• Martin (4/5): Grossly overpriced mediocre facility - The service was awful. The TV did not work for 3 days and no serious effort was made to fix it. The rooms were not worth the price. The air conditioner was sent so it could not cool well. It was the worst experience we have had with a hotels.com reservation.
• Verified traveler (6/5): 2019年は要注意です - 旧市街にあり、立地は最高に良かったです。人気の老舗ホテルと言うことで、期待大でしたが、現在旧市街の工事が行われているそうで、水が殆ど出ませんでした。旧市街の他の宿泊場所も同様のようでした。給水車が来ますが、水が出るのは限定的でシャワーやトイレ…困りました。男旅で２泊のみで他のホテルへ移動予定でしたので、そこまで苦労はしませんでしたが、全く知らなかったので驚きました。まぁ、これも良い経験ですね。工事で上下水が整えば、良いホテルだと思います。

You get what you pay for though when it comes to accessing the suite, (the gentleman who sat at the little table and received guests was horribly rude), and cleanliness, (the carpets were downright dirty). Communication was good though otherwise and they did come and vacuum the carpets as soon as I let them know it hadn’t been done.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Easy communication & check in - Condo was perfect for our needs. Would expect with a $120. a night cleaning fee that the cigarette butts would be cleaned from the balcony - with the # that littered the ground it had been more than a few stays without cleaning - I'm a smoker & it was gross. Put something outside for people to use or pick them up once in a while. Again for a high $120. night cleaning fee expect more. thanks!
• Alex (8/5): Above average, still expensive - Hotels in the area were extremely expensive so I decided to stay here for the night while on business. the check in was smooth and easy to find, the amenities are good and the apartment is comfortable. from the pictures on the website, I was slightly underwhelmed but overall cannot complain.
• Judithe (4/5): No way this is “ breathtaking”. It’s just not! - The place is certainly not a five star condo. The only good part was it’s right down in front of the CN Tower. We could walk to lots of places, the tower, Ripleys aquarium, wahlburgers and Gretzkys burger place, or to fantastic Italian restaurants. But the three bedroom breathtaking condo, not so great. Beds are horrible, lumpy pillows, stains on the couch, cleaners were still there when we arrived. Not vacuumed, show curtain is moody, carpets are filthy. They are stained with big pulls in them. Patio was too dirty to use. I mean 5 star dirty! Then on our checkout, the cleaners show up early. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here before it was properly cleaned and carpets replaced. And to call it breathtaking was just too much! They lied! It sure wasn’t the view, we were on 2 nd floor and the view was the back of tall buildings. The price was great and it did have laundry in the apt. But a good cleaning and new carpets are really needed to bring this up to being breathtaking, snort!
• Vanessa (6/5): Disappointing stay... - Our stay started with a strong message 3x that if we had a party or were loud we were going to face fines... I understand that others may have caused problems, no need to read the riot act over and over... the room was not the cleanest; garbage items left from passed guests, cigarette buts left all over outdoor patio...and when I went to finally go to bed, the master bedroom bed is broken and I did not sleep as I was slanted the entire night... for the high price I paid, it didn't warrant sleeping on a broken bed! Overall a disappointing experience, I will not book a condo on hotels.com again, I will only book hotels from now on...however the only great feature is the location for what we wanted to do was fantastic...
• Tuan (10/5): A pleasant surprise with this unit. - Fast and easy check-in process. Spacious rooms. There were few minor issues on the wall and may need a better cleaning crew. Nice to have a full kitchen. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by this unit and the decoration. I would highly recommend this to everyone.
