- Nicholson (10/5): 便利なロケーション - ２泊で利用。シェムリアップ市街の空港バスステーションから徒歩2、3分、パブストリートにも徒歩5分程度と、とても便利なロケーションでした。 スタッフの対応も良く、部屋は清潔。 昼前に到着しましたが、お部屋が空いていたのでチェックインさせて頂けました。大変ありがたかったです。 またアンコールワットに来る機会があれば利用したいホテルです。
- Gardner (10/5): Wonderfully charming hotel with excellent staff - The hotel is fantastic, with friendly and helpful staff. The room is spacious, and the pool is excellent. There are many places to eat and drink nearby, including Pub Street. It’s also a great place to relax in your room, balcony, or by the pool. I’d definitely stay there again!

The room is spacious and the pool is excellent. It’s a short walk to many places to eat and drink including Pub Street. It’s also a great place to relax in your room balcony or by the pool. I’d definitely stay there again!
- Lorine (10/5): Amazing staff and location - The facilities were excellent and the staff incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to help. The spacious and quiet room boasted a comfortable King-sized bed and amazing pillows. Walking distance to the main riverfront area, it was very safe and I would definitely recommend staying again.
- Bilal (3/5): Frustrating, Disappointing and Disgusting - The location of this hotel is good, the staff are amazing and attentive, overall I just had a very bad experience To start, visually the hotel does not represent what a 5 star hotel is meant to be, it was dull, the photos had plants and a good looking atmosphere whereas it was not the same on arrival. This is a minor problem however There are many problems with this place, at first I constantly had issues with my keycard, I would go to my room, scan the card and it would show red, I would go to reception for them to fix it and when they had claimed they did so, I went back to my room to try it again and had the same issue. This happened 2 out of 3 days I stayed, my room was on the 6th floor so going up and back was a pain. The WiFi in the room also didn’t work, I had to use WiFi from the room next to me that would also cut off, extremely frustrating. The TV in the room was utterly useless, not a smart TV and had no channels or anything, asked the hotel to fix it and they claimed they did but it was the same when I got back. Too frustrated to ask again to fix. Now staying on topic of the room, the shower took up to 10 minutes for the water to heat up, the room had stained floors with dead bugs all over the floor next to the door and the bed itself was uncomfortable. On to the most disgusting part of the stay.. the breakfast. The one thing I wanted to be good but was debatably the worst breakfast I’ve ever seen. They had noodles and eggs, the only two things that I could eat but the rest of the buffet was atrocious. They had dry leftover food in the containers, with no bother to change it for the guests. The salad section had hundreds of fruit flies all over the food, the bread had flies, the jams, sauces anything you can see on that side was covered in flies but what frustrated me the most was the drink side, tell me why the staff didn’t bother filling the water tank, the water had a taste to it, the container wasn’t cleaned properly and it looked like and tasted the same for 2 days suggesting they hadn’t even changed it, the only other drink option was soybean juice?

- d (1/5): This is a poor quality three star hotel - Staff tried their best to amend the shortcomings of the hotel . This was advertised as a five star hotel, but it’s a three star hotel . When I pointed that out to the person at the reception , the response was that “we go by the feedback from the guests”. That’s clearly not the way to star rate a hotel and a flimsy excuse to cover up for fraudulent advertising . The breakfast was abysmally poor. There was not much choice and no fruit juices in the breakfast buffet the first day. They have added some pumpkin juice when I pointed that out. There was no ward robe in the room!!! . So much for a five star hotel . Clothes had to be kept in our suitcases . The bathroom was of really poor built and there was risk of falls because of its layout . The pool was not maintained. When I pointed that out, the response was that it was because of the rain in previous few days . I have had really good experiences with all other star class hotels in Cambodia. Generally the hotel quality is good there and one can book a nice real five star hotel for a decent price , so my advice is to stay away from this. I have attached my message to them after the first night , which I am yet to receive a response .
