Guest Reviews
- dorothy (8/5): stay was good just for breakfast no meat had to go over to burger king - can stand a lil work but overall good my comode wasn’t working properly but was fixed
- Swindle (8/5): - The rooms were very small.
- carmen (7/5): Girls trip - Beds were SUPER COMFORTABLE. Staff was VERY FRIENDLY!!! Bathroom lock was broken as well as the safety lock on the door. The fire alarm was literally hanging from the ceiling..Had to get the front desk to let us into our room each time we left and returned because the keyboard lock was not working. This hotel does housekeeping every 3 days..so had to go to the front desk for fresh towels daily
- Peggy (1/5): - Grungy, dirty! Rooms are extremely small. Breakfast was awful. Don’t waste your money at this one.
- Manuel (10/5): - Buena ubicación Todo bien
- Mario (4/5): Will never go back - Should not be advertising free breakfast because unpeeled boiled eggs is not a full breakfast
- Dylan (8/5): -
- Subabe42 (8/5): Nice night's stay - Nice location, easy on, easy off. The bed was comfortable and had a nice variety for continental breakfast (waffles, cereal, hb eggs, mini sausage & biscuit). Fast food nearby, Grub Hub free delivery.
Refrigerator in room. Only one desk chair (with wheels) in the room. Hubby has a bad back and usually sleeps in a cushioned seat in the room. Next time I'll look thru the room pictures posted.
No fault on the hotel for that one.
- Richard (10/5): - Very clean and secure room. More vending machines.
- Hinds (8/5): -
- Bardo (8/5): -
- Rachel (8/5): -
- Stephanie (2/5): - The exposed wires in the room, the door that was not framed properly, the laundry that didn't function.
- Larry (1/5): Very disappointed, will never book with Microtel Inn and Suites in future the future. - The only thing I liked about this motel was its location The room was way to small, so small it was uncomfortable, no closet to hang clothes, no dresser drawers with no amenities, only amenity in room was broken hair dryer.
The room smelled bad .like old smoke..stale
Breakfast was super huge disappointment compared to all the other hotels I have stayed in
- Richard (4/5): -
- Marcie (8/5): - We were really pleased with our experience- Microtel has a fun spirit and a nice stay. Basic with all of the things that you need in a colorful atmosphere.
- John (6/5): - Everything was decent but it was weird that they charged me $3 on top of what Expedia charged me as a fee for booking through a 3rd party. I found that unscrupulous.
- Harpal (10/5): - Good
- Christian (4/5): - the room was very humid
- Jason (10/5): -
- Brianna (6/5): - I didn’t like that breakfast was offered until 9:30 and when went to get breakfast, it was very bare. We ended up just checking out early and got breakfast elsewhere.
- Gregory (10/5): - Easy To Get Where I Was Going And The Staff Was Good,Room Was Very Nice
- Guest (3/5): Won't happen again. - Cheap No basic house keeping, asked repeatedly for fresh towels. The trash was never taken out my entire stay. I used the same towels the entire time of my stay. I will never stay in this place again. I payed the price stated and got very little value.
- Guest (8/5): -
- Lindsay (10/5): - Very nice and quiet. Very clean
- Abraham (9/5): -
- Omar (6/5): - It was only two towels for two people
- James (10/5): - The best in Tulsa
- Paul (5/5): -
- Ma (2/5): - I did not like a single thing about this place it was the most horrible experience i have ever had at any hotel.. the staff were unprofessional, on their phone only in the back room, rude and the hotel room had so many issues.. leaking AC, Musty Smell, clogged sink drain, food in fridge still, dirt in tub. They probably didnt even clean the room.
They don't service you and want you to bring your towels to them before they give you new towels even though they dont give enough towels like most hotels and motels do.
I will never stay at this hotel again. Shame on Whyndham for being such a big brand and allowing their hotels to get to this level of disgust.
- Herlinda (1/5): - The room was dirty, there was a lot of noise at night, something that did not work well and activated an alarm several times, they charge deposit, which I did not see was mentioned in the booking app.
- T5827DGlesliel (10/5): Wonderful - Very professional staff, very pleasant was a great stay. Very quiet peaceful the room was very clean. The front door was secure after hours.
- Ira (6/5): - The elevator smelled really bad, stale urine or dirty mop water that was used first in bathroom. The room was clean, staff friendly, and price was decent. Personal opinion, all hotel showers are too low. I’m 6’3” and the show head reached my chin so having to duck to wash your hair makes for an outstanding first world problem to have.
- Sheldon (6/5): - Location is great. Friendly check in. Very limited breakfast. Not a great value.
- Jaye (8/5): Very good -
- Tiffany (6/5): - Very small and tight. Not very ammeter
- Michael (10/5): - Room
- David (10/5): - Comfortable beds.
- Ricardo (8/5): - Good
- Lacey (6/5): Pleasant - Just outside of Catoosa away from all the construction and traffic. They announced my room number being a solo traveler
- Monica (8/5): - Property was clean. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfy. AC was COLD! 10/10 would stay again.
- Jamison (8/5): Comfort in my travels - Nice stay . Very accommodating for a discount price
- Dee (5/5): Passable - The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was a long check in process, the rate was high and the clerk did not accept my service animal verification.
- Patricia (10/5): Bed so comfortable. - Very comfortable bed and sheets very smooth. Room spotless. Great choice of TV channels.
Bathroom a bit dated, but water hot.
- Ann (8/5): Our stay - The hotel is nice. Room was very small and bed way too firm for me. There was a lot of noise from other guests above or in hallway before going to sleep.
- Juan (10/5): - Very nice place to stay, the wifi could be a bit better however. Very slow.
- Justin (10/5): - Overall the experience was great, got a really nice room on a great deal. Kids really enjoyed having a couch and coffee table in the room. Had a great experience and will stay here again the next time we are in the area. The lady working was very kind and you could see how hard she works by how she does her job.
- Victoria (10/5): - It was easy to find and to check in safe was friendly. The only thing I didn’t like is the bed was a little uncomfortable but could of been because it wasn’t my bed
- Aaron (10/5): - Good service, great rooms
- Cameron (4/5): Disappointing -
- Bren (10/5): Exceptional -
- naomi (10/5): - Room was clean. Property was nice.
- Martin (7/5): Good - It was very clean I was charged 100 dollars on my credit card that I haven't received back yet
- Privillage (8/5): - Good
- Deana (10/5): Very clean - It’s a cute little motel
- Mr (10/5): - The staff is always wonderful and friendly and that's why I keep going back they are incredible
- AlL382 (10/5): Exceptional stay! - Not one thing is under par, nice new rooms, new beds are comfortable, pillows are exceptionally great, towels are new and great, the staff is exceptional! Should be one of your top hotels! Some of the cleanest rooms I have ever had at a motel, they even had the heat on for us! The best staff of any hotel!
- Getaway49543493931 (10/5): Great Value & Service - Everything looks modern and New great design and clean rooms. Bed felt brand new and pillows were nice. Staff is very friendly and good price. Arrived late and was very tired but the front desk person made our check in easy and understood that we wanted to get in bed. Can't wait to come back again. Thank you for keeping the price low!!
- Jennifer (8/5): Okay - It was okay. No bugs or anything but not the cleanest hotel either.
- Doris (4/5): No joke not the bottom but close - We had to request towels everyday for the whole week we were there. They came in one time all week and made the bed only, never came in and cleaned the room the whole week we were there. And the breakfast is a joke
- Mary (8/5): Very good -
- Amanda (7/5): Good -
- Jennifer (5/5): It was ok. I would stay again. - It was decent and clean. Walls are super thin and you can hear the guests like they are in your room talking. Also had a plastic tarp taped up behind the curtain. I didn’t notice it until I opened the blinds. Also, not a lot of options for breakfast.
- Parys (1/5): Never will I ever stay at this hotel again - Nothing rooms are small and doesn’t look anything like the pictures
They definitely made sure to get the good spots on the pictures No hot water rooms small the quality of the room isn’t worth a deposit
Tried to charge me $100 for wiping up juice with the towel
- Sheri (10/5): - It was in a nice area and the hotel was clean and everyone was friendly and polite.
- Naomi (8/5): Very good -
- Amanda (9/5): Good value - The check in person was nice. It was quiet. It was conveniently located close to the casino. The remote didn't work unless you pointed down. You had to move toward the end of the bed to change the channel.
- Ashlyn (4/5): Dirty Floors - The first room they gave us had not been cleaned at all. Sheets unmade, food laying out, lights still on...
The second room they gave us had been "cleaned" but the floors were filthy. There was visible dirt and debris on the floor stains on the bathroom floor. For that reason, I didn't feel comfortable enough to take a shower during my stay.
The door was not very secure and I think other people had the same problem... There were slamming doors all evening/morning. Customer service was good, but I value cleanliness more.
- Savannah (6/5): - Bedding was so stained. The room and hallway looked as if it wasn’t been vacuumed or swept in a while. No tv remote. Was fine for the night we stayed. Just expected more.
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Kathy (10/5): Exceptional - Everything it was very nice
- Michelle (8/5): Ideal for a one night stop off - Clean and comfortable
- Jimmy (7/5): Good -
- William (10/5): - The hotel appeared to be undergoing some remodeling in some areas.
- Billy (8/5): Awesome hotel, staff needs to be more patient and polite - Great room Morning staff to busy to deal with customers
- Kristie (6/5): - Unable to take a shower due to the stool not flushing and backing up for 2 days.
- Oleg (10/5): Goog - Good Goog
- Dusty (10/5): Have done this again and still satisfied 100% - The mirrors are very awesome in the king suite with the jacuzzi. My wife Especially agrees.
- Cynthia (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was great!!
The was some construction going on but it was still ok The bed was too high off the floor for someone who is handicapped. The staff was able to provide a step stool.
- Shirley (6/5): - To small nit sny room to move around and they wak working right over our heads while we were trying to sleep
- Chris (8/5): - Quiet and pleasant
- Kimberly (7/5): I recommend this place for a more affordable stay in a quiet area. - This place was very comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I liked how close it was to the interstate without being noisy. The property is being updated, so there is some construction work going on, but it wasn't bothersome in any way. And they seem to be doing a great job. The coffee was actually not bad! And there was plenty of it. The free breakfast was pretty basic and included alot of unhealthy carbs.
- Latasha (2/5): - I paid 100 dollar deposit. Upon check out the man checked three different rooms añd told me I had a dirty towel so he had to take 25 out of my deposit. He took a photo of the towel and stayed it was black on the towel and that photo he took was a towel on the bed. We did not have a towel on the bed. So out of all three rooms you checked at the same time. That was not our room or towel. Never ever will go there again.
- Ford (10/5): Exceptional - Everything Noting
- Bocanegra (10/5): Exceptional -
- William (8/5): - The tub did not have a stopper to keep water in tub. Called the front desk & was told they’d tell maintenance. Called much later and was told they had no stoppers. Had to use a bath cloth. Tub was terribly stained. 😔
- Dennis (2/5): Very poor - Breakfast very scant & unpleasing. Coffee cups tiny. Waffle mix spoiled one day next day out of order. No protein. Only one type of fruit, one type of cereal. Not much else. All carbs just not appetizing. Hotel under construction not noted on website. Weed eating outside window on Sat morning early. Kinda overall sucking experience. Never again. Hope not indicative of Wyndham.
Staff attitude not pleasant.
- Ray (3/5): Poor -
- Basilio (7/5): Good -
- Julie (2/5): - Room was very dirty and old. There were cockroaches.
- Kisha (6/5): DISSATISFIED - The Location They Were Under Construction Which I Was Not Aware Of. Also I’ve Stayed Here Several Times Before And The Deposit Was $50. Imagine My SURPRISE When I Was Told The Deposit Was $100. Also I Checked My Account On My Way To Work The Day After Checkout And Discovered $25 Additional Fee Was From The Hotel Was Taken. I’m Confused As To Why Because I Know For A Fact I Did ABSOLUTELY NO DAMAGES OR NO SMOKING IN THE ROOM. I Will Contact The Property In A Few Days If My $125 Is Not Deposited Back Into My Account! I Also Have Pictures Of How I Left The Room! I Need My Deposit Back The Room Is NOT WORTH $244 Plus Another $25 Fee! This Is Crazy! What Is Going On?! I Need Answers I Enjoyed Staying Here In The Past However I’m Not Sure If I Will Return!
- Stacy (2/5): - Very unhappy with this stay.
- Alicia (1/5): I have never been in such a dirt hotel room. It was a biohazard. Blood stains on pillows? Come on. - It was all very dirty, skipped breakfast because of the cleanliness issue Blood stains on sheets, dried blood in bathroom floor, stains on the wall, sticky residue on carpet and bed skirt, tears in sheets, more blood stains on pillows, urine stains on mattress, dead roach in dresser drawer
- Paula (3/5): Poor - The location was close to where I needed to be. The first night I woke up with bites. I brought back rubbing alcohol and sprayed everything. No more bites. There was alot of traffic by the door of my room.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Expedia should have told me that this was a property under rehab. Outside was horrible. Inside the workers had the elevator tied up so my handicapped wife after 15 minutes waiting had to stumble down the stairs with my help. Staff was doing what they could but as an example the sheets had very large holes and tears in them hallways were not cooled at all so with the copd and 90 ish degree heat waiting on the elevator pretty much wiped her out for our trip.
- Rick (2/5): It became a sleep only experience. Checked out asap early in the morning. - Breakfast not available even though Continental Breakfast was part of the stay. Remodeling, bed worn and old…sagged!
- Peter (5/5): Passable -
- John (10/5): Overall great stay would recommend to others - Close to my terminal It was being remodeled
- Edith (2/5): Unsafe - Our stay was awful. Construction in main lobby. Female doing electrical work had beer sitting out. And was observed drinking the beer.. we only stayed one of our 2 nights. It felt to dangerous. We asked for a couple of nets that literally had many holes in it. Only one American speaking employee. Very unsatisfied. I should have ask for my money back. But fear for me and my granddaughters safety came first
- Francisco (10/5): - Clean
