• Caroline (6/5): - The air conditioning was near impossible to get to work. The dial just rotated and the temperature would do what it wanted. The bed side light did not work and the hand wash was not restocked. There was a loose socket in the corridor with visible wires. I found dirty cutlery and plates in the racks at breakfast and cereal was not restocked. It’s the second time I have been bitten by a spider at a hotel b&b. Location was great and it would not put me off visiting another hotel b&b.

• Miguel (2/5): Mucho cuidado! Nula seguridad y pésima atención - Elegimos este hotel específicamente porque se anuncia con estacionamiento y en buena ubicación. Pero fue un desastre absoluto. Al hacer el check-in, preguntamos dónde podíamos estacionarnos. El recepcionista nos indicó que estaba bien hacerlo en la calle, enfrente del hotel. Al ver que el edificio contaba con cámaras de videovigilancia y confiando en su criterio como empleado del hotel, que nos aseguró que era una zona "segura" aceptamos su indicación. Después entendimos la verdadera razón: el estacionamiento del hotel estaba lleno. En lugar de ser honestos o buscar una solución para un servicio que promocionan, optaron por desviarnos a la calle. Después de cenar, encontramos el cristal de la ventana roto y todas nuestras maletas con todas nuestras pertenencias robadas. Devastados, pedimos ayuda en recepción. El empleado se NEGÓ a llamar a la policía, argumentando que debíamos hacerlo nosotros mismos. Al ser turistas extranjeros sin línea local, le suplicamos que nos permitiera usar el teléfono con cargo para llamar a la policía y a nuestra agencia de alquiler. También se NEGÓ rotundamente, sugiriendo que fuéramos a una estación de policía que estuviera abierta un domingo por la noche. Cuando preguntamos por las cámaras de videovigilancia, nos informaron que no tenían forma de ayudarnos, dejando en evidencia que la seguridad que creímos tener era inexistente. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL A NADIE!

Same with toilet paper and towels and once cleaning product left on n bathroom. Had a triple room that was stuffy. Had to open the window at night but quiet streets.

We chose it because of the affordable price and the proximity to the river cruise dock, Quai Claude Bernard. The breakfast was good. Room amenities are basic. The hotel is quiet and has an elevator. There is a TV with news in the dining area. Staff were mostly helpful.

• Julie (8/5): - the guy at reception let us drop our bags earlier and we went back a couple of hours later and checked in, not the friendliest but ok, we could use the hot water in the coffee machine to cups of tea but we didn’t want breakfast as we ate out every day. Beds were comfy, shower was good, only issue I’d say is turn your heating down a bit in the breakfast area, it’s far too hot, you are eco friendly with the signs saying save water etc but then the heating is way higher than it needs to be. Loved my stay here so would stay here again

• Reshma (6/5): - War OK. Unser Zimmer war richtig groß und wir hatten viel Platz um unsere Sachen unterzubringen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Parken in der sicheren und geräumigen Tiefgarage kostet 18€ pro Nacht. In der Mittagszeit durften wir dort eine Stunde länger parken.. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Badezimmer in unser Zimmer war echt schmutzig. Überall waren Reifenspuren(wahrscheinlich vom Rollstuhl) zu sehen. Echt enttäuschend.

Chambre Supérieure 404 : Traces sur lunette des toilettes ainsi que la porte de la salle de bain. Le cadre de la fenêtre de la chambre bouge et laisse passer le froid ainsi que le bruit. Cela n’est pas de la faute de l’hôtelier mais alarme incendie déclenchée vers 2h du matin…

The most anoying thing on the room was the door closer in the bathroom, I don't understand why having one there and it was hard. I also liked the breakfast. This also was the only hotel during my trip to France that charged my extra for leaving the call a few hours extra.

• RACHID (4/5): - I left the room the following morning after I arrived . I specifically left the sign , do not disturb . on the door . When I came back around 3.30 pm , the TV and air con were tunned off and my bag was opened . Nothing was missing , obviously they were looking for cash . I reported to the reception staff menber . I havent heard anything since.

Le distributeur de boissons chaudes et fraîches avec les friandises se trouvant à la réception était en panne ! L'écran de télévision au réfectoire à bout de souffle ( image jaune ) . Quand au buffet petit déjeuner c'est parfait.

• pedro (8/5): - Llovi en la noche, y en la ventana que tiene vista a la calle, algo está mal colocado o funciona mal, ya que durante todo el tiempo que estuvo lloviendo que fue la mayor parte de la noche, hay un constante goteo en la base de la ventana que hace un ruido que no deja dormir. Fue una noche de no dormir por el ruido. Tienen que arreglar ese desperfecto.

We had to wait half an hour, ended up getting into our room around 3 and were late for our evening activity. Other people behind us in line got rooms before we did. I would also like to add that we stopped by in the early morning to drop off our bags and were told that the room would be ready at 2. When we went to check out, no one was there. We waited a few minutes but still no one came.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice place, with very firm beds - The hotel is very nice and seems new. The staff were helpful, the breakfast was good with many options and the hotel was clean, with a nice seating area in the lobby. My only complaint was the firmness of the beds - I tried both beds in our room and they were the hardest beds I have ever slept on. We stayed at other hotels in Paris and London after this and the beds were much more comfortable.
• Martina (6/5): Solala - Solala..Das Bett war der reinste Horror! Eine Matratze auf einem Stück Holz anstatt auf einem Lattenrost. Katastrofe! Zimmer ziemlich klein, Wlan war mühsam da man sich immer wieder anmelden musste mit Daten ect. Wir hatten ohne Frühstück deshalb kann ich es hier nicht beurteilen, das einzige was gut war, war die Lage und die freundliche, hilfsbereite Reception.

• ANGELIQUE (8/5): Très bon rapport qualité prix - Chambre avec confort sommaire (pour le rangement des affaires), j'avais donc réservé 1 chambre triple pour avoir plus d'espace. Très bonne literie. Rideau occultant mais éloigné du mur donc laisse passer la lumière du jour. Les points forts de l'hôtel sont l'emplacement proche du tramway, la tranquillité (chambre sur l'arrière) et le parking en sous-sol (à réserver. 1er arrivé 1er servi)

The room was small, potentially inconveniently small if travelling as a couple, but absolutely fine for one person. The shower was great! Breakfast was good - plenty of different options.

Mais il manque une petite armoire et un coffre si on y reste plusieurs nuits. Le petit déjeuner est bien , il y en a pour tous les goûts. Le personnel est agréable.

Security is good as code is needed to enter hotel and rooms. Nice location to the river and attractions. Shops nearby. Breakfast was adequate.
• Marina (8/5): Nice hotel but no vegan options for breakfast - Nice hotel and friendly staff within easy reach of Lyon Centre. Didn’t book breakfast as they couldn’t accommodate vegan diet, not even with plant milk if any kind.
