• DanWilde (10/5): 快適で広々としたマカティのアパートメント - アパートメントはとても清潔で快適でした。キッチン付き、リビングとベッドルームにはそれぞれエアコンが完備されており、スマートTVも使いやすかったです。最上階に滞在しましたが、騒音はほとんど気になりませんでした。バルコニーからは街の景色が広がり、眺めも素晴らしかったです。スタッフの対応はプロフェッショナルで親切でした。建物の1階にはレストランやインターナショナルスーパーもあり、とても便利でした。マカティを訪れる際には、ホテルの客室と比べても広々としていて、とても良い滞在先だと思います。
• Marta (1/5): Cockroaches paradise - The view from the balcony was nice, but you can enjoy that same view from many other places in Manila—without the cockroaches. I understand that occasional cockroaches can appear in hot countries, but this was a severe infestation. There were numerous cockroaches under the sink when opening the cupboards, and many in the bathroom—walking freely on the sink, toilet bowl, and even in the corridor leading to the flat. Needless to say, I didn’t sleep well. We would have moved immediately if it hadn’t been so late in the evening and our flight wasn’t the following day; we simply decided to endure it. This is completely unacceptable, regardless of the low price. Please take immediate action to resolve this, as the situation is unhygienic and intolerable. The flat was generally clean, but I’m fairly certain the bedding wasn’t fresh. It didn’t smell clean, and there was a black stain that looked as though shoes or a suitcase had been placed on top by previous guests.

• Richard (10/5): Chill, Stylish Stay in the Heart of Makati - We booked All at Jazz Makati for a quick city break and were honestly surprised at how nice it was. The apartment feels modern and thoughtfully set up, not your average basic hotel vibe. The bed was a proper queen with a real mattress – finally! No saggy foam here. It’s got AC in both the bedroom and living area, and both were whisper-quiet (we’re light sleepers, so that mattered). Plus, being up on a high floor, there was zero city noise — just awesome views and peace. The location was super convenient. We had coffee across the road at Starbucks, and the mall downstairs made eating out effortless. It was also a quick walk to all the fun spots in Makati, but far enough to come back and actually relax. Would definitely stay again — it’s a great little escape in the city. It was spot on nothing to dislike
• James_hunt (10/5): Fantastic Stay at All at Jazz Makati – Highly Recommend! - I had a great stay at All at Jazz Makati Apartments. The place was clean, cozy, and comfortable. One of the best parts? The European queen-size bed – way better than the usual foam mattresses you get in most places around here. I slept like a baby! There are two aircon units, one in the bedroom and one in the lounge, and both are quiet – no annoying buzzing or noise. Plus, being on a high floor, there was hardly any traffic noise or sound from other guests. Really peaceful. The view was amazing, and the location is super convenient. There's a Starbucks right across the street, and tons of food options in the mall downstairs. It’s just a short walk to the bars and restaurants in the entertainment district, too. All in all, a really comfy, hassle-free stay. I’ll definitely be back! N/A

• Alan (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment itself was nice enough, the bed was comfortable. There's a small mall downstairs with a supermarket and a 7/11 around the corner. Miss Sarah who was our contact for the apartment was pleasant and responsive. After paying for a non refundable stay, receiving a long list of rules of stay, one of which basically states they have have the right to enter the apartment for ANY REASON! Also that they have the right to terminate our stay for any reason. In the extensive list it stated reception would need a COPY of our passports but upon arrival we were told we would have to surrender our passports for the duration of stay, even though they took our photos aswell. Passing immigration into the country is easier than checking into the building. We were given a guest pass which was meant to be used as ID but weren't asked to show it once during our 3 night stay. If this is a condition of stay it should be clearly mentioned before payment, especially when it's non refundable. Apartment has cockroaches as does the hallway as the apartment is on the 45th floor obviously the entire building has an infestation. The apartment was nice enough but the hassle of checking in isn't worth it, had I known the conditions of stay I wouldn't have booked. I've travelled around the Philippines for over 5 years, staying in a whole range of accommodations from 5 star resorts to budget hotels and even long term rentals and not once had to do more than show my passport upon arrival. Hiding this information until NON REFUNDABLE payment is taken is in my opinion an unacceptable way to do business.
• Pacio (8/5): Comfortable stay perfect for 2 people. Sarah, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Clean!!! - Clean unit, friendly staff, secure and good location Non air-conditioned elevator.
• Tian (7/5): Good - Great location. Very big apartment room. Have almost all the amenities in the kitchen. With some necessory retrofit the room will be a superior place to rent, especially for long term stay. The air conditioner did not work so well, we relied on the fan for cooling, and it (the air conditioner) makes loud noises. The exhaust fan in the restroom did not work either. The washing machine, well, after we complained the landlord fixed it. After our booking we got a long email telling us all those rules, we would prefer that we knew those things before we make the decision for booking, which is not allowed to be cancelled. Also, we do not like the tone in the email mentioned above. In this email, the landlord made excuses about possible slow wifi speed, which we experienced during our stay and hate it. Actually, we stayed in the same building before this booking, and we have great wifi speed. So, we concluded that the landlord did not make an effort to make his wifi worked better.
• Vincent (10/5): Professional staff and very high quality apartment - Very professional service from the on-site staff and there help desk who coordinated with our European based TMC to arrange a last minute booking and airport pick up. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. View from the balcony at night was great. Location was ideal for my business purposes. Shopping mall downstairs had a variety of cafes and a grocery store for last minute items although the apartment was fully stocked with tea, coffee, even rice. Bathroom was a bit small but that is because it had a washing machine. I would say it is a good choice for those looking for a short or long term base while on business. It met my needs and I would stay there again due to the professional staff.

• Jonny (10/5): Makati für selbstversorger - Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon auf Makati. Supermarkt und Geschäfte ebenfalls um die Ecke( in der Jazz mall).gute Unterkunft. Lediglich ein paar Defizite in der küche( Wasserkocher futsch sowie Reiskocher.).ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden!
