• William (7/5): mixed - the apartment had good facilities including an excellent washing machine which came in handy. Great supermarket close by. The apartment was a fair distance from the old town and ongoing noisy roadworks meant getting the bus took almost as long as walking and wasn't pleasant. No fault of the owner.

• Dwikat (8/5): Good stay - the location is good, safe and 5 minutes walk to bus stop that is 10 minutes away from city center. the owner is very kind and helpful, you can contact him all the time to request anything, water flow is good and there is hot water. at night there was a lot of noise coming from the street the appartment was at street level, AC didn’t work properly, there is no fly screen on the windows, the full height mirror is small and there was a noise inside the appartment we didn’t know from where; fridge or water heater, the owner has access to the appartment at anytime yet nobody cleans for you while you are staying there, its a 4 minute walk from bus stop the area is too calm not dangerous but feels scary if you are alone or coming back late at night, over all didn’t like the experience my preference is staying at a hotel in a lively area next time
• Agnieszka (1/5): Total failure - Nothing The owner of the appartment forgot about the fact we were coming. When we telephoned him on the day of our arrival to collect the keys (after having received a confirmation of the booking via mail 2 days prior to our stay) he was out of Bologna, surprised with our phone call, and claimed no booking was made. After having checked - he finally admitted we did have a booking with him. Hovewer, he said the appartment was not ready, as the place needed cleaning. We needed to wait 4 hours for the place to be ready for our stay, which ruined our professional and private plans for Thursday afternoon. Friday morning - when we needed to use the internet for our professional purpouses - it turned out that there was no internet and the owner was not able to fix it untill late afternoon - which was too late for our needs. We needed to search for alternatives, which costed us time and money. The owner knew we were coming on business (we informed him via Booking), but he did not secure the internet connection which is the basis for professional stays. Beside all these, the place stinks, it is gloomy - NO REGULAR WINDOWS!!!! With dirty sponges in the kitchen. A total diseaster! Avoid this place!!!
