- Verified traveler (10/5): - The apartment is a little tricky to find, only because we do not speak Spanish and the entrance is not on the street, but down a very short kind of alley. The kitchen had typical appliances, plus electric kettle for hot water. It does not supply instant coffee or creamer. There is a washing machine and detergent, no dryer. But, a large drying rack is in closet. Beds slept great. The hot water runs out fast in bathroom. The apt is in a wonderful location for walking, shopping, and eating. It is secure behind 2 locked metal gates and your individual door. A great set up.

- Alireza (10/5): - Sparkling clean room. The property management sent mus the instruction how to check in as we arrived by midnight and there's no on-site concierge/reception desk. The accommodation is equipped with an elevator. It is located right at the heart of the downtown and walking distance from several historical sites and many coffee shops and restaurants/bars. Although our room faced street, but we barely heard anything and had a nice sleep! The apartment has basic cooking tools and amenities.

- Jennifer (10/5): Fantastic location, really nice apartment! - We stayed as a family of 4 (all adults) in a 2-bedroom apartment at Mon Suites San Martin and it was perfect! The location is great, right by Plaza de la Reina - easily walkable to all attractions in the Old Town. The building is very secure (outer locked gate, inner locked main door) and really convenient to everything - and the apartment itself is very clean/well-sized. The reception staff at the Mon Suites Catedral (just a few mins walk from Mon Suites San Martin) is also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again during a future visit to Valencia - highly recommend!

But when we did get there they were still open and very helpful!! The apartment was excellent, location also, we really enjoyed and definitely will come back!

The bathroom aerator was noisy and started up as soon as we turned on the light so it was impossible to disactive it.

Ich sollte ein wenig mehr erwarten dürfen wenn ich nicht weiss, wo ganz konkret ich hin muss.

Communication was very effective at all times and, although there is no reception on site, the office/reception is just a few minutes walk and contact phone numbers are provided too. - Verified traveler (10/5): - We stayed in the 3 bed penthouse for 4 nights and it was excellent although you need to prefer a very firm mattress to be comfortable here. Right in front of the Cathedral in the old town and within walking distance of many of Valencia’s famous sights. The tourist bus starts across the road in Placa de la Reina, there’s a taxi rank and car park there too and there are dozens of restaurants and bars close by. The Bioparc and Aquarium are well worth a visit but the weather was bad so no trips to the beaches for us this time (October 2018). Avoid public events as the roads are closed and transport becomes difficult and many of the shops are closed on sundays. Expedia say there is nothing to pay for the apartment before arrival, however this isn’t the case as I received a telephone call from Valenciaflats 2 days before arrival requesting full payment. English is spoken by just about everyone so there is no issue with the language or translation.
- Alex (8/5): Decent - The smoke alarm needed a new battery, so it kept beeping. We unhooked it. The vestibule to the outside near the front door to the apartment had not been cleaned in some time, so it was quite smelly. Please supply a broom.

- Tsz Kin (8/5): The big house in central location - The house is well keep, big, nice decoration with full set kitchen and two big rooms, you can also go out to the small balcony to have a drink(of course stand but not sit) as well, location is also good. The only concern is that the reception place is not in the hotel but you have to make a 10 mins walk. So you have to check the reception place before arrive.

Avevamo bisogno di un alloggio per sei ed ho trovato questo meraviglioso attico; Valencia Flats fa parte di una catena che ha appartamenti in varie parti di Valencia, che fanno capo come reception a Valenciaflats Catedràl. Sono presenti dalle 9 di mattina alle 9 di sera, ti tengono le valigie e ti fanno il check in quando vuoi; l'appartamento In San Martìn che ho prenotato io è su due piani, al piano terra un enorme salone con cucina modernissima , bagno di servizio adiacente, camera matrimoniale con bagno proprio; al piano di sopra camera matrimoniale con bagno proprio e camera padronale (un mega salone in pratica) con bagno proprio e affacciata su una terrazza attrezzata con poltrone, tavolo e doccia esterna. Tende oscuranti elettriche, cassetti della cucina MOTORIZZATI, affaccio su Plaza de la Reina, tre camere e QUATTRO BAGNI a disposizione, finiture nuovissime (probabilmente gli appartamenti sono appena stati ristrutturati. Ragazzi, che altro dire, abbiamo viaggiato come famiglia in varie parti d'Europa ma un posto così non l'abbiamo mai trovato, decisamente SPETTACOLARE!!
- R A R (10/5): Superb apartment in Valencia old town. - Valenciaflats San Martin are beautifully renovated apartments within an old building in the centre of Valencia old town, just off the vibrant Plaza de la Reina, where there are many shops, cafes and restaurants. Although the area is busy until late at night, the very efficient windows completely cancel out the street noise. Our apartment was spacious and tastefully furnished and equipped, with great Wifi and two large television screens. The modern bathroom was both elegant and functional, with a good shower and unlimited hot water. Valenciaflats management were friendly and efficient, easily contactable by phone and waiting to let us in to our apartment when we arrived. All in all a most enjoyable experience - would definitely recommend (and return).
- Anna (8/5): Soggiorno a Valencia - Situato nel centro della città, appartamento davvero confortevole, unica pecca, molto scomoda inizialmente, il numero della reception non attivo, che risultava inesistente, ho dovuto chiamare expedia per contattare la struttura per il check-in!. Per il resto ottimo appartamento.
- Hans (10/5): Top lokatie - Prachtige lokatie midden in het centrum. Alle restaurants, barren en winkels op loopafstand. Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en ziet er super uit. Complex heeft geen receptie, inchecken dient elders te gebeuren. Communicatie hieromtrent kan beter, kan hierover alleen bellen, email zou beter zijn. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en service gericht.

The rooms are well equipped even having washing facilities...very handy after being in the road for a while. The appartment is centrally located tourist buses operating from outside. Very handy to bars cafes and supermarkets. Almost brand new and cery clean great value for money.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Ruim en schoon appartement midden in het centrum. - Alle voorzieningen zijn in zeer goede staat. Het enige minpuntje is dat er iets meer keukengerei mag komen. Maar als je zelf niet kookt zal je daar geen last van hebben. Het appartement is ook heel goed geïsoleerd. Dus geen last gehad van verkeersgeluid. We zijn hier 4 nachten geweest en dat was voor ons om de stad te ontdekken voldoende.
