- Kimberly (10/5): Great Value - The value for the price was excellent. We were visiting from the DFW area, and a comparable room would have cost about twice as much there. The room was spotless, bright, and not outdated, and the toiletries in the room were generous and included lotion, bar soaps, shampoo, mouthwash, and toothbrushes. Even though I accidentally booked a smoking room (100% my fault), the smoke smell was very faint and did not bother me. The front desk guy was awesome too. I usually avoid motels with the doors facing the outside for safety reasons, but I didn't feel unsafe, see anyone loitering, or hear excessive noise from other guests. The exterior was also clean. I see how some reviews didn't like how the breakfast was coffee, juice, granola bars, and individually-wrapped muffins, but I felt that it was on par with the price I paid for the room. We are in Houston for sporting events pretty often, and we will not hesitate to stay here again. The bed was a little firm, and I had to use the clip on a pen to make the drapes stay closed all the way. Neither of these things put a damper on our stay. There is also only one way in/out, and it was off of a one-way highway. I imagine it would be a hassle to double back if you missed the way in/out. Like another review mentioned, though, it probably helps make it a bit safer. Highway noise doesn't bother me personally, but this is not the hotel to stay at if if bothers you.

- Kyra (9/5): Clean and budget friendly. - This place is a great value! It was clean and the staff were friendly. My bed was spacious and comfortable, and the room has a mini fridge and microwave. I encountered Milan the most, he is very kind and we had some nice conversations! I come to Houston at least once a year and I’ll definitely be back. It’s close to the cousin I visit in town. My only complaint is the water temperature. It wasn’t as hot as I would have liked. My shower wasn’t unpleasant by any means but I would have liked hotter water

- Gregory (10/5): Excellent value, friendly staff. - Extremely clean. Both the rooms and parking lot were spotless and well maintained. The staff were exceptional and friendly. This might be the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The breakfast is just packaged muffins and nutrition bars, supplemented with fruit. The coffee, however, was good and plentiful.

I will definitely choose to stay here again if I visit in the future. Super close to nearby shopping centers and restaurants. LOVED this hotel

I did not observed anybody hanging out in corridors which is good. I saw many 2 stars hotels but this one on the top. 3 stars standards. Stayed almost 2 weeks. Very suitable for a solo traveler for business.

- Erik (10/5): Exceptional - I basically just tried to book a cheap motel, but even though the price is low this hotel is NOTHING like the crappy Motel 6 or Super 8s you find around the country. Large room, very clean, friendly staff etc. This is of course not the Ritz Carlton, but in the "cheap motel" category, this is a 10/10.
