- Kyoko (8/5): フロントの女性の対応は最高で、その他は普通。 - 宿泊翌朝フロントにいらした女性の方が、とても親切に色々対応してくださり嬉しかったです！ありがとうございました。 エアコンがバタバタ音がして気になった。 駅前、とうたっているけど、駅からけっこう歩いたので、駅前というのがちょっと騙された感があった。 フロントに電話したかったのですがでんわは無かった。

- Tomoko (6/5): どぶ臭い臭い - 2階に２泊した。問題点は唯一、風呂場が臭かったこと。そとから帰って扉を開けると、なんとなくどぶ臭い臭いが。２泊とも同じ。これはいただけなかった。臭いの元は排水溝か？

Hotel vicino alla stazione e comodo per i nostri spostamenti. Camera non molto grande ma con tutti gli accessori, bagno e pulizia. Silenzioso.

- MIHO (8/5): - 部屋は狭かったですが、とても清潔でした ユニットバスの排水も問題ありませんでした 部屋に電子レンジがあったのは驚きました 加湿機能付き空気清浄機もありました 不足だと思った点は •綿棒があって欲しかった •お茶やコーヒーなど飲み物のサービスがない •湯沸かしポットはあるものの、カップやスプーンがない ( 頼めばあったのかもしれませんが ) 仕方なく洗面所にあった歯磨き用のカップで歯ブラシのえでかき回しました 少し駅から歩きますが大通りに面しているので 夜でも怖い思いはしませんでした

- Carlsson (10/5): 3 day trip to Kanazawa - For the price we got a very nice hotel room with plenty of amenities. It was small but clean and the staff were friendly, it was a bit hard to communicate because of the language barrier but that is to be expected. The location was also really great, 15 minute walk from Kanazawa station so overall great place! The room was very small, just a bed, desk and a small bathroom, but it was very clean.

- Verified traveler (4/5): シャワーカーテンにカビ - 一番気になったのはシャワーカーテンのカビです。トイレ側からでは気づかなかったのですが、浴槽側にかなり広範囲に黒カビが発生していました。交換するレベルだと思います。 あと空気清浄機もホコリだらけだったので利用をやめました。 系列ホテルはこれまでも利用したことがありましたが、ここは次は使いたくないです。

I would prefer a walk-in shower as I am short and have problems with my knees so getting into the deep bathtub was a problem.

- Sascha (1/5): Traveler GO AWAY FROM THIS PLACE - NOTHING. Many things didn't go well... first of all the writing EKIMAE (in front of hotel in japanese lenguage) is misleading for the tourist/traveler as it is NOT in front of the station but a 12 minute walk away. but it's not the most serious thing. NOWHERE WHEN SOMEONE DO THE BOOKING IS IT WRITTEN THAT YOU CANNOT LEAVE YOUR LUGGAGE AND THAT the reception is closed from 10.00pm to 1.00pm. the traveler who arrives on average in the morning to VISIT Kanazawa is forced to find a surprise... having to return to the station and leave his luggage in the lockers AND PAY FOR IT. plus on Saturday and Sunday the room costs 6 times as much as a normal day and in all this you don't have reception or service. there is no breakfast, you have no coffee, you have no water upon arrival. you have to pay for everything. if you write HOTEL I expect a HOTEL. instead they are rooms (tiny... but I'll get to that shortly) with poor service. the fact that you cannot leave your luggage in this place and that there is no reception open 24 hours a day is unacceptable. Travelers stay away from this property. we get to the room... 2 of us booked a room with a double bed, the bed was 1 and a half square and I could barely fit in it alone, and I have a normal body structure and height. after several attempts the staff gave me another room with 2 beds, slightly larger than the previous one. the fact that these inefficiencies are not reported is absurd for a structure at those prices in a very touristy place like Kanazawa. upon arrival the corridor was in a pitiful condition, dirty, like the lift and the lobby. carts outside the doors and towels everywhere. to access the room (taken in the afternoon) you had to slalom. I was disappointed and disconcerted by this "hotel" which has no very important information for travellers. I've never given bad reviews in Japan, it's the first time. we will never return to this "NON HOTEL" chain.

- Alina (7/5): Good - Cheapest option close-ish to Kanazawa station on short notice Polite front desk staff (like everywhere in Japan) This hotel does not meet the japanese definition of ekimae ("in front of the station") - it is more like a 10-minute walk away. The requirement to check-in before 10pm is also inconvenient for a business hotel.
