- francisco (2/5): En una cuadra se está mejor - No se puede describir en este recuadro. Todo absolutamente todo negativo. Habría que cerrar esta sahurda. Sí Sanidad se pasase por ahí cerraba hasta la página web. Lo único positivo es la amabilidad del dueño.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Okay für den Preis - Das Personal hat sich Mühe gegeben (immer Tee angeboten und gefragt, ob etwas benötigt wird) und war gastfreundlich. Für den Preis kann man keinen Luxus erwarten, daher war es für mich ok. Allerdings hatten wir viel Schimmel im Zimmer und Bad. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt (5 Nächte) ausreichend, aber nicht mehr. Der Innenhof allerdings ist sehr schön, das Frühstück gut (einfach und lokal) und die Lage top, da sehr nah zur Medina. Für Personen ohne viele Ansprüche also okay.
- Melissa (4/5): Gute Lage, trotzdem nie wieder! - Das Riad liegt mitten in der Medina. Der Manager gibt sich zwar Mühe wollte dennoch nur Geld verdienen. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach gestaltet, aber okay. Die Bäder haben meistens gar keine richtige Dusche und sind sehr stark mit Schimmel besetzt. Durch die hohe Feuchtigkeit stank das Zimmer nach Katzenurin. Obwohl das Frühstück laut unserer Buchung inklusive war, wollte der Manager noch Geld haben. Das Frühstück war nur sehr wenig. Das Hotel ist auf keinen Fall empfehlenswert!!!
- Hans (6/5): Riad, vlakbij medina - Prima locatie vlakbij Medina. Wel schimmel in badkamer. Personeel wil je met alles helpen, tot irritante aan toe. Fijn dakterras. Ontbijt is voldoende. Er wordt veel hasj gebruikt en aangeboden, dat vonden we niet fijn.

- Justin (8/5): Dar El Mask - I arrived at this hotel late at night and it was nearly impossible to find the place (not the hotel's fault obviously). The surrounding area is a maze of streets that is challenging to navigate. However, once inside, the rooms are beautiful; and the entire interior of the hotel is well-styled, architecturally. The guys working in the hotel (can't recall their names) were quite nice and helped set us up with a private car tour down to Merzouga. [Sidenote on their tour: The price is not likely a bargain since you're paying for convenience; I think we paid about 130 Euros (~160USD) for a 1 night stay but this included the private car transport for 7 hours with a couple stops (saw monkeys), then a half hour 4x4 vehicle and the camel rides as well as food/accommodations at the Bedouin village.] Cons: 1. It was challenging to get anyone to answer the door right away as the receptionist was asleep. 2. No keys to the room were given to us, so possible that it's hard to have security here, I imagine.
- Littlemoh (2/5): Horrible - How on earth this place is rated 3 * We arrived in the middle in the afternoon, we were not expected at all, there was no reception office and one of the staff was sleeping nearly in the middle of the hall. We were then shown to our room, it was smelly, with a very small window, a whole in the wall basically. The bed was sprayed with a very strong deodorant probably to cover the bad odeur, the smell stayed with me for a couple of days, I had to wash them to get rid of it. The state of the bathroom was horrible, dump on everywhere. I booked for 5 nights, I left to another place on the next day. I WILL DEFINITELY ASK FOR A REFUND
- aybü (2/5): Ekelhaft! - Ich habe in keinster Weise Luxus erwartet, aber auch keine Absteige! Die Zimmer haben gestunken, waren nicht sauber, löchrige Handtücher, kein Mülleimer, weder im Zimmer noch im Badezimmer. Bettlaken/bezüge waren dreckig und hatten einen unangenehmen Geruch, der mit Parfüm überdeckt wurde. Badezimmer roch nach Kloake, keine Seife, Wasser nicht regulierbar, Dusche dreckig. Das Frühstück bestand aus Brot, Butter, Honig und Marmelade. Am letzten Tag wurden wir mit 4 anderen Gästen in ein anderes Haus umquartiert, der Grund dafür waren angeblich Bauarbeiten im Riad. Die anderen Gäste jedoch durften bleiben. Dieses neue Haus wirkte wir eine Wohnung, nicht wie ein Hotel und war noch schlimmer als das erste. Die beiden verantwortlichen des Riads waren auch nicht ernstzunehmen, da sie ständig high waren!!! Allgemein ist dir Lage der beiden Riads weder sicher noch hygienisch gewese. Der Standort der Häuser war ebenfalls von Müll und Kloakengeruch umgeben. Desweiteren würde ich es nicht empfehlen, weil man durch sehr dunkle Gassen und Straßen muss. Überall warten Einheimische nur darauf, einem den Weg zu schildern, aber dafür erwarten sie im Gegenzug bis zu 200dh. NIE WIEDER! Fes ist meiner Meinung nach kein geeigneter Urlaubsort! Diese Reise hat mein Leben in keinster Weise bereichert. Marokko ist ein schönes Land, aber bevorzugt lieber Marrakesch!!!
- david (10/5): Schöner antiker arabischer styl aufwendige Mosaik - Sehr sehr gastfreundliche Mitarbeiter kümmern sich rund um ,um alles(Transfer, City Guid,Sonderwünsche esSen trinken tee Kaffee und das durchgehend ). Die Bäder brauchen dringend eine Sanierung stark Schimmel ,ansonsten wäre das dem preis entsprechend super
- Sherrise (6/5): For the price - Dar El Mask was okay. Literally you can only stay there for 2 to 3 days.. then after that you should make plans else where. I left earlier than I intended. I paid for an extra week but I couldn’t stay there. I book another hotel in the city to finish out my traveling days..
