Majitel Bamon je moc milý a ochotný pán, který zároveň v místě má i kavárnu, s vynikající kávou a snídaní a moc milým a velmi profesionálním personálem. Restaurace a obchody (7:/11) jsou hned vedle a pláž je taky za rohem. Za nás velká spokojenost za super peníze.

Le personnel est adorable et très arrangeant, de plus Bamon parle français et il est vraiment au top, encore merci à lui🙏🏼 Le logement est super bien placé à côté du 7/11 et à 2 minutes à pied de long beach qui nous offre un magnifique coucher de soleil tous les soirs. J’ai vraiment apprécié et j’y retournerais avec plaisir. L’excursion sur l’île de koh rok est un indispensable à faire Rien

• Andrea (10/5): Good value and comfortable accommodation - great host - We really enjoyed staying in this raised cabin, with a lovely chill out hammock area underneath and a balcony. Despite not having air conditioning, it was surprisingly cool thanks to the shade it got and the air flow. The owner is a lovely guy, we recommend having breakfast in the cafe, it is the best cafe we had in the island. Just be aware you have to walk to the beach, but it is only 5-10 mins walk

• Audrey (10/5): - Emplacement au top, location de scooter juste en face, plage à 5 min à pieds et un chouette restau “Gina” juste en face aussi (plusieurs autres a côté) . 7/11 et pharmacie à 30 mètres. Tout est à portée de main c’est top (petit dej possible sur place) . Les bungalows sont parfaits. Nous avons testé les deux (Clim et ventilateur) … nous avons prolongé d’une nuit au dernier moment, ça n’a posé aucun problème, la logistique est parfaite. Et pour les amoureux des animaux il y a évidemment les poules les coqs et les petits chats. Mention spéciale pour notre hôte qui a été tellement sympa (qui parle très bien français) et son équipe aux petits soins. Je recommande avec un 100/10
• José (10/5): Hands-down the best place to stay in Koh Lanta - After a lifetime of traveling, this is the first time I’ve felt the need to write a review. This place is a gem! The owner, Bamon, is incredibly welcoming, and the bungalow is everything you could want, big, cozy, and great value for money. The location is unbeatable, literally a two minute walk to the beach and walking distance to the best food spots on the island. No bike needed! I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Koh Lanta.

• Holly (8/5): Lovely bungalow perfect for a stay in Koh Lanta - Perfectly located near bars and restaurants in Koh lanta, only a short walk from the beach! The host greeted us with a lovely kind welcome, and the housekeeper was so kind and helpful whenever we needed something!! Beds were comfortable and the room was a perfect size for a 4 night stay. There were some ants in the bathroom, and it could be a little noisy on a night but nothing ear plugs can’t fix :)

• Carla Soheyla (8/5): Schöner Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage. - Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, und wurde bei Ankunft viele Tipps gegeben und über die Gegend berichtet. 7-Eleven unter 2 Minuten Laufweg entfernt, sehr praktisch. Die Hängematten unter dem Bungalow waren toll. Die Dusche war entweder relativ warm oder total kalt, leider kein richtiges in-between.

The room was hotter than the sun!!! full of mosquitos and ants. frogs and gecko outside the room. low price but definitely not worth the money. the bed is uncomfortable, and the room doesn't feel clean. the curtains never really cover all the window so it always felt like someone could have seen us from the outside. Do not take the rooms with the pan, if optional- air conditioner only. totally destroyed our trip to koh lanta.

• Culic (8/5): Nice traditional vibe surrounded by palm trees and shade. - The bungalow is situated in a good area and has a nice vibe. You are surrounded by palm trees, chickens and there are some nice cats that come to visit you (Elvis is the best!). You have a 7/11 near, at 2 minutes distance. The owner and his family are really nice and helpful. At the entrance there is a coffee shop with good sortiment. The bungalow is basic, but has the traditional look that we enjoyed so much. You have easily acces to the beach in near 3 minutes. At the entrance of the bungalow there could be installed a shower head for the sand on your feet.

I am noise sensitive and unfortunately the traffic from the main road and the road to the neighbouring resort and the roosters and chickens bothered me. I also missed some terrace furniture and/or a hammock.

Close to beach and everything else you need, restaurants, caffes, travel shops, atms, markets. Bed was firm and comfy, barhroom is big enough. The garden gives nature vibes. Also, had breakfast multiple times at the caffee shop there, the fruit bowls are crazy tasty and the coffee is very very good. The savory options are also tasty. The staff is very nice. Thank you, Bamon, for everything! It was a great experience!

• Irina (3/5): Poor - Maybe the price and the location. We had a room without AC, with a fan. But it was horrible hot. They did not turn the fan or open the windows before we came, so it was like a sauna in there. Bathroom water heater leeked. And the roosters! They are making noise all night long! You can not sleep there! The yard is a mess, not taken care of for a long time. The price was very low, but even like that, it is not worth it. It's good we only had to stay for one night.

The chickens and cat on the premises add a nice touch - it feels like a little jungle gem right next to the main road and only a short walk from a beautiful beach. We would warmly recommend this and will definitely be back. sadly, the Café was undergoing renovations and so wasnt open. We would have loved to try it but seeing the effort and love for detail everybody was putting into the renovation, I'm sure it will have been worth it.

Nice manager, clean spacious room with a fridge and a kettle. Very good value for money. The wooden house with big glass windows and a bit boho interior looks really cool. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place. I had read about the roosters and had laughed at that and took earplugs, but yeah, they were really loud and annoying, as they walk just under your windows and start their calls at 5 am. Also, when we were out, a cleaning person was taking our towels out to dry and later I could never guess which towel is mine, it was a bit annoying as there was no one to ask about clean towel in the evening. it wood be nice to have a chair and a table on the terrace, those in the room were big and heavy to carry outside.

Received a discount at yoga which was an amazing experience. Room was incredibly hot despite fan and windows open. Had to run water through for a while before using for washing as sometimes wasn’t fully clean.

• Emilse (9/5): Superb - The owner who also works at the Cafe and the housekeeping team were super kind. He was always present and available. The café is very good for the afternoon tea or coffee with an amazing homemade cake! The balcony in the room is super nice to have a coffee or tea before starting in the morning. The location is nice with a 7/11 very near, and a lot of places to eat, go to the beach, rent bikes or bicycles as I did, or even Dive. There were a lot of mosquitos the first night, even with the net, but it was fixed with a plug repellent that I bought at the 7/11 and it was ok. The bed is a little bit too hard, and if you’re a light early sleeper… it’s not really the most quiet place. You can hear the bikes entering the next accommodation (usually getting better at around midnight) and the chickens could wake you up early in the morning (which I didn’t mind as I like mornings).
• Merel (9/5): Superb - Fab lodge with a wonderful owner. The cafe wasn't open when we were there, but they should be later this month (12/23), supposedly that's just as good. Like many places in Thailand, roosters and calls to prayer will wake you early in the morning. Invest in some earplugs.
• Jonas (10/5): Great value for money - It was very beautifully decorated and spacious. After the coffee shop got demolished, they have started to build a new one ☝🏻 Due to the construction, we got a free upgrade to the Deluxe Bungalows to avoid the noise. This was very very nice. They had a very high quality mosquito net with an entrance. The location is great with various restaurants to choose from. The Host was so lovely and we liked it very much :) Nothing, everything was great!
• Kieran (6/5): Beautiful but not the most comfortable - Great location. Beautiful looking room with great views. Staff were helpful, letting us leave our bag and assisting finding a scooter. I think the photos/ expectation disappointed when we got there. The place was very beautiful with lots of potential but not well looked after. Rooms were a little run down, water went off various times during our 3 night stay, no aircon and the fan wasn’t the best so we were absolutely boiling and uncomfortable in the night. The look of the property, with the treehouse feel, has so much potential but I think needs more investment to be better.

Anytime we went to the toilet, our feet were wet. Maybe the only bad point. WiFi was low, if you have to work not ideal!

The hosts Bamon & Caroline provided a couple of little extras that I asked about but won't mention here as they might get overwhelmed with the same request but I was very grateful being a Brit. We stayed at a cheaper rate than normal due to the road issues. Resident cats are very sweet and came to visit once in a while. We found out very close to arriving that the coffee shop attached to the property had been demolished due to road widening! The whole area looked like a bomb site with cables everywhere and just mud and dust...not quite the idyllic island picture I had in mind. There are resident cockerels that wake up at 4am and crow incessantly and the nearest bungalows are literally steps from an incredibly busy and noisy road. Not good if you're a light sleeper so ask for bungalows furthest from the road.

The hut is quite big and offers a fridge, a separate bathroom, a balcony and a little "chillout" area underneath. Furthermore, the beds have mosquito nets which are necessary, haha. The location is super convenient, with less than a 3-minute walk to many restaurants, bars, a 7/11 that's open 24/7, and the beach. Everything was excellent, the balcony could've had two chairs/other sitting possibilities, but that doesn't change that we would come again.

• Asta (7/5): Good for the price - Very friendly and good English speaking owner, nice wooden floors, it's nice that the bungalow is on the poles, spacious room, nice balcony with quite green view, good shower stream and hot/cold regulator, OK beach nearby, rooms are in good distance from each other, good for 20 EUR/night. No chairs or hammocks to sit on the balcony, so we brought ones from inside. The yard around is messy and not as flourishing and green as you could expect. Very hard bed, no shampoo or shower gel. The place from the street looks like in the middle of demolition the proccess (we owner explained that the street is being widened so they destroyed his coffee shop, which is really sad, but also makes you fell that you are going inside some kind of demolished yard). When you pass it, it gets way nicer, because there's a garden, but no grass or small plants, just separated big plants, so in between you see dry gray soil. There's chicken and roosters everywhere and they are super loud, especially from around 4 in the morning. In the evenings until midnight or so, it gets quite noisy around. Bad ventilation in the bathroom. The area around the place on the main street is under construction (or at least it looks like that). I think, not the best area to stay in Lanta.
• Kate (8/5): Cool Bungalows - Really big and cool room with loads of space, a fridge and a mosquito net! Ideal location, loads of cool places to eat nearby and great beaches that you can get to on foot. Bamon was exceptional: he is only a phone call or text away, and made sure I had everything I needed. He couldn't meet me the day I checked in (very late) so he was there the next day to see if I was ok. Made me feel really welcome! The fan was not always enough and the room did get really hot. Quite a few ants on the walls in the bathroom but that can happen in a bungalow!

• Alex (7/5): great location! - the location can’t be beat!! it’s in the middle of everything we wanted to do, and it’s quiet at night so you can sleep. there are a few local cats that are super sweet and friendly too, which is always a bonus for me. the bed was comfortable and we were able to enjoy the balcony with coils and a few mosquito bites. everything in koh Lanta is under construction. including this property. the cafe and coffee shop were closed while we were there, and there wasn’t any yoga either (the instructor and owner was away). this was a bit disappointing and I wish we would have known before we booked.
