• Svea (7/5): You get what you pay for. - Good location, nice view The toilet didn’t flush, and everything was just a bit old and worn out. Some kind of stampede of animals woke me op in the night, running across my roof several times.

We would’ve spent more money there if there was cold beer and better food options.

Comme beaucoup de personnes l’ont déjà dit ce n’est pas bien isolé et il n’y a pas de rangements dans la chambre mais pour le prix je trouve que ce n’est pas dérangeant. Je déconseille un long séjour mais pour 2 ou 3 nuits c’est ok.

Especialmente Jacob que nos llevó a hacer trekking, conoce muy bien los caminos a las cascadas y saca unas fotos buenísimas !! Le falta un poquito de mantenimiento, la limpieza bien, pero alguna gotera de la manguera del baño y el suelo del balcón. Pero están en reformas así que seguro es temporal

• Gus (10/5): Fun staff! - The location is awesome with an open restaurant looking over the forest. The staff are amazing and we played uno all night! It was just me staying because I came in rain season but it was my best and most social stay so far haha!

• Ana (3/5): - La localización al lado de la entrada a las cascadas y las vistas. La habitación no estaba limpia, las sábanas parece que no las habían lavado tenían pelos. La cisterna del baño estaba rota y perdía agua, cuando avisamos dijeron que no lo sabían pero nos pareció raro porque la llave estaba cerrada cuando entramos. Además había muchísimos bichos porque la puerta no cerraba bien por abajo, hasta que nos dimos cuenta y pusimos una toalla no paraban de entrar. Entendemos que es un alojamiento que está en medio de la naturaleza pero nos hemos quedado en muchos sitios así durante nuestra estancia en indonesia y no hemos tenido este problema antes. Que el precio sea bajo no justifica la falta de limpieza, no lo recomendamos.

Wika managed to sort us a trip up Rinjani with everything included for a better price than other places online too. All the staff were lovely and would be up for a chat too. The food was lovely and the views were breathtaking. The beginning of the waterfalls walk is just one minute from the hotel, so location was fantastic, also very good for a pickup for the volcano trek. Not every room had air con, every room that didn’t did have a fan though.

• Dirk (8/5): - Wika, der Hausherr hat sich toll um alle unsere Anliegen gekümmert, vom Transport zur Hergerge und zu unserem nächsten Spot unserer Reise. Faire Preise für den Transport von und zum Dragonfly. Alle Bungalows haben einen tollen Blick auf den Berg und den nahegelegenen Wasserfall. Das Mittagessen im Dragonfly ist einfach, gut und preiswert. Der Hausherr hat einen Umzug im Haus ermöglicht zu den unteren Appartments, die nicht so stark dem Straßenlärm ausgesetzt sind. Die Straße direkt vorm Dragonfly führt bergauf und die Motoren der Motorräder müssen schon sehr hoch drehen, damit Fahrer und Gefährt den Berg hoch schaffen.

• Christina (8/5): Your address in Senaru - Location of the guesthouse is very close to the waterfall. The staff may be young, however they are efficient and friendly. To fix your craving for smoothie in Senaru, you can get it here. This place is great for 1-2 night(s). None.
• India (7/5): Great location for 2 nights - Great location with great views of the waterfall from the restaurant terrace. Breakfast was nice, but the options were very limited. The ATM is across the road and the Laundry service is up the road 1 minute away. If you’re getting the basic rooms be mindful that they are very modest and outdated. We had a few issues with hygiene of our room and the owner very kindly moved us to a Deluxe room which was great. If you plan on staying here, definitely get a Deluxe room as they are newer and very clean.

• Vulliamy (7/5): - L’emplacement idéal, à côté de la marche pour les cascades. La vue est fidèle aux photos. Le personnel gentil, il nous a organisé une après-midi pour visiter un village traditionnel, passer un moment avec les locaux et coucher de soleil avec vue sur les rizières. Nous avons pu demander de faire une lessive et les habits sont revenus parfaitement propres et pliés. La chambre manque d’équipement, les draps de lit ne sont pas recouverts d’une housse, il n’y a pas de mini-frigo, le restaurant juste au-dessus de la chambre laisse la musique passablement fort, ce qui est en contraste avec le village calme et l’emplacement en pleine nature.

• carlota (8/5): OK para estancias cortas - Personal muy amable, nos prepararon el desayuno antes para poder salir a tiempo a la ruta 2D/1N del Rinjani. Bien ubicado para inicio de la ruta y visitar las cascadas Habitación básica pero limpia Habitación básica Baño con poca iluminación
• Soujata (8/5): Superbe vue! - Le vue de l’hôtel est magique, notamment au réveil avec la vue directement sur le mont Rinjani et sur la jungle! La chambre est sommaire, mais les lits sont confortables! L’emplacement de l’hôtel, juste à côté de l’entrée de la cascade (nous y sommes allés le matin et il n’y pas trop de monde). Le personnel est toujours disponible et souriant! Les repas proposés sont également très bon… et l’un des soir nous avons eu un concert des jeunes du villages! Il faut noter que vous êtes en montage et le climat étant humide, il y a plein de petits insectes. Nous étions 2 à prendre une douche et le 2nd a moins d’eau chaude.

Pas arrangeant sur l’horaire du petit déjeuner. Concert jusqu’à 22h30, pas terrible pour un départ très tôt le matin.

Definitely a nice place to have a drink in the evning and enjoy the - The room had a large balcony with amazing views of the waterfall and Mt. Rinjani. The hotel restaurant has really good traditional food and amazing views out on the deck as well. A basic breakfast was included in the price. Very friendly staff who are interested in offering you excursions and have a nice chat with you. The bathroom was really basic. The room wasn’t cleaned throughout our stay, maybe if you ask them they’ll clean it though. Furthermore in the evening there can be loud music from the restaurant / bar area till 10 pm.

The staff was absolutely amazing and fantastic, always available. They organized for us a tour with a visit at a local village and the transportation next day to Kuta. Dinner is a fun experience, with live music and entertainment. If you’re looking for a quiet place with fabulous people, that’s the place. Would recommend 100%!!

• Laura. (9/5): Superb - The owner and his family are adorable, and eager to arrange local activities for your stay. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Good food and music in the evening. I don't think the facilities description was accurate. Not sure if they fully understand what they were describing. There is definately no soundproofing in any of the rooms, could do with getting clothes racks for hanging wet clothing. Rooms 1 to 3 are a very different experience to rooms 4 to 6 (I paid the extra 100K to upgrade for my last night which was well worth it)

The guys were all really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Guided us on waterfall walk making it such a safe and interesting experience. Took us to trational village and even took us back to the port. It's not the poshest place ever but it ticks all the boxes for a true Indonesian welcome for such a good price. Would definitely stop here again 😁😍😁 Nothing to note here really, you just have to remember what you paid out. Totally reflects the facilities 😄

• Janine (7/5): Good - Comfy bed and a hot shower. Nice balcony but the view was the side of a wall as opposed to Mt. Rinjani. Nice views from the restaurant though. Directly beside the entrance to the falls. Breakfast started at 830, not 7am as told.
• Huanxian (8/5): Very good - very very close to the forest and waterfall, with a nice mountain view. when we checked in, the floor were wet (with puddles kind of wet), very humid and quite a lot of bugs. recommend to install some window gauze/screening that can prevent bugs going inside the room and allow ventilation.
• Ella (8/5): Incredible views - The location is great right next to the waterfalls. The food was pretty good and the view from the balcony and the restaurant is beautiful It was not the cleanest place but for the price we didn’t mind
• Aimee (8/5): Good for a 1 night stay to enjoy the view and visit the waterfall - Beautiful view, great if you want to see the waterfalls it’s a 6 minute walk from the entrance, good restaurant too, host helped with transfer to kuta after Lots of bugs in the room so if your not used to that / they freak you out probably not the place for you
