• Stefania (4/5): Struttura abitativa assolutamente non corrispondente a quanto pubblicizzato. - La posizione. Pulizia molto scadente,in cucina posate unte ed incrostate di cibo .Assenza di spugne nuove. Bagno sporco dove vi era un forte e pungente odore di “piscia”di gatto che è durato tutto il soggiorno. Scarico della doccia difficoltoso e tracimazione di acqua dal soffitto sopra la doccia . Sedie poco stabili. Igienicamente locale per niente curato,ben lontano dal poter essere definito suite. Rapporto qualità,prezzo INAPPROPRIATO.

• Saul (8/5): Really good and exactly what I expected at a reasonable price for the location. - Overall exactly what you would expect from a studio in the middle of a city. I was perfectly happy with it, and whilst noise could be an issue from the people above, you have to expect this from, this type off accommodation. Bed mattress wasn’t great, so if you suffer with back issues could be a problem. Didn’t realise room would be cleaned whilst I was there. Not an issue but I could have left personal valuables on display.

• Leonidas (7/5): Βολική, εξαιρετική τοποθεσία καταλύματος, με ικανοποιητική διαμονή - Η τοποθεσία είναι πάρα πολύ καλή σε κεντρικό σημείο… Το μπάνιο διαχωρίζεται από το δωμάτιο, αλλά υπάρχει η αίσθηση ενός ενιαίου χώρου που απλά χωρίζει με μία γυάλινη πόρτα και από πάνω της μέχρι το ταβάνι είναι όλο ανοικτό.. Επίσης το μπάνιο με τη γυάλινη πόρτα είναι ακριβώς δίπλα στο κρεβάτι οπότε φως και θόρυβος είναι δεδομένο ότι θα σε ενοχλήσουν… Επίσης η μόνωση του καταλύματος με τους άλλους ορόφους δεν είναι και ό,τι καλύτερο …
• LEYLA (7/5): Nice location but not the best if you are sensitive to noises. - The location of the place was perfect, east access to everywhere. The 2nd floor room was so small for a family. With the two beds open, you cannot walk in the room. And the privacy of the bathroom is not the best when you are with the family. People always mention the noises from outside . But for us it was from the neighbors. The isolation of the floors was not ideal. It was so loud because of the other floors.

• Oksana (10/5): Всё очень понравилось! - Апартаменты расположены в очень удобной локации - в центре Лиссабона. Больше всего понравилось персонализированное отношение! Нас поздравили с нашей годовщиной свадьбы бутылкой хорошего португальского вина и красивой розой. По любому нашему вопросу (дополнительное одеяло (так как мы привыкли спать под разными), продление пребывания за рамками установленного выездного часа 12:00 вплоть до 15:00) - была моментальная положительная реакция. В самих апартаментах было всё необходимое для удобства и комфорта и приготовления пищи, вплоть до пополняемых одноразовых кухонных полотенец, специй и т.п. Очень приятно что ежедневная уборка (в т.ч. ежедневная смена полотенец и белья) была очень корректной, не в установленные часы, а когда было удобно нам, мы всегда возвращались в идеально убранные апартаменты. Хозяева окружили нас уютом и заботой. Благодарим от души!

• Camuñas Corrales (7/5): - La ubicación de la casa Es una zona de fiesta y se escucha todo el ruido, aun teniendo las ventanas cerradas se escucha todo hasta altas horas de la noche. Los colchones pasables pero el plato de fu ha tenia moho, cosa que me dio un poco de asco.

• Rachel (8/5): Loved, would definitely book again. - Fantastic location, host was super accommodating and helpful, easy to find, an absolute gem!! Nothing, but be aware the area is VERY noisy until the early hours, didn’t bother us but do be aware that it is in the middle of the nightlife!!

• Robin (4/5): - Zentrale Lage war gut und ich wollte in der Nähe zu einer Veranstaltung an zwei Tagen, daher war es hier eine gute Option. Direkt unter dem Zimmer ist eine Bar, die Matratze ist extrem durchgelegen, für mich kein Ort zum ruhen und entspannen. Das Badezimmer wirkte eher verlebt, das war schade. Preis und Leistung war nicht im Verhältnis.

• Gregor (8/5): Wir waren zufrieden. - Die Lage der Wohnung in Lissabon ist super. Mitten in der Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés. Aufgrund eines verspäteten check out des vorherigen Mieters, war die Wohnung nicht zu vereinbarten Zeit nutzbar. Für knapp 190 Euro pro Nacht hätten wir auch gern Seife am Waschbecken gehabt. Wir sind es auch gewohnt, dass zumindest eine Flasche Wasser als Begrüßung in der Wohnung steht. Das ist aber sicherlich kein Muss und kann nicht gewertet werden.
• Yonatan (4/5): Aconsejable pero mala experiencia. - La ubicación, limpieza y la simplicidad de entrar o estar en el apartamento. Poca insonorizacion respecto a la calle. Para estar en familia solo disponía de 2 sillas para poder desayunar, comer o cenar, convendría tener alguna silla plegable o banqueta. Estuvimos 2 noches y no pudimos apenas dormir debido a los ruidos, gritos, golpes y discusiones de los huéspedes del piso de arriba durante prácticamente toda la noche. (Se que no es culpa de los dueños pero hay que decirlo)

Pleins de resto (conseil Casa da India, cuisine traditionnelle bonne et pas chère), bar et boutiques à proximité L'appartement était bien mais il manquait un peu de propreté. • Anthony (8/5): Nice apartment in this old part of Lisbon, but a few little irritations. - It would have been better if the toilet didn't have to be repaired whilst we were trying to relax in the apartment. Very noisy, we had to go out. The plug in the sink in the kitchenette didn't work.

(9/5): Charming studio, great location, some very minimal improvements - Amazing studio apartment, close to Principe Real and in walking distance to lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops in Bairro Alto. Very well maintained and simply beautiful, we especially enjoyed the big windows that became soundproof at night. Street can be loud due to a bar down the street but the windows helped greatly with noise. Great view outside. The small kitchen with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and kettle is convenient, as is the storage space in the bathroom and the hairdryer. The room was made up really pretty when we arrived and check in with the door codes was made seamless too. The mirror in the bathroom was too low for us to properly use and the lighting was inadequate to do makeup in. It would be amazing if this could be improved in the future. Just to keep in mind, the bathroom door is frosted glass and doesn't connect to a doorframe, therefore, it's not soundproof (and located next to the bed).

• Teresa (9/5): Best place to rest while exploring Lisbon! - It’s such a beautiful place!!! So clean, you can find anything you might need. It’s located in the heart of one of the best neighborhoods in Lisboa. There are tons of restaurants and places to have a drink close to the room, and it’s 10 minutes walking to the nearest metro station. Maybe the noise of the pubs which are in the street, but I must say that the windows are really good and isolate almost totally the noise.

Ideal setting in the centre of Bairro Alto down one of the cobbled streets , very near tram 28. Can be very loud at night so take earplugs - but didn’t put us off A little noisy but we were made aware of this as it’s so central to the bars and restaurants

The bed was very comfortable and we liked how light the room was in the day with the doors open but then how dark it was at night when you shut the doors and shutters. The room is in good central location for Bairro Alto. We stayed Monday - Thursday and the noise was so fine, we did not struggle to sleep at all. Only minor complaint is that the room could have been better for amenities. For example we were left 1 coffee pod and the shower gel dispenser provided ran out during our short stay. One of the coffee cups was also dirty. Otherwise all great!

Very close to many restaurants and bars, easy place to stay, also close to metro stop (Barrio Alto/Chiado) The bars get very loud from 10pm-3am. If you close everything up, it’s not too bad at all. But if you like fresh air while sleeping, the noise is very disturbing.

Rooms are very comfortable and they have luggage lockers which was handy for the last day. It is very noisy because it is next to a bar but we expected this from previous reviews. I would recommend booking the top floor room if you can because you can hear people upstairs very clearly.

Really easy to get in and out of the building as its all on a key pad to get into the main building and the actual room itself. The room was perfect (especially with the AC!) for my partner and I, comfortable bed, lots of space, with good kitchen facilities. Bathroom was very clean and our room was cleaned each day of our visit! N/A

Black out blinds means you can get a good nights sleep. Option to leave luggage lo ker after checkout before we needed to go to the airport. Only negative was the fact that the shower gel/shampoo was just cheap hand soap. Small thing but makes a difference not having to go out and get one yourself especially when travelling with just a hand luggage.

Hosts were really easy to get in touch with and responded very quickly. The suites felt very safe and clean. Nothing! Just a note that there is no lift, but this was not a problem.

• Chelsea (9/5): Perfect location, lovely apartment and definitely worth the money! - The location was fantastic and the facilities were fit for purpose and great value for money. Our room was cleaned every day which was perfect and the staff were helpful. There are a few reviews stating that the street is noisy and that is true but it’s expected as the apartment is located near all the bars. I would say the only night I struggled to fall asleep due to noise was the Saturday night, but other than that I didn’t have any issues.

• Bob (10/5): My Bairro Alto Suite is really for the people who want to feel at home during a journey. It gives a warm and comfortable - This property was a real treat during my Portugal journey. Me, as a solo traveler, like to be at ‘home’ to do some work and cook my own meals. This apartment was the perfect fit. From the moment you step in, you’ll feel relaxed. The interior and atmosphere just works. Besides that you’ll get a clean and very functional kitchen ready to use, and a bathroom that gave me warm feelings. It might sound like I’m over exaggerating, but I just felt very happy in this apartment. Also, I loved the view from outside. I had no trouble with disturbing noises. And, the staff was wonderful friendly! Hard to come up with something at the moment.

I have knowledge in plumbing so i figured it was easier for me to do it than calling host, but the button to change the state of the shower (rain, knob, jacuzzi...) is not working properly and create a lot of discomfort. - Also, the neighboor and appartment are quite noisy... ofc it's not fault of the host, but i was expecting more calm. It's ok and it didn't really annoyed us too much as the party downstair are not exceeding 2h in the night.

Imagine music untill late at night... The mattress is old, you sink in a hole. I can't understand how the hell the owner / manager doesn't do anything about the mattress. Not really what I was expecting...

Also, ready or not but the “open” and transparent bathroom door will take your - Centrally located and good design In the middle of the night life are, very noisy. What was even worse is the bathroom door was open on the top, allowing zero privacy. The property wasn’t ready at check-in time

• Jerome (1/5): Could NOT check-in due to poor communication from hotel. - Not a thing. I was unable to check in. I arrived around 1:00pm to the property. I rang the bell and knocked for 10 minutes. No one answered. So, I called the hotel’s number on the bookings.com reservation. The number had been disconnected per the recorded message. Given this, I looked for another hotel. After, the hotel emailed me with a code to enter. I was NEVER told I’d receive an email with arrival instructions of how to enter. The hotel and I exchanged emails about getting a refund to no available. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied.
