• Denise (4/5): Not really calm and peaceful - Staff is nice, enironment is awsome. Indoor spa was nice and everything clean. Liked the courses and the interior design.Rooms are well noise isolated. Too many inconsiderate parents. I am not talking about kids crying during breakfast or laughter at the pool. This is the music of our future, I get it. I am talking about kids riding the bike in the mindfulness hall and punching into the piano with their fists. Plastic toys floating in the pool like garbage. Babys less than a year old in the jacuzzi. Kids running and screaming in the hallway during meditation class. The hotel is kid unfriendly, no playground, no kids program, no kids menu. We went there for relaxation but the main customers are families with babies, toddlers and kids under the age of 6. For this price I expected a mindful, peaceful weekend. What I got is inconsiderate parents and unhappy kids around me. And the staff was super friendly but unhelpful with bringing it under control. I don't get the concept.

• Eun Jung (9/5): - 친절하고 깨끗함 한적하고 고요함 매번 가고 싶은 곳 요가나 운동 수업이 좀 더 단계별로 있고 수업시간이 60분 정도는 되면 좋겠어요. 즉 초보라인과 중상급 레벨의 운동을 나눠서 해주시면 좋겠어요.
• Siwon (10/5): 매우매우 추천, 재방문 필수 - 일반 숙암킹룸도 방이 넓고, 창가 소파가 있음에도 여유 공간이 많습니다. 세면대도 넓습니다. 전반적인 룸이 편안한 톤이고 아늑한 분위기를 연출합니다. 뷰를 따로 선택하지는 않았는데, 창밖으로 케이블카와 산이 보이고 눈이 내리니 경치가 좋았습니다. 실내 수영장은 좁지만 평일이라 이용객이 적어 쾌적했고, 야외 자쿠지는 굳이 프라이빗이 아니어도 자쿠지별 간격이 넓기 때문에 편안히 쉬기 좋습니다. 물도 따뜻하고 노천 분위기 제대로예요. 실내 사우나가 감동적이었는데, 수질도 깨끗하고 물 온도도 좋고 개별 샤워부스가 갖춰져 있고, 특히 사우나를 청소해주시는 분께서 매우 친절하십니다. 파크로쉬 저녁 식사가 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 정선 감자 피자는 처음 먹어보는 맛이었고 감자와 치즈가 맛납니다. 양고기 스테이크도 맛있는데 피자가 더 특색 있고 좋았습니다. 서버분들 매우 친절하십니다. 웰니스 프로그램은 명상수업을 선택하였고, 더 동적인 활동을 원한다면 요가수업이 좋을 듯합니다. 도서관에 책이 많고 편하게 읽을 공간이 많은데 이용하지 못해 아쉽습니다. 배드민턴, 탁구 칠 수 있는 공간도 마련되어 있어 즐길 거리가 한가득입니다. 재방문을 꼭 하고 싶은 숙소입니다. 다만 아이가 있다면 실내 수영장이 제한되어 있고 아이를 위한 프로그램이 충분하지 않아 2인 커플, 가족, 친구끼리 오기 좋을 것 같습니다.

• IMAJonTour (10/5): Are you looking for a getaway? - Stayed for two nights, half weekend, half at the beginning of the week. Two different worlds. But still, if you would like to stay away from the crowds, you can. Go to the gym at 17:30 while everyone is getting ready for dinner or take a dip in one of the pools. Both places are less crowded than. Go for dinner around 19:00, even that the restaurants are busy, families with smaller children are done than. Choose, either Korean or International Italian, if you like, you can combine. While the bar is currently closed, you can still enjoy a glass of wine or some local brewed beer. Same for breakfast, as earlier you go, as less crowded it was. I went at 8am and there were plenty of tables available. The buffet contains more Korean than international flavours but looking at the guests, it shouldn't come with surprise. You still find your croissants, cold cuts and more. With the Breakslow concept, you can actually have breakfast until noon, but it will be more crowded on the weekend, for sure. There are plenty of places around the resort, where cellphones are not allowed, so it is nice and quiet. The glasshouse, some kind of library, where you can read and go through a great selection of books. They do offer a lot of Wellness classes, I didn't book any, all of them are in Korean. Spend more time at the pool or gym, take the Gondola from the 2018 wintergames and go up the mountain. 15,000KRW per person. Great views but nothing else to do. Walk along the rivers, disconnect, recharge and enjoy being in the middle of nowhere. Once everyone checked out on Sunday forget about everything I wrote, there is plenty of space any time anywhere. The menus are enough to keep you entertained for two, three days. If you come throughout the summer, a BBQ is available, it wasn't in April but book ahead, I've asked, it sells out fast. Yes, there are a lot of empty parking lots from the Olympics but it didn't bother me at all. A lot of guests seem to come for the Hot tubs, so don't expect to get one for yourself. You will share it with a lot of couples. Enjoy doing "nothing".

• JIN HYE (10/5): 특급호텔 친절에 쉬기 좋은 웰니스리조트~ - 로비에 들어서니 은은한 향이 기분좋게 맞아주네요. 체크인 데스크 직원 아주 친절해요. 저녁을 파크키친을 이용했는데 음식도 괜챦고 직원서비스는 남직원,여직원 두분다 특급호텔정도로 아주 친절합니다. 파크로쉬 이미지가 업되더라구요. 글라스하우스에 계신 직원께 질문을 했는데 어찌나 친절하신지.. 사우나이용했는데 사우나는 개인 프라이버시를 존중해서인지 조명이 너무 어두웠어요. 정선5일장까지 20분정도 거리이라 잠깐 다녀오기 좋았어요. 객실청소상태도 좋았고 침대도 편안했어요. 웰니스리조트라 요가,수영도 하면서 쉬기에 딱 좋은 환경이예요. 직원들 고객응대 태도가 그 호텔의 수준을 결정하는데 파크키친 직원들은 칭찬해주고 싶네요. 다음에 또 방문할 예정입니다.

• jihun (4/5): 턱없이 부족한 주차장 - 객실 크기도 크고 침대 및 시설 상태나 청결은 좋았습니다. 다만 뷰는 좀 애매합니다. 가리왕산뷰(케이블카)는 주차장이 시야의 반 정도 차지합니다. 반대편(오대천뷰)도 맞은편의 호텔이 시야에 많이 들어오는 것 같습니다. 파크로쉬의 가장 큰 문제는 주차장입니다. 턱없이 부족한 주차장으로 바깥 외부 도로까지 양쪽으로 줄줄이 주차를 해야합니다.

• JAJO4 (10/5): Great personal attention paid by Resort Manager - We spent one night at the Park Roche Resort, as several friends had said good things about it. We had a 2 BR suite, which was tastefully decorated and well maintained. The food is quite good, although we were disappointed that we had not been told ahead of time that the outdoor BBQ (the menu for which looked great to a beef lover) required prior reservation despite our explicitly asking whether there was anything at the resort that required such prior reservation. When I tried to reserve the BBQ, I was told that same day reservations are taken only until 4 pm, and I called at 4:10 pm and was told it was too late, which was frustrating and seemed to rigid in their application of that policy. The reason I gave a 5 rating despite the comment above is due to Karen Kim, the Resort Manager. My wife and I were heading to the front desk from our dinner indoors to ask for suggestions on what to do the next day. Karen, who was walking by, overheard us and approached us to offer her help. She gave us very helpful recommendations on a number of sights/activities we could do, which turned out to be great recommendations. We then used the opportunity to relay our disappointment about our inability to make the BBQ reservation, which she told us should not have been handled that way. We also used the occasion to tell her how we were quite happy about the food we had for dinner but that one of the dishes contained pork that smelled--she took note of that and thanked us profusely for our candid comments. When we were checking out, the front desk staff gave us a little gift pouch that had been arranged by Karen--who came out to see us off. We really appreciated the attention paid by Karen to our comments and the personal touch shown to us, and would go to Park Roche again.

• Victoria (9/5): Park Roche is a great place to recharge your energies! - We loved the different and options of western and Korean Breakfast. You could see and taste the freshness of the ingredients. The staff at the hotel was absolutely forthcoming and helpful with every little thing. There were various quiet areas, where we could relax and read. This was so good to recharge from loud Seoul life. The outdoor pool was very shallow, more to sit in than swim. So, I was happy the indoor pool was deep enough to swim. My husband loved the sauna. And the views were breathtaking! I would have loved to get a pregnancy massage, but the spa was booked out for all four days. That was really unfortunate, because I was looking foward to the massage for several months. Next time I would call ahead to get an appointment. The Italien restaurant was okay but nothing extraordinary. Because of the amazing breakfast I expected a little more.

• 157choij (10/5): Congratulations and big applause to Park Roche - Big shout out to Park Roche. I have known the Fame of this great place for some moments but it was my first time to visit by myself. The whole interior of the hotel gave aura that we were separate from the rest of the world, The rooms were ready when we arrived to the place, giving us cozy and great views. The foods were fantastic, you should try breakfast buffet and Italian Cafe, you will enjoy the REAL wellness cuisines. But the most fantastic thing which made this trip memorable was their hospitality. I want to specially give thanks to Park, Kyeom Seo in Cafe and Song Yeon in Front Desk, who tried to make my trip special in my heart. Another special thanks need to be given to Karen, Resort Manager, her greetings and care made us feel home here. Will definitely visit again in a short time.

• Chae (10/5): - 웰니스에 특화된 호텔. 오래 전 일로 찾은 적이 있는데, 전략적으로는 유효하지만 정말 도움이 될까 싶었다. 진정한 고요를 찾고 내면으로 깊숙히 들어가보고 싶어 혼자 떠나온 짧은 휴가에 사실은 단지 수영장 때문에 선택한 리조트였지만 생각보다 정말로 좋았다. 따뜻하게 환대하는 리셉션과 전체적으로 차분한 분위기와 묵직한 느낌이 좋았고 객실에서 정면으로 보이던 가리왕산도 멋졌다. 창문에 면한 데이배드에 앉아 명상하는 시간도 좋았다. 짧은 휴가에 정말 단지 잠자고 수영하기 위해 태백산맥을 뚫고 왔지만 정말로 편안히 쉬다 왔습니다.

TV TV가 OTT서비스 연결이 안되는 일반 TV였습니다. 숙박비에 비해 TV는 너무 노후화되고, 반응속도도 심하게 느려 교체하는 편이 좋겠다 싶습니다. 2. 웰니스프로그램 많은 숙박객이 웰니스 프로그램을 기대하며 숙박할텐데, 선착순 신청하지 않으면 프로그램을 아예 즐길 수 없는 구조는 어르신들이나 해당 시스템을 모르는 숙박객에게는 조금 불친절한 듯 합니다. 이상입니다. 감사합니다.

• Verified traveler (4/5): 한기가 느껴지는 객실온도 - 예전엔 객실이 상당히 훈훈해서 퇴실 할 때 개운했는데, 이번엔 호텔측이 에너지를 많이 절감하려는지 최고온도셋팅이 27도로 되어있었는데 엄청 한기를 느껴서 코감기 두 명다 걸려서 왔음. 예전의 온기같은건 못느끼겠고, 마치 연수원 온 느낌! 무슨 극기훈련 온 것도 아니고.., 호텔측의 에너지절감 목적이었는지 몰라도 대실망. 한식은 먹을만 했지만, 문제는 와인을 시키면 상당한 시간이 소요되서 인내심을 요함과 동시에 두 병을 마실 계획이면 최소 20분 전엔 주문해야 흐름이 끊기지 않는다. 글구 프론트 여직원의 융통성없는 상투적 말투는 기분을 상하게 한다. 마치 공짜 여행 온 느낌들게 객실배정에 빡빡하다. 평일에 주차장에 자동차도 얼마 없던데 빈방 없다는 말이 좀 이해불가. 예전이 훨씬 좋았던 기억이 있다. 예전의 반이라도 좀 따라갔으면 좋겠다!
• Jeongmin (10/5): 차분하고 완벽한 하루 - 결혼 1주년 기념 차분하게 하루를 보내고 싶어 파크로쉬에 묵었는데 훌륭한 선택이었습니다 친절한 체크인데스크부터 기분 좋게 시작하여 맛있는 조식, 야외자쿠지, 사우나, 레스토랑, 바(현재 술을 못마시는 상태라고 말씀드렸더니 메뉴엔 없지만 논알콜 만들어주셔서 감사했어요), 라운지, 글래스하우스, 모닥불 등등 매우 만족스러운 스테이였습니다. 침구도 좋아서 베개도 따로 구매했습니다. 다만 아쉬웠던건 욕조 청소 상태가 별로여서 한번 딖아야 했던 것 그 외에는 다 좋아서 나중에 부모님 모시고도 또 오고 싶어요
• SUNHEE (10/5): 조용한 힐링여행으로 추천해요 - 일단 숙소가 너무 깨끗하고 전체적으로 조용하고 아무것도 방해받고 싶지 않을때 힐링여행으로 딱이에요!! 리조트 내에서 잘 쉴수 있는 시설이 너무나 잘되어있고 특히나 리조트 내에 있는 카페에서 피자파스타를 먹을수 있는 점이 좋았어요. 힐링 여행으로 추천합니다.
• suelU5900KV (8/5): Good start, many improvements to be made - Given the lack of wellness resorts in korea, I think park roche serves a need but has a long way to go. I stayed here with my parents for 3 nights and it was overall a great experience especially for my parents. Having been to kripalu and miraval in the US, for me it was an okay experience and here are my thoughts and suggestions. Pros: - lovely and relaxing design anesthetics throughout the property - well trained staff members leading the classes - many types of wellness classes offered - decent food from the buffet and the restaurant - the most striking views at the sauna facility that even kings couldn't have dreamt of Cons: - severely limited restaurant options with nothing else around the property. Staying here for more than 3 nights would be quite challenging for this reason. They could try changing the menu a little bit from day to day. Also for a hotel that strives to promote wellness it felt confusing for them to not offer coffee in the room yet they sell alcohol in so many places. Similarly the cafe restaurant didn't really offer healthy options and instead had pizzas, fried foods etc. I do recommend 맛있네 맛있어 restaurant for their spicy checken stew which is 5 min walking distance from here - while the wellness classes are great, they are very easy / introductory in nature because clearly most Koreans are severely out of shape in terms of fitness and I had to work out in the gym in addition to taking 3 classes a day. Wish they offered intermediate classes as well - the gym on site is nicely equipped however was a bit small and felt crowded for a resort this size and given the focus on wellness - the sauna is very nice but I wish their jacuzzi went up to 40c - again for a wellness resort the lack of water fountains and extensive use of bottled water were rather disappointing.

• Jisoo (10/5): - 객실이 모던하고 아늑합니다. 침구도 베개도 푹신하니 좋았어요. 싱크대가 있어서 간단히 먹고 난 컵 등을 비울 수 있어서 편했어요. 전자레인지도 있어서 포장 음식 먹기도 좋습니다. 상위 객실이 아닌데도 긴 소파도 있고 침대도 넓고 꽤 넓어요. 사우나 시설도 잘돼있고, 식당도 깔끔했습니다. 밤에는 모닥불도 펴있어서 낭만을 느끼기 좋았어요. 모든 게 만족스러웠습니다!

• Eun jin (10/5): 힐링여행으로 추천합니다 - 조용하고 편안한 곳에서 힐링하고 왔어요. 주변에 갈데도 별로 없고, 맛집도 별로 없어서 더 좋았던거 같아요. 조용하게 숙소에서 웰니스 프로그램 즐기고, 사우나도 넘 좋았어요. 조식을 체크아웃하고 여유롭게 먹을수 있다는 것도 넘 좋아요.
• cho (6/5): - 가족단위 여행은 추천하지 않습니다. 만 16세 이하는 야외풀 이외 이용이 제한되어 있으며, 업장내 부대시설도 많지 않습니다. 단, 부부, 연인들이 휴식 취하러 가기에는 좋을 듯 합니다.
• jeese0nc (2/5): 16세의 기준은 무엇인가요 - 유아용 예쁜 풀장 있어요. 야외풀장은 깊이 120cm 실내는 16세이상만 출입되구요. 초등 고학년이나 중학생은 놀 수가 없는 풀장밖에 없어요. 유아 있는 가족은 만족하실듯요. 주말이나 성수기는 힐링은 불가능해요. 사우나도 16세 이상만 출입가능. 오십만원 넘게 내고 암것도 이용 못 하고 갑니다. 14세 아이 데리고 온 저희는 1박에 56만원 내고 방에서 티비만 보고갑니다. If you want a pool with lots of babies, I highly recommend it. They have a beautiful pool for infants. However, the indoor area is only accessible for ages 16 and above. It seems that elementary and middle school students cannot play in the pool, which is quite disappointing. If you're planning to visit during weekends or peak seasons, please consider this pic here. The sauna is also only accessible for ages 16 and above. I ended up paying over 500 dollars and not being able to use anything.

• R (7/5): A getaway in the middle of nowhere - Conscientious staff. Well kept hotel. Out in the middle of nowhere. Once had an active ski lift during the Olympics, but that is now shut down and just the cable car is running. There is nothing else around, so the only eating options are at the hotel.
• Malinda-eat (6/5): In short, it is a deserted Olympic site (empty parking and empty parking) - The hotel is located on a former site of the 2018 Winter Olympic Games. The ambiance of the site is quite unique with its concrete structures, empty parking lots, and abandoned ski lifts. In short, it is a deserted Olympic site. The hotel is not surrounded by nature, gardens, forests, or playgrounds; instead, it is surrounded by vast empty parking lots that were used during the Olympic Games. There are no specific excursions to undertake directly from the hotel (except for touring the parking lots). One option is to take the former cable car used during the Olympic Games. However, once you reach the top, you can only walk on a 200 m2 terrace; it is impossible to descend on foot into the wilderness—you must take the cable car to descend. The hotel is well-decorated, and the staff is friendly. The food is also good. It is recommended to choose a package with breakfast included, as well as access to the sauna and various baths. Given the isolated and deserted location of the hotel, the main reason to visit is to enjoy its sauna. The outdoor swimming pool is only 40 cm deep, which does not allow for swimming. If you wish to have a late check-out, a fee of 150 USD per hour will be charged.
