Freya (7/5): Great! - Location was great, easy to walk all over the old town. The staff were very friendly and always smiling. Wifi worked great even on the 3rd floor. The room was comfortable, no windows so it is easy to sleep in! The pool was nice but the tiles next to the pool get SO hot in the day they burn your feet! Some mats or something would be helpful to be able to use the pool without fear of hurting yourself.

Charlotte (5/5): - La climatisation est silencieuse. La literie est confortable. La description sur Booking ne correspondait pas à la chambre : je n'avais pas de frigo. L'hôtel a été compréhensif et a annulé gratuitement le reste de ma réservation. Je ne souhaitais pas rester. Les murs sont fins comme du papier, on entend absolument tout. La piscine est minuscule. C'est une piscine idéale pour les enfants. Les adultes auront de l'eau à peine au niveau du nombril. Attention, chambre sans fenêtre.

Blanca (10/5): ¡Gran hostel en old town! - Me encantó el hostel! Aseo, amabilidad, ayuda, etc. Ah y lo mejor, la ubicación! Está cerca de Todo! Y tiene una piscina pequeña que le da un plus. Sugerí revisar las cortinas de las duchas, porque en la parte de abajo tenían hongos y recibieron con mucha amabilidad mi sugerencia.

Amelia (8/5): - Such a perfect location, right in the Old Town and only a short walk from beautiful streets. As a solo female traveller I felt really safe here - to get in, you had to scan a card and had a separate key to get into the room. I found that people there at the same time as me were sociable, but that’s obviously subject to change dependent on who’s there. I don’t have anything bad to say about the property. The staff were lovely, rooms were clean, noise was practically non existent, bathrooms spacious, pool nice.

The pool had hardly any chairs around it and the ones there were broken plastic ones and very old. There wasn’t a bar area. It wasn’t that clean and the rooms were a lot smaller than the photos. It was disappointing. The staff were good though and the location was good.

Eilidh (4/5): Don’t bother even for cheap price. You can find somewhere better! - POD bed was fine. Mould everywhere - no aircon and no bar. The photos are completely different than what is advertised. Not a sociable hostel as there is no where to get to know other solo travellers compared to other guesthouses I’ve stayed at. I left. Got a hotel and met more people out and about than I did there. Awful. Don’t bother. Facilities are awful, washing prices are more than others around the area.

Zoe (6/5): Prima voor een nacht maar zou hier niet meer heen gaan. - Top locatie in old phuket town. Aardig personeel bij de receptie. Super gehorig hostel, zonder lift. Foto’s komen niet overeen met werkelijkheid. Plastice stoelen bij het zwembad zijn vies en stuk. Douchegordijn was vies en bed was helemaal niet comfortabel. Airco werkte voor geen meter. Geheel was nog al vervallen.

Zoe (10/5): Sehr gemütlich und gute Lage - Die Kapseln sind richtig groß und sehr gemütlich. Es ist sauber dort und man hat einen Safe und eine kleine Abstellfläche für Handy etc. direkt am Bett. Der Pool ist auch sauber und fast immer leer. Lage ist auch perfekt und man ist direkt in der Old Town. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden nochmal kommen :) -

Alice (9/5): Hôtel correspondant aux attentes - Nous avions une chambre privée avec sanitaire commun. La chambre est petite mais confortable et propre. Il y a une laverie au rez-de-chaussée. Très pratique. Une partie commune au rez de chaussée permet de travailler, de stocker de la nourriture ou encore de boire de l'eau potable. La piscine est très peu profonde mais elle permet de se rafraîchir. L'emplacement est parfait au coeur de la vieille ville. Peu de rangements pour les affaires. Le fait de devoir toujours avoir une clef sur soi pour aller aux toilettes et qu'une seule clef pour un couple. Peu de convivialité (en tout cas rien qui ne l'encourage)
