット用意されていました。 初日に棚の中に前の人が置いていったものなのか空のペットボトルが数本あり、嫌でした。 シャンプーとボディーソープしか無いので、女性はコンディショナーの持参をオススメします。

- Nghia (6/5): Een keer en nooit meer - De appartement is groot en de locatie is uitstekend Het ontbijt werd uitbesteden aan California hotel van overkant van de straat, ik geloof dat hotel en Sam Royal appartement worden beheren door een bedrijf, het ontbijt is vrij beperkt qua keuze, kwaliteit is matig. De appartement is groot, vrij eenvoudig ingericht, de bekleding van bankstel is gewoon smerig, veel vuilse vlekken die niet meer weg gaat door gewoon poetsen. De appartement is erg gehorig voordat ik vergeten ben de wifi-netwerk is gewoon slecht.

- Courtney (9/5): Great hotel to have as your holiday home base. - The Sam Royal Apartments was a great home base to explore HCMC, very central location that made walking the area easy. Room was large, clean and comfy. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Unexpected bonus of access to the roof top bar & pool in the sister hotel across the road. Breakfast was also in hotel across road, and was fantastic. Lots of options that varied each day. Highly recommend this hotel, great value for money.

Overall for Sam Royal was a bit outdated. Didn’t have enough silverware, plates: all were mismatched. The bedding was not as clean and had to be requested to be changed after a family member discovered bug bite marks from the blankets.

It's the best compromise between cost and quality, it is located in the best location on the city, you can explore District 1 by walk very easily. If you stay one night, the standard room is ok, otherwise for a small extra you can have the premium room with the window, it is way more comfortable. The people working there is very friendly and helpful. We usually stay there when we have our transit in Ho Chi Minh, at arrival or departure from Vietnam
