- Nam (2/5): Unprofessional. - I booked a room and paid already but when I got to the hotel the reception told me that they had no room for me, the hotel is fully booked. Then. I had to find another room myself. Now, I want my money back.
- romain (4/5): En pleine centre ville situé à un grand car four - Hôtel dans un joli bâtiment malheureusement situé sur un carfour très bruyant.(vitrage simple) Le personnel ne parle quasiment pas anglais et vous n'aurez aucune information touristique ici..
- James (6/5): Heel mooi gebouw, met kleine gebreken - Wij zijn twee nachten gebleven in Trang An hotel, wat op een fijne locatie ligt. Het hotel ziet er prachtig in oud Franse stijl uit, alleen wordt er helaas niet het beste uitgehaald. Het voelt een beetje sfeerloos in het hotel. Personeel deed erg z’n best om een goed woordje Engels te spreken. Verder hebben ze ons wel leuk geholpen. De kamer ziet er op het eerste gezicht goed uit. Het heeft een lekker bed en goed werkende airco. Badkamer ziet er ook erg netjes uit. Alleen de kamer had maar 1 stopcontant die te gebruiken was en dat was in de badkamer. Vonden wij persoonlijk niet erg handig. Er hangt een tl-licht boven het bed wat de sfeer verpest en het is ook erg luidruchtig. We sliepen aan de kant van de weg en als je het Vietnamese verkeer een beetje kent, weet je dat er veel wordt getoetert. Wifi op de kamer werkt goed.
