- Melissa (8/5): Our stay was good. - The view was amazing., it was quiet and I loved the amazing shower.. I know that it was early in the summer season, but the outside upper deck was not swept or cleaned up from the winter. Not very inviting at all,but a great view.

- Vasilios (9/5): Lovely place - The staff is very friendly. I like the location right downtown. Small hotel. There was a nice common area with a fridge a coffee machine it looked like a small Lounge for meetup. The balcony upstairs with the hot tub you have a nice view. Everything was good but I know it's a hard ask but they could definitely use an elevator. I'm still young but for the older folks with mobility issues they would have definitely a hard time they would not be going there. And the room in the photo looks bigger
- Laurie (10/5): Our room was wonderful. We liked the view, the amenities, and the location. - Located near many great breakfast spots. Nice walking distance to the Full Circle Cafe. A bit noisy with road noise at 6:30 am on Thursday morning. Not sure how to fix that except to request a room on the other side of the hotel next time. But really liked the room we had.
- Raven (7/5): Great location! Great private hot tub. Storage places in room needs improvement. - Good price, clean and comfy rooms,. Location is great, right downtown Nelson. Great eateries around the hotel. Roof hot tub with a private booking was available.
Bed was great, pillows a bit lumpy.
Funky, laid back atmosphere.
Hotel notified you of stair access and parking.needs. No storage or organization space. No shelves, or counters or chairs in the room or bathroom so that left the stay feeling awkward and cluttered..
The room was small but benches in the bathroom and , folding shelves and more hooks could have easily been placed in the room.
Stayed two nights. Supplies in the room were limited or not available. No robes for hot tub. Only two towels and one tp in room.
Elaborate shower did only one spray.
Common room right outside our door was interesting. It provided that extra lounging space but not room privacy.
- Steven (9/5): Excellent location , very clean rooms and great bathroom with heated floors, great price for room. - Excellent location , very clean rooms and great bathroom with heated floors

- Adrian (8/5): It was a very enjoyable relaxing stay and we will be back - Great location right off Baker Street. Very friendly staff. It was a short but excellent stay and we will stay here again next time Bed was a bit on the soft side for us but other than that it was an enjoyable stay

- Robert (3/5): Never again there! - There was no one at the front desk at check in or at anytime,,,but a buzzer. No phones in the room so when needing something that should be there like a remote for the TV which had to be called for,,,you better have a cel phone plan to call the number they gave between 8am-10pm.After that there is another emergency number but when you call it the mailbox was not set up,,,,you cannot leave a message even.I called this emergency number because it was after 10PM and you cannot control the room temperature from the room. They have it blocked out with a 4 digit code that they don't give you.I called and was then given the code which is complicated and generally a pain to have to do.Hard to believe this is for no other reason than to keep costs down like AC not available because how many people would call for a code.
Also the message shower in the room in the pictures was mostly immobilized because they said guests were scalding themselves.Again I think this is to go on the cheap so people don't stay in there longer and use as much water. There was also broken seats in the shower. If scalding is the reason then turn the temperature of the hot water down otherwise the entire shower and sink would need to be immobilized.Coffee machine in the common area was broken and the attendant just kept holding the on button as though that would do it.Generally you're just dismissed when asking for something that should be working properly.

- Zsofi (8/5): -
- Arielle (8/5): -
- Gail (10/5): - The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great and we loved the clean Euro chic vibe of the rooms.
- Neil (8/5): - Very clean and modern! Very soft, king-sized bed, huge TV, great location in the heart of Downtown Nelson. Room was cooled by air conditioning and could be easily shaded by blackout curtains. The rooftop lounge offered a beautiful view, a hot tub and some hammocks and deck furniture. The front desk staff were even nice enough to let us use their laundry machines for our own laundry. No elevators, hauling your luggage up to the room wasn't fun. The hot tub could've been hotter and looked like it could've used a good cleaning too.
- desmaraisf (10/5): Perfect quick getaway - Great boutique hotel in the heart of Nelson. Our room was a single king sized bed with a really great bathroom with heated floors and towel rack. We ate the Sushi restaurant. It was delicious, great atmosphere and so well priced. On top we had a great sauna and hot tub on the roof overlooking Kootenay Lake. We will definitely stay again!
- Daylon (8/5): -
- Lorri (10/5): Really sweet hotel in a amazing place. Great place to get warm and enjoy white water resort! - Love the layout, the sauna, the rooftop hot tub, the style, the location! The rooms are small and therefore the beds are small. My feet hang off and they are so narrow you cant keep track of your pillows... But they can’t really help that. Its a cool place with a cool vibe.
- Paul (7/5): - Breakfast? arived at 3 pm toldto come back.
- Claude (9/5): -
- Barb (8/5): Great place to stay in Nelson BC! - The fully renovated historic building has a unique blend of the old work charm with the convenience of fully modern features . Upper scale bathrooms, beds and a lighting and Nespresso coffee makers makes for a pleasant stay .The convenient central sitting area with coffees, tea, water and ice was a nice place to read a book! Through charming the bedrooms were quite small.
- Dirk (8/5): -
- Sarah (5/5): It was fine for the price, I would have preferred things to be a little more relaxing and quiet stay but that was not po - It is definitely hostel/community party vibe so if you’re okay with a loud party atmosphere then it’s perfect for you, I prefer a more quiet hotel when I can get a good nights sleep but that wasn’t possible at this hotel.
- Deb (10/5): -
- Karri (9/5): We love the property the outdoor hot tub and deck was very beautiful love the sitting area lounge only complaint is you - Great location , great price Loved the property, our king room was quite small. Only two hooks in the room to hang clothing, towels etc.
- Brown (10/5): - Alan is so great - made us feel so wrlcome . Sauna and rooftop hot tub are perfect
- Niko (10/5): -
- Patrice (7/5): Good but not exceptional - Modern room design, location , sauna Small room, no parking, not enough water to drink.
- Hilary (10/5): Amazing views from rooftop hot tub! - Lovely room, staff was great , location perfect. We had a beautiful private morning hot tub on the roof overlooking the lake. Highly recommend!
- Bonnie (9/5): -
- miranda (10/5): Very relaxing. Loved the sauna. Such a nice treat. Staff were very kind. - Everything was wonderful :)
- Chad (7/5): -
- Wendy (8/5): Great sleep and great location - Location, comfortable sleep. Private hot tub, Thai restaurant on site was great Toilet paper and no full length mirror in the room
- Blackman (10/5): - The staff was amazing Could have been less exspensive
- Valentina Akpesiri Cattaneo (7/5): -
- Ray and Annie (7/5): - The location was excellent with a Thai and Japanese restaurant right there. I like older hotels that are well maintained. Nice bathroom. The night I was there, I could get no hot water for a shower.
- Denise (7/5): -
- Julia (10/5): - Clean and modern
- Dylan (10/5): - Amazing space in a perfect location
- Terry (2/5): Brutal stay - Location Room was small, no General staff around the facility unless you phoned them, coffee machine didn't work in my room, the television service was Samsung TV and no normal cable service, thermostat was hard to navigate, I understand that it is a boutique hotel but it was a complete let down
- Marie (10/5): - Staff were very friendly and helpful.
- Michael (4/5): Not recommended. - Good location and cool boutique feel. Bed saggy and uncomfortable: not acceptable for 250+ nighty rate. Paid parking only.
- Tamara (8/5): - Very noisy building hard to sleep, parking additional cost for already expensive stay.
- Terry (1/5): Pay the extra to stay somewhere else - Location and bed was comfortable Room was small, not 1 staff could speak English, thermostat didn't work, coffee maker in room didn't work, Samsung TV with no normal TV doesn't work for me. No one at the front desk and had to phone a number to get assistant that still didn't speak English. I will never stay here again and will not recommend anyone staying here
- Nicol (10/5): Fantastic value for a very comfortable hotel. - This hotel is such great value , it has old world charm with all of the modern comfort that makes it a perfect stopping place while in Nelson. The beds were very comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful and the location great for being out and about in Nelson
- Scott (8/5): - Decent location in downtown Nelson - boutique hotel, staff isn't always available. Great rooftop patio
- nicolg613 (10/5): Great hotel - Wonderful hotel, perfect location, very comfortable rooms and the staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning next time we pass through Nelson.
- Daniel (10/5): Great Hotel - Alles Super, tolles Zimmer, Sehr nettes Personal! Nichts
- Trevor (7/5): Okay place to stay for a night. - Location was great and rooftop patio was a nice touch.
- Steve (10/5): - Excellent location, very modern. There's a hot tub on the rooftop!
- Michelle (10/5): - Great location to explore the downtown
- Ron Bourget (8/5): -
- Yolanda (8/5): - Parking not the greatest. Check in was 4. Which was later than usual. But the hotel is beautiful, clean. I would stay there again
- Richard (6/5): We had a place downtown witch was good for us - Easy access to downtown From what I was reading about the room it was saying it was a double room we had a single so false advertising
- Lara (8/5): Relaxing vibe - Keeping in mind the building is old and refurbished beautifully, there is no elevator. The rooms are beautiful and cozy and the beds are heavenly!
They mat wish to consider adding more cloyhing hooks and upgrading their toilet paper. The washes and conditioner in the shower are ver nice. The shower itself could use some maintenance. Love the lounge area and the rooftop patio was a fabulous place to wind down after busy days. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I'm likely to go back!
- Michelle (2/5): - Liked nothing. The hotel room was small. The shower even smaller and had a water damage stain. The hotel room door was right in front of the bed and it felt unsafe. The whole hotel had a smell of mildew. Wasn’t a great experience and refused to stay in it. Hotel staff was terrible to get a hold of and they charged us full price anyway even though we wouldn’t stay in it because the pictures that we had booked didn’t match what we ended up getting. So 100% recommend never go to this hotel. It feels like it belongs in the red light district.
- Darryl (10/5): - Location to downtown. Rooms are a little small.
- Kim (7/5): - Great location Staff were not readily available, had to wait for our room
- Jennifer (7/5): -
