Si no tienes buena internet ( suiza) en tu teléfono, estás muerto.si reservas por booking es un incordio los códigos q te mandan, el de la reservación, q es distinto del q necesitas para hacer el checkin. Después tienes q abrir la puerta con otro código y luego imprimir las llaves de tu habitación con otro código. Solo para expertos en tecnología. Éramos tres profesionales y tardamos 40 minutos para hacer todo. Si vas en auto, olvídate, hay solo dos plazas para estacionar de 10 habitaciones. Te es q buscar lugar en la ciudad. No hay parking tradicional, es por horas , maximo 3.

• Amy (7/5): Nice hotel, great location! - Really good location- close to interlaken West station. Walkable into the centre. Lots of amenities nearby. It had a really hot powerful shower. Owner owns bar across the street and kindly gives you a free coffee voucher to use there. It was a nightmare to check in, the WiFi was super slow and the tablet thing to check in on wasn’t really working. The rooms are fine, but this is not a boutique hotel, especially for the price. It was basic, small and there weren’t many amenities in the room.

• Rikunj (3/5): Conveniently located near the train and bus station with friendly staff and spacious family rooms, but the rundown prope - the location was really convenient just a short walk from the train and bus station. The staff were lovely, very friendly and always helpful. The kitchen facilities were actually quite good, and the rooms were nice and spacious, which worked well for our family. We were really disappointed with this place. The whole property feels completely rundown and neglected. The lighting is terrible — each room basically has just one weak bulb, so you can hardly see anything. We ended up using our phone torches just to brush our teeth and shave in the morning. There’s no washbasin in the bathroom at all. You have to walk all the way back into the bedroom with dirty hands to wash them. Even the sink in the bedroom has no proper light, so you’re stuck using your phone torch again, which is awkward if someone else is still sleeping. The floors squeak so loudly with every step, it’s honestly annoying. The bedsheets and pillows looked old, worn out, and clearly hadn’t been ironed. We also noticed hairs left on the dining table, the washing sponge, and the oven gloves, it just didn’t feel clean. Some of the decorations inside looked like they could fall off at any moment, which seemed risky with kids around. The windows were full of cobwebs and dust. This place badly needs updating and a proper deep clean. For the money we paid, it really wasn’t worth it at all. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.
• sergio andres (7/5): Regular - La ubicación. Que tenía cocina y baño interno porque vi que habían otros q el baño estaba afuera La entrada era oscura y tenebrosa . Mis hijos se asustaron y no querían entrar. No había ningun personal que trabajara allí que nos ayudara con el tema del parking , tampoco del check in y las instrucciones no fueron muy claras . Entré al bar del hotel pensando que la entrada era allí y las personas fueron poco amables , contestaron de mala manera .

Een lekkere stoel of bank ontbreekt en de tafel is met 4 pers heel klein. Als je met kinderen bent heb je niet een lekker plekje in de avond als ze op bed liggen.

• MILENA (10/5): Lindo y acogedor - Nos gusto que tenia una cocina con todas las herramientas para hacer un desayuno completo, las habitaciones eran espaciosas lo único que nos hizo falta fue un mueble para poner las cosas, pero la habitación limpia, el baño limpio y muy bien ubicado, muy cerca a la estación de trenes.

• Wan Ning (8/5): Love the aesthetic but it could be more functional - Although it is not near to Interlaken station (main station), it is near to Interlaken West station which is also possible to branch out to travel to other places. So far the places I visited, I do not need to head back to Interlaken station in order to branch out. I think it would be good to highlight to other people (to be prepared) that there is no lift. So if you are being allocated to higher floor (there are 3 floors), you would need to carry your luggage up. Although i love the aesthetic, I preferred functionality. For example, I would like to have brighter light(instead of warm light) at night. Another example, there is limited hanging hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom which is strange. Because there is a notice stating to close the bathroom door to prevent steam from triggering the fire alarm but there is no place to hang clothing. It will be good if you place over the door hooks from main door to bathroom door instead as in the room, there are a few hooks already.

Estaca tudo muito limpo e organizado . Nas fotos do anúncio , tive a impressão do quarto ser maior , porém ainda assim tinha um ótimo tamanho para nossas necessidades e estadia de 3 noites. Recebemos instruções muito claras a respeito do check in , todavia , para alguém que possui mais dificuldade com o idioma e com tecnologia , pode sofrer com o formato do check in.

• Lauren (8/5): Good location - The design and decoration throughout was great. The room was small but had everything we needed (minus somewhere to hang towels inside the bathroom). It was so noisy. The bed squeaked and moved with every tiny movement and the first night sounded like the people upstairs were running around their room non-stop. It was so loud we couldn't sleep. We asked if there was an upgrade room as it was our honeymoon but did not get a reply.

Hat mir sogar ihre Brille geliehen! =D Die Lage. Die Sauberkeit. Die Ausstattung der Küche. Sogar Kaffeevollautomat! :) Keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Gibt für die Gäste 3 Parkplätze - bei 30+ Zimmern... Das Nachbarn im Zimmer nebenan die ganze Nacht geraucht und uns vollgestänkert haben. Kam über die Zimmertür vom Flur rein direkt rein. Leider kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort.

• Luis (10/5): Great place, two blocks away from downtown. - Right in downtown. Close to all the restaurants and the west train station. The owner was super nice and responsive. They have done a real nice job converting this old building into a hotel. Preserving its authentic vintage feel. Heat works really well. Nothing. It's an old house with creaky floors, but that's expected.
