• Ryuichi (2/5): - スタッフ対応× 予約及び支払いをしたが、受付にて予約はないとのことで、泊まれませんでした。 エクスペリアが悪いと一点張りで、1時間対応しました。お金も時間も返して欲しいです。 ここのホテルはおすすめしません。
• Temel (2/5): - Seit montaten nicht tichtig gerreinigt, weiße flecken auf dem kopfteil vom bett, haara des vor bewohners auf dem abfluss gitter, keine Abdeckung auf dem WC-spühlkasten. Allgemein ist die mobilierung der Einrichtung vergammelt und schrecklicher zustand. Ist überhaupt nicht so wie auf den Bildern. Tut euch selbst einen gefallen und kündigt den vertrag mit dieser Einrichtung.

• Kursat (2/5): Otel ve işletme rezalet - Çok kötü bir oteldii gorselde baktıgımız seçtiğimiz otel değildi ve astım hastasıyım odanın içi rütübet kokuyordu zaten esyalarımızı alıp direk cıktık konaklama yapmadık. Ve otel işletmecisi o kadar vasat biriydi ki memnun kalmamız için hiç bir çaba göstermedii ve paramızı iade etmedi müşteri hizmetlerinize de ulaşamadığımız bir geceydi memnun kalmamız için hiç bir şey yapılmadı.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Sehr zentral, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, einziges Manko ist das kleine Badezimmer. Insgesamt ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Personal immer freundlich. Man ist in 2min am Taksim Platz.
