Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das außergewöhnlich freundliche, aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Personal. Egal ob an der Rezeption, im Service oder im gesamten Hotelbereich – man begegnet hier Gästen mit echter Herzlichkeit, guter Laune und großer Professionalität. Selten erlebt man ein Team, das so engagiert dafür sorgt, dass man sich wirklich wohlfühlt. Jede Frage wurde freundlich beantwortet, Wünsche wurden schnell erfüllt und man hatte jederzeit das Gefühl, als Gast wirklich geschätzt zu werden. Genau diese persönliche Atmosphäre macht den Aufenthalt besonders. Auch das Hotel selbst überzeugt mit einer angenehmen Atmosphäre, gepflegten Bereichen und einem sehr guten Gesamtpaket. Man merkt, dass hier Gastfreundschaft gelebt wird. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das COOEE St. Johann absolut weiterempfehlen!

Ulrike (9/5): Angenehmes Urlaubshotel - Gute Ortsrandlage mit Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Modernes, schönes und sehr funktional eingerichtetes Zimmer mit entsprechendem Bad. Raumtemperatur sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück konnten wir auf der Terrasse einnehmen, wahres Urlaubsfeeling. Personal nett und freundlich. Würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren Bei Ankunft in Hotel musste die 2. Rate gezahlt werden und nicht bei Abfahrt.

Das Abendessen war sehr lecker und für jeden was dabei. Das Hotel ist epflegt und modern. Die Sauberkeit auf dem Zimmer war inakzeptabel, bei Ankunft im Zimmer hatten wir sehr viele, sehr große Spinnenweben. Zusätzlich sind am Boden und an den Wasserhähnen viel Kalk, was mit dem richtigen Reinigungsmittel einfach zu beseitigen wäre. Die Matratzen sind unbequem

Irina (1/5): - - Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Bergen. - Die Betten waren steinhart. - Wir sind Nichtraucher und durch die Lüftung im Zimmer zog der Rauch der Nachbarn rein. Wir sind mitten in der Nacht aufgewacht, da unser Zimmer nach Rauch stank. - Der Boden des Zimmers wurde auch nach mehrmaligem Bitten der Reinigungskräfte nicht sauber gesaugt und gewischt. - Die Zimmer sind hellhörig, wir haben die Nachbarn schnarchen gehört. - Direkt neben des Hotels liegt ein Umspannwerk. Nicht sehr idyllisch. - Das Abendessen ist geschmackssache. Für das Geld nicht lohnenswert.

Micul dejun pentru un hotel de 4 stele este foarte foarte sărac! Nu poți mănâncă o omletă sau un ou ochi pentru ca nu au bucătar să pregătească așa ceva la cererea clienților! Nu au platouri cu fructe doar niște fructe într-un coș ! În schimb persoanalul destul de amabil mai ales doamna de la bar care din păcate nu ii știu numele “ dar vorbea puțin românește “ a fost extraordinar de amabilă cu noi ! Pentru un hotel de 4 stele totuși a-și fi avut mai multe așteptări! Nu sunt papuci în camere și nici halate! Nu a-și mai repetă experiența! Axați-vă mai mult pe curățenie și micul dejun!

Dirk W. (9/5): - Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut, das Zimmer war modern funktional eingerichtet, passt also gut. Das Abendessen war gut und jeder konnte wegen der großen Auswahl an Speisen auch etwas finden und beim Frühstück war ebenfalls eine große Auswahl vorhanden. Das gab es eigentlich nichts.

Emilio (10/5): Incredible - Everything, a place that will stay in our memories The experience was amazing, the location, the views, the room. However, we had a bad moment during check-out. We requested a late check-out but were not informed about the extra charge it would involve. At the end of our stay, an employee with orange hair spoke to my girlfriend and me in a way I have never experienced anywhere in customer service. She eventually apologized and we were not charged, but there is no excuse for the way she spoke to us or for the inappropriate language she used, especially after we had paid over €300 for two nights, it was completely out of line
