The staff there were all nice and very helpful - shoutout to Musa! Thank you. Location isn't the best but the bus is just on the other side of the street and is nice and easy.
- James (9/5): - Staff are helpful, the yurt is beautifully decorated. There was a large hole in the side of the shower, where ants were coming through. I saw evidence of pest control but it seems like an easy fix to just fill the hole?
- Clara (10/5): 10/10 - one of my favourite hostels i’ve stayed at. has such a nice vibe to it and really social so easy to meet other travellers if you are solo. can also book tours through the hostel. the staff can’t do enough for you and are so helpful with anything you need with great english. beds are comfy and clean. close to supermarkets and some nice restaurants. will be staying here again on my return to bishkek. thankyou so much 🩷🩷 nothing!

Surtout, j’aimerais insister sur le dévouement et l’amabilité du personnel ! Il se rend toujours disponible pour répondre à vos questions ! Je recommande à 100 % ! Et je reviendrai !
- Nikki (10/5): A great place for travellers in Bishkek - Stayed for 2 nights in early April, highly recommend and would stay again. Other travels around so was more social. Room & beds were clean and comfortable. Good location and connected with public transport. There are restaurants and supermarkets close by. There are also cooking facilities and nice common/relaxing areas. The staff are super helpful and the hostel is well organised. They organise tours and you can also store your bags here. They helped me booked my overnight bus ticket to Tashkent (absolute saviour as otherwise I would have had to go to the bus station which is over an hour away 1 day early to secure my ticket - thank you!!!). We previously stayed at another hostel in Bishkek and this hostel (Tunduk) was SOOO much better.

Lots of information available and map available of the city which was great. Nice seating area outside. Smoking area available. Pool closed, open in the summer, not a problem at this time of the year. Great kitchen facilities and free tea/coffee which was a nice extra. Close to a Spar supermarket and excellent local food restaurant. It would have been nice to have a remote control for the aircon provided in the room as we found it quite warm. We didn't ask for one to be honest, I feel sure it would have been provided if we had done.

U are so nice 😘 My fault choose the yurt room because I always pee in the night and the toilet in the main house. The location far from the city, if u wanna a quite place and for long stay, its recomended.

- Jesse (10/5): Only place you need to stay in Bishkek - Fantastic place ! Amazing staff , super clean hostel , great place to meet other travellers. Here is your one stop shop , they organise plenty of tours and not to mention their location is prime in Bishkek. Stayed a total of 10 days (in between trips), great value for money and way better than two other popular hostels I stayed at in Bishkek. Large common spaces to socialise, yet the rooms are still quiet which is nice. Tour prices are very competitive with other hostels and tour agencies , they also organise permits and car rental.
- Muriel (9/5): A perfect hostel as we like them! - A very friendly hostel where we can find many informations to travel all around and also practical information ready for us. Very helpful, speaking perfectly French and English. The equipment is great, a very quiet place. Kitchen and places to relax are great. Bus stop 2' walking for 212 (Osh market) and 48 which both take us down town too. Supermarkets and local food nearby. Double room or singular room just perfect! We really enjoy staying there and coming back too! It is not in the centre of Bishkek but with buses and yandex go (=uber) it is perfectly fine to get central bus station to Almaty or Balikchi (30' without traffic) or other places.

- Andrey (5/5): Не для всех - Это успешный, стабильный и хорошо организованный бизнес в основном на молодых европейских бездельниках по вполне приемлемым для них ценам. Такое уже есть в Бишкеке для велосипедистов, например. Объективная оценка объекта 9 из 10. Субъективно я ставлю не выше 5, потому что для индивидуального выбора субъективная и подробная оценка важна. Рейтинг это особо не уронит, но польза кажется очевидной. Из несомненных плюсов здесь интересное рекреационное пространство в т.ч. во дворе. Если кому-то нужно бесплатно попрактиковаться в английском или немецком, - welcom, но для работы или постоянного проживания это место не подходит из-за специфического вечернего расслабона постояльцев и элементарного несоблюдения режима тишины ночью. Хождения по номеру с фонарями и светом в глаза, шуршание пакетиков, рюкзаков и разнообразных молний в 23:00 только начинаются и вряд ли заканчиваются к 2:30. Разумеется, это не относится ко внезапно прибывшим, - речь исключительно об уже проживающих добрых людях. К плюсам можно добавить также регулярную уборку и оперативное устранение проблем с электричеством или сантехникой. 1). О том, что безналичная оплата дороже на 3% приходится узнавать исключительно на reception. Такова «политика хостела». Информация о такой политике на Booking отсутствует. Это не критично само по себе, но оставляет неприятное ощущение мелкого жульничества и демонстрирует реальное отношение к гостям. Не знаю, издержки ли это «первоначального накопления капитала» или просто особенности менталитета, но, честно говоря, даже разбираться не хочется. 2). О том, что я забронировал место в общем номере, который находится на третьем этаже не сообщалось нигде. Не сообщалось также, что туалет находится на втором этаже, а душ на первом. Планировка не настолько стандартна, что о ней следует умалчивать при бронировании. 3). Кровати (все кровати в номере) раздолбаны и убиты, даже при аккуратной эксплуатации они издают целую гамму немузыкальных скрипов. Матрацы жёсткие и неудобные. Отсутствие локального освещения выглядит странно и никакой концепцией интерьера не объясняется. 4). Сразу за воротами начинаются дорожные колдобины и ямы. Чтобы выйти на относительно ровный тротуар требуются длительные усилия и внимательность, которых трудно достичь после 18:00 из-за освещённости переулка. 5). Так получилось, что я часто бываю в Европе и хорошо знаю ту болтовню, которой страдает целевая группа данного хостела. Приходится констатировать, что я к этой группе не принадлежу. Моя задача после дороги - отдохнуть и выспаться. Совокупность вышеприведённых факторов, к сожалению, не позволила этого сделать. Поэтому я не стал продлять своё пребывание и поменял хостел (та же локация, но дешевле, удобнее, тише и без колдобин на выходе).

- Nadine (8/5): Guter Preis, dafür etwas außerhalb gelegen! - Dieses Zweibettzimmer ist ruhig gelegen und man teilt sich das Bad mit nur einem weiteren Zimmer. Ich wurde etwas kühl und lustlos von einem jungen Mitarbeitenden empfangen.
